I walked in two minutes early, and Melody the desk was very taken back and told me that she was not open in a very rough attitude. I proceeded to tell her that I had an appointment in two minutes that I made online. She told me that there was no appointments for me at 7:30 but she doesn't have anyone that comes in until 9 o'clock that even remotely able to help me. That was not her problem that it was corporate's problem and tough luck. Major Issues included multiple errors in billing; which they corrected after I pointed them out. They also yelled at my wife for questioning a bill; they never yelled at me. I reported the yelling incident to Dunn corporate with my contact info. Never heard back. Dunn does go hard with annoying up sell tactics, but not any different than other big Chain. If you live near Webster, Tom's and Finn's are way more honest and competent

She drove in through snowy conditions for her appointment, sat there for an hour only for these idiots to tell her they did not order the correct tires and the only ones they had were the ones they tried to upgrade her to in the first place, for twice as much at $800. These people are simply trying to take advantage of an old person which is disgusting. I entered the shop to drop off the car key and waited for the guy before me to finish. When it was my turn, somebody called to ask for information. They talked for about 5 minutes on many issues, and they were done, the receptionist asked the customer which part of the country is he moving from. It turned out the receptionist had lived there, and then they started a lengthy conversation about this and other areas and how nice it was there. After a few minutes of a fun, relaxing talk, I reminded the receptionist I was waiting and in line in the shop before that guy called. Do I have to stay in line to listen to the personal experiences of the receptionist in the past? I told the receptionist that I needed the car at 3:15 p.m. He said there was no way they could finish it by 3 p.m. since they had other cars. Why did you make my appointment at noon if you can't complete the inspection for 3 hours? He offered me to reschedule my inspection for the next week. Does my experience suggest I make another appointment with you?
