Worst service ever! Called ahead to make sure they had single slices hot and ready When my husband got there and started picking out the slices, an employee came up and pulled them for herself and told him, you cant have these. He asked oh are they old and she refused to reply and walked away leaving one slice in the case for him. The person helping my husband had no words and said , "here take this slice for free. I cant apologize for her behavior". Who runs this place?!?! Never experienced such rudeness and blatant disrespect from a server. Was she on her lunch break?!? WTH Good Pie!! I have been to good pie in the arts district many times and I will die on a hill saying their pizza is my favorite in all of Las Vegas. Pizza Rock did half off pizza today at green valley and when arrived they were on a two hour wait. I decided to go to my favorite pizza spot in all of Las Vegas sister location. It's a tad smaller with no bar vs the downtown location. Well decorated and nice and new very clean. We were promptly greeted and sat with no issues, the front of the house staff were on their game. We started with calamari and a small Caesar salad and two slices for my son. The breading on the calamari was falling off and it was warm at best . This mite have been the worst Caesar salad I have ever had, not even close to enough dressing and I appreciate house made croutons but if your the owner reading this go eat one, it's like a rock. They should be crunchy not break your teeth hard... 1/10 bad... I was praying the pizza would make up for it..... AND IT DID! The grandma shroom add sausage is my fav pizza in all of Las Vegas this is identical to the arts district it's thin with crisp but still fluffy just enough. The onions and mushrooms in every bite and the nice high quality not frozen crumbled sausage. Their ranch has dill in it a nice change of scenery. I would have given 3 stars but the pizza and service was that good, calamari was not great and a small Caesar salad on a small plate for $11 is quite embarrassing. Tried this spot on Sunday 09/07/25. We ordered the grandma crust quality meats pizza and garlic nots. Pizza was delicious, hot and fresh! The garlic nots warm, buttery with fresh garlic and a side of marinara. It was clean, spacious and has multiple tv's to watch sports. Fresh ice tea delicious. The service was a bit slow but it did get very busy as soon as we got there. Definitely going to come back soon. read more

We came here to eat in New Year's Eve at about 5:30 pm, hoping to beat any major dinner crowds. We arrived and there were maybe 3 or 4 seated parties, and a longer line but the counter for pickup/food delivery. AMBIANCE: Good Pie in Henderson is a medium-sized establishment with a very classic "casual pizzeria" vibe, from the checkered flooring to the ornate ceiling tiles over the bar. Very clean, with a combination of booths and seats. We tried to request a booth but they explained it is generally held for parties of 4 or more (we only had 3 with us). Very fair. SERVICE: We were told later on in the evening that they were short staffed, which explains why there were fairly noticeable delays to getting seated, taking our orders, and the food coming out. In fact, the main entree (pizza) or our meal did not come out for about an hour - later we were told by the manager that it somehow got missed and they had to remake/make it, but the pizza was comped and they also gave us complimentary fried dough with Nutella. At one point they also took away our empty water carafe and forgot to bring us a replacement. We're generally unproblematic, so I just got up and grabbed a full one from the side serving table. FOOD: Aside from the delays, which we understood and didn't complain about, the food itself was pretty darn amazing. My daughter got the spaghetti and meatballs, which the noodles were thick, chewy, and al dente, the sauce was thin and flavorful, and the meatballs were perfect. We also got the calamari, and though they were very thin cuts, they were delicious. The garlic knots were fluffy, light, soft, and loaded with garlic, yet for my palate it felt like it was missing something... salt, other seasonings, I'm not sure. Our pizza was Grandma's Style Johnny Be Good. The crust was perfectly crispy and fairly thin, savory sauce, and the mushrooms added a great, earthy flavor. However it seemed very lacking in sausage; I think over the whole 6 slices, there were only three chunks of sausage. While the pizza flavor was great, we were left a bit wanting of more meat on the pizza. Lastly the fried doughy with a Nutella drizzle was perfection. It was reminiscent of mini beignets in texture and flavor. OVERALL: Though our pizza and fried dough were comped, the overall price of what it should have been is still pricier than what one would expect for the meal. Some pies on their menu that were $36+. I would like to give this place a second chance, both for giving the staff another opportunity to see if the poor service was a one-off related to the holiday, and to see if the pizza toppings are more balanced in a second attempt. read more

figured i would try out this location since i've had the downtown location a couple times, and this one is WAY closer! i wish i remembered our servers name because she killed the game. we went when it was still relatively new so she explained every inch of that menu! i had the Johnny Be Good pizza, and let me tell you that thing was EPIC in terms of flavor. opted for a side of their homemade ranch as well, but truly i felt like the ranch was not necessary, even though it was quite good, because the pizza was already amazing on its own. they have regular tables or nice big comfy booths. i also recall seeing a sign that they had some sort of special where you could buy pizza by the slice if you didn't want a whole pizza. we will be going back for more! read more

We ordered the House Salad (large) and asked for ranch dressing in addition to the regular dressing. I was a little surprised they charged for the ranch however it was really good--they make it in house. The large was enough for our party of 2 to share. Over all decent pizza and decent service. Pizza took about 35 minutes which felt a little long but I get it. Business is busy. Staff was attentive and cooperative. Environment was nice. It felt somewhere between Grimaldi and Rocco's. Into detail about the pizza (18" Brooklyn): Crust - good flavor/recipe. A bit under cooked, though the cheese was thoroughly cooked. I think the stone may not have been up to temp with the ambient temp of the oven before putting the pizza in. Cheese - good cook towards the edge of the pie, a bit greesy in the center. Decent mozzarella flavor. Cook might have been a bit heavy handed on the pecorino to the point where the pie was a little over whelming. Sauce - good, no complaints. Good ratio of crust, sauce and cheese. Very balanced. Pepperoni - I'm not a fan of the cups. I prefer deli style, but the cups had an interesting kick but the flavor kind of overwhelms the flavor profile of the pizza. Overall if you just want a good slice, it's solid, maybe just below the better places in Vegas. If you're looking to taste New York, this might not be the traditional flavor you're looking for, but it just about fits the other physical aspects of a NY slice. This is 100% my own opinion, but a few detail items could make this a top spot for me. read more

First time here at this location. Calamari did not taste good. Bread crumbs fell off and probably had about 8-10 pieces. Service was ok. Water cup did not get filled. Waitress acted like she was a military drill instructor and already felt the vibe was not good. Place was nice and clean. Pizza was good but for the price it ain't worth it. Whoever that's reviewed this place to get it to 3.5 stars overall just likes to complain. We visited this location for the fourth time last night and I can tell you with great certainty that Good Pie Henderson is where it's at. We moved to Vegas about a year ago and, after trying about a dozen pizza places nearby, were dismayed to have found nothing that stacked up against our favorite spot in Dallas (where we moved from). Enter... Good Pie. On one fateful night, prancing around the Arts District, we stumbled into their original location where everything changed and we finally found the slice we had been searching for! Just enough crunch, just enough sauce, and that 10/10 crave-able flavor... the pizza gods had finally answered our prayers. Sadly, we live nearly 30 minutes from this location and don't find ourselves up that way very often. After dreaming about going back one too many times, we made the decision to make the drive again. A quick search in my phone to check their hours and I couldn't believe my good fortune to learn that they had just opened a location right down the street from us. In a town full of gaming bars and strip malls, the vibes at Good Pie make you feel you've been transported to some cozy little mom and pop spot in someplace really cool. The lighting is on point, the music is in good taste (in selection and volume), and you can tell everyone working here takes great pride in what they do. As for the food, I'm not sure there are any wrong decisions to be made. We have tried 3/4 crust styles so far: Brooklyn, Detroit, & Grandma and it's very difficult to choose a favorite. I also recommend the garden salad with Italian dressing, super wholesome and fresh! Tiramisu was super delish as well! I'm telling you, can't go wrong. In the future, I definitely wanna try the appetizers and Upside Down Grandma, which our servers have raved about. To those who have commented the menu/pizza selection is confusing - just ask your server to clarify, it's really not that hard. To those who have said it's expensive, I can't really argue with you there but it's expensive to eat out anywhere and at least at this place you're getting fresh ingredients and great service & vibes!! I did take a look at the menu but I couldn't bring myself to pay more than $20 for just a regular cheese pizza. The pizza itself was good. The service was great. I had no complaints there. They did explain the difference in the pizza slices since there's a grandma style and a Brooklyn style. Management lacks tact and basic understanding of hospitality. Incredibly rude and defensive service from the white lady in glasses. They do not offer solutions only frustrations. They do not care to establish a positive rapport within the community. I'm very disappointed by my experience considering the pizza here is decent, but the management is awful. Be more polite with your attitude and tone and offer alternatives instead of using a combative tone when speaking with customers. Came for lunch at noon and it didn't look open. The lights were turned off and it was dark inside. Lights were never turned on and just made the ambiance blah. We ordered two cocktails that took about 15 minutes to get. They were very sweet. I ordered a small Cesar salad and we were brought two. My friend is allergic to romaine so couldn't eat it. I got the hot honey pizza and there was no hot honey on it. He got the grandma pepperoni and it was way over done. We had to call our server over to get another drink order in. We ordered two sangrias and they came in small martini glasses. These also took about 15 minutes to get to us. We figured we would order something easy but they had to be made. Honestly tasted more like juice than anything else. Our server did say she is new. Maybe she shouldn't have been alone. Two pizzas, two salads (one not purposefully ordered) and 4 cocktails came out to over $150. Most likely will not return. Very disappointing. read more

First time ordering a pizza from here. Heard it was good. Ordered the Large Supreme Detroit style pizza. I opened the box and it was burnt. The rude lady at the register says that how that style comes. I was hungry so I just left with it and I also got 2 large cannolis. Got home and we didn't even have a full piece between 2 of us. My kids wouldn't even take a bite of it. The bottom was so burnt and inedible. Also the topping were really skimpy especially for price. I was going to call the restaurant back, but didn't want to deal with that rude lady up front. Long story short I was up all night sick from the little bit I had. Second time visiting Good Pie. Dining in has had open tables with a few tvs for sports. Bar is large and clean with liquor displayed on top. The first time left a memorable experience, so we tried the Sicilian Pizza again but with sausage. The sausage is broken down to tiny clusters that we liked. The pizza was a little more well done than last time. I noticed it on a few other pizzas around us as well. They have slices available at the counter and a pizza oven to heat up. We tried a slice of the grandma cheese to see the hype. It seemed like a thin Sicilian. The Sicilian is light and airy. Seems like huge slices, but is very easy to eat and wasn't overfilling! We are thrilled Good Pie opened near us!! We've been there 5 times and got delivery twice. We also had my husband's birthday there on Halloween. So fun, we had our faces painted. The staff are fun and friendly and attentive. But the food is what makes it! We always get the fried ravioli and Ceasars salad and each time we try different pizzas. The Grandma white pizza, pepperoni, Grandma veg, Brooklyn pepperoni and the fried pizza with Burrata. Delicious!!! They gave my husband cannoli for his birthday and those were good too! The food was quite good but a little expensive. Service was really good when I did go.
