Everyone was closed...or so I thought. I ended up calling around and called Mr Tire. They told me they were open and had time to fit me in right away, on a holiday?? Replaced all my tires (and gave me a deal!) How extremely grateful I was! Fast forward, I recently ran over a very small piece of metal, And they stepped up once again and helped me out. The team at this location is my personal favorite. They are kind and friendly and have helped me out of each issue I've had within 6 months. They replaced parts, charged me, and gave my car back still not starting...did they even check to see if it would start after they moved it outside for pickup? I eventually found a real mechanic who does work on drag racing cars. I watched him diagnose my problem in 45 seconds by attaching a jump pack to the fuse panel. the car started and it turned out to be the wires connecting the battery to the system were bad. cannot stress enough: the grease monkeys at seasonall are useless. are they dumb or do they have no pride in their job? They are perfectly content changing out brake pads for mechanically inept customers......was it that they didn't want to waste their time solving a real mechanical problem?? no passion for cars... very sorry situation.
