I am a local to Cypress, so I appreciate that there is a good coffee shop near by. I've been here a few times now and this last time was pretty good. I came here on a Thursday morning around 7:45 am. The coffee shop opens early and closes early, and I have run into situations where I wanted an afternoon cup but they werent open. I walked in and went straight for a drip coffee. I can always tell a coffee shop is good by their drip coffee. If a coffee shop cant do a basic drip well, it has no business being in coffee. I asked the friendly staff what options they had for drip and they seem to usually have a light, medium, or dark roast. The first time, I went for a medium Ethiopian and it was almost there. My favorite coffee shop is Kean coffee in Tustin, so I always compare coffee shops. This Ethiopian had some fruity notes, but was not nearly as good. This second time I went in the morning, I had a medium roast blend and it was excellent. I also appreciate the price point for the drip coffee here. Its not overly priced and is definitely affordable. That being said, I will continue to frequent this local coffee shop! read more

Stopped in on a cold Saturday morning. We ordered the Good Stuff Bagel, Good Day sandwich, iced matcha latte and vanilla nut coffee. The coffee was delicious! Everything was. Sandwiches were a good size with plenty of filling. We shared 2 sandwiches between 3 people. Customer service is excellent!!! I think this place is a really nice coffee spot and has great items. Really nice employees and great customer service. The only issue is that while I was in there purchasing a drink I noticed a homeless man sitting in the seating area and he made the whole area smell. It was definitely not a pleasant scent. His cart was also parked right outside and had a very bad odor as well. I generally like coming into this shop to sit and enjoy my drink but I couldn't bare the smell. My pal Sean had driven to Los Alamitos from Tucson, so it was OK with me that this wasn't near my home in Long Beach. Goodfellows popped up in my search and I wanted to bring the dog so this place looked good. Their pics and menu looked great on here but you know how that goes... pleasantly surprised at the breakfast sandwich. We had two. The outdoor seating was plentiful, Boomer could readily beg from table to table (we didn't let him, tho) Their drip coffee was delicious, perfect temp. Also the Mexican mocha and cookie butter latte(?) My drink is okay. Idk if its cuz I ate something but I couldn't taste the red velvet. So I am assuming its cuz I ate something. Wow! Amazing drinks, great customer service and such a cute little shop! We got the red velvet latte with oat milk, cookie butter latte with almond milk and iced honey lavender latte. Their red velvet coffee was okay, the vegan churro donut was scrumptious and tasted like it was made with almond flour making it more dense in consistency but I was okay with that! I tried a vegan cinnamon roll too but it was over cooked so it was okay! I would go back for a donut and to try a different coffee. This spot is a 7.6/10! read more

Love their honey lavender latte! I get it with oat milk. I've also had their Good Morning Bagel twice--the second time my cheese was slightly burnt and the whole bagel was kind of bland, but it was actually pretty good the first time. This coffee shop is a treasure. The coffee is amazing. I had been looking for a decent cup of coffee since I moved to the area and stumbled on Goodfellows coffee. The coffee there is smooth and flavorful and not at all bitter. The staff are pleasant, courteous, and always in a good mood. It's a mile out of my way but I drive it to get the best coffee in Orange County. read more

Nice place, good coffee. The workers are friendly and quick. My only criticism is that they are very stingy with cream cheese, it never covers the bagel and there is barley any. I have gotten a bagel a couple times hoping that each time before was a fluck but it has been the same every time even when I have requested extra. Don't get me wrong I don't need tons of cream cheese but don't spread the cream cheese like it is butter I don't want a dry bagel. I will still stop again for the occasional coffee but I think I will skip the bagel and cream cheese. read more

Almost forgot to mention, shortly after we'd finished eating an employee walked out to us in the outdoor seating area and offered us some water. Place is good, it's a pretty shop, and the workers are all very nice, but it's very expensive for what you get. I got a breakfast sandwich and a café au lait, and my total bill came out to almost 15 bucks. The breakfast sandwich was very meh, it had egg, some bacon, and cheese and was small. Nothing to write home about, and cost $10. The frozen breakfast sandwiches from the grocery store taste better. The coffee was also ok, nothing particularly special. read more

Tried the honey lavender latte with oat milk and it was really tasty! I'm really picky about lavender lattes and this one wasn't too sweet and didn't have that soapy taste it can have. Excellent coffee spot! Friendly staff and they offer keto donuts and cookies. In addition to the keto offerings, they have an amazing drink that I have not found anywhere else. The Chagaccino is epic. Its a mushroom based powder with coffee, almond milk, cacao and it just tastes great. I love to get it iced. The keto donuts and cookies are good. I like the churro donut and the chocolate donut. The keto peanut butter cookie is also good. I just wish they opened earlier. But its far superior to the big chain coffee shops! read more

Came here on a whim, and now I have an obsession. The coffee was so flavorful without being overly sweet. We got the Lavender Honey Latte and the Mexican Mocha. Both were so delicious, but the lavender was our favorite. The next day I was craving it, so I tried the cookie butter latte. This one was good but a little more on the savory side. Not only was the coffee was amazing but the staff was just as great. This is definitely my new go to place. read more

Excellent coffee. I get their hot honey lavender latte with oat milk and have zero complaints. I've tried the bagel sandwich that comes with turkey, cream cheese, avocado and eggs - fluffiest eggs I've ever had on a sandwich. Awesome coffee and great service. Their large iced lattes are $7, but they are 32 ounces and have five shots of espresso. So it's a good deal since you can make it last two days. They also have happy hour weekdays 4-7pm with 20% off. We tried two drinks: Almond Milk Mocha: I liked the creamy chocolate flavor. Maybe it's the almond butter, but it's less bitter than a lot of other places (in a good way). Lavender Honey Latte: I'm not a fan of floral flavors but I didn't mind this too much as the honey added a sweetness that makes the lavender not be over powering. My girlfriend who likes lavender really liked this latte. They don't have a ton of special flavors. But I'd come back to get these again and try the others. read more
