My boyfriend and I've only been for happy hour, but the $10 burgers are so good - house cheeseburger and the shrimp burger are both solid choices and super satisfying (you can get a side of fries or salad for an extra $4). Good Thanks was the perfect way to start our day in Brooklyn during a recent trip. I had the breakfast sandwich, which was perfectly messy with a sunny side up egg. I had a really lovely time here . At first when we got there we were standing just waiting for someone to greet us and then someone popped their head out and said we could sit wherever lol . We were there very early , and we sat down and were greeted and given menus . For drinks I had chai latte and a peppermint tea . Both typical nothing special . But good . The food was the money though . I had the shrimp burger at 10 am in the morning yes I did , and it was like biting into so many flavors I was shook . I also had fries on the side . What impressed me most about the meal was the fact that the shrimp bun or the fries weren't greasy and didn't taste like grease and yet both were fried . What a great find. Small, sweet, comfortable spot for really good food. (Didn't have cocktails but sat at the bar and watched her make amazing drinks). We had an iced coffee and a decaf cortado. I think about this bowl once a week. it was so freaking good. There's warm farro at the bottom, topped with broccolini that is charred to perfection, boiled egg and the delicious sauces (aji verde + salsa matcha). Also there's little bites of nuts. I have been to the BK and LES location and both are great! They fill up quickly on weekends so expect a wait. I love the kimchi eggs but this time I just got a breakfast sandwich which was very yummy. The coffee is always good as well. The service is better than a lot of the other restaurants I have been to in NYC. My water was always full and I didn't have to wait around for the check.
