This place was pretty good. They have a lot of options. They also offer a self order options which make things easier, but also the staff is there in case you need help. The tea I order was tasty, but I think a but a bit pricey.

This place was so yummy! We got so many different drinks but my favorite was the honey lemon slush with star jellies. Yum!

When I arrived at this location, there were a few people ahead of me in line. The wait ended up being a bit long, but thankfully, ordering is convenient with the electronic devices available. I usually enjoy Thai tea with regular black tapioca balls, but I was disappointed to find no option to customize the Thai tea's milk with alternative flavors. As a result, I decided to try a taro-flavored tapioca drink instead. Unfortunately, both my drink and my friend's drink fell short of expectations. The tapioca balls were small, which to me suggests they hadn't been properly soaked. I don't hold the establishment or staff responsible--sometimes things don't go as planned, especially with the equipment we rely on at work. That said, it was disappointing to have such an average experience at Gong Cha, especially after hearing so many positive reviews about their drinks. The drinks here tend to be very sweet, so I recommend ordering them with half sugar to better balance the flavors. Also, if possible, order ahead to avoid potential crowds and long waits. The shop itself has a decent vibe, but it's quite small and fills up quickly. With other Gong Cha locations available, I wonder if this particular spot is busier than most.

They were very busy but moved efficiently so the wait was reasonable. I tried the Creme Brulee Brown Sugar Milk Tea. I usually prefer my tea a little sweeter but overall it was a good drink.

Really loved Gong Cha the menu was clear and very customizable. I liked how the asked the sugar level and ice amount. The service was quick and easy. I got the dirty brown sugar milk tea with boba. It was super delicious I also loved the foam top. I would defintely come back for more.

Got a lychee slush with boba! So refreshing and not overly sweet. This is a new location and it so clean! Love the decor and the service! Will be back!

I've never been a huge fan of Gong Cha, but I've only ever had it on the West Coast, soooooooo I decided to take a chance today with a few of my friends. Tucked away in the middle of Times Square is this cute and inviting Gong Cha! The store was super clean, welcoming, and the service was super quick! But where I have my qualms with Gong Cha is the quality of their drinks. We ordered around 6 drinks; I had ordered an oolong milk tea w/ grass jelly. The drink itself was not great. There was no underlying tea flavor, the sweetener tasted super artificial, and the grass jelly was too firm for my liking. My friends all enjoyed their drinks, so it could have been just me, but over the years Gong Cha has been disappointing.

Bubble bubble! Bubble tea! Quick on the go bubble tea! Location: it is located in Tinesquare, they have their own store. It will satisfy your bubble tea craving! Service: I just ordered and go, no interaction. Food: I almost taste all the flavors but my favorites are: TARO: as always this is good! Taro with bubbles is great! THAI ICED TEA: this one is good too! Thai experience! EARL GREY with 3 J's: this is one of my fave because it has 3 jellies on it! DIRTY BROWN SUGAR: one of the newest flavors! It is good because not your usual sugar! STRAWBERRY TARO: good too, make sure only 30% sugar because it might be sweet. COFFEE MILK TEA: good, taste more tea than coffee! LEMON AIYU WHITE PEARL: my lease favorite, it has candied lemons which is super sweet. Price rating: 4 out of 10. It is so cheap! Well all recommended! But personally love the taro and earl grey with 3Js.

Passionfruit Green Tea - 10/10 Just the right amount of sweetness, tasty! Would definitely get it again!

I'm gonna guess this was the Gong Cha boba place I visited because NY has so many locations. I recalled walking in a shopping center and waiting in line for boba. My husband and I were visiting NY and wanted to take boba for the road trip back. I got the Passionfruit Green Tea, highly recommend! Just the right about of sweetness, but there was no boba added :/ but both of teas were delicious and highly recommended trying Gong Cha. I would like to try other flavors the next time I see Gong Cha!

I love their teas and always try the new stuff. The sweetness level and jellies are always perfect for me. I love the passionfruit and peach offerings. It always does the job whether I'm in L.A., NYC or Australia & New Zealand! Special note: cups & straws in Australia and New Zealand are eco-friendly so they're cardboard and not so cool for pics.

Great little spot, not over crowded with tourists and the tea was made really well! Thanks Gong Cha for your speedy service and yummy drinks.

Can't go anywhere without having a bubble or boba tea place! This one is a short walk from the main Times Square area across from the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Amazingly there was one person who did everything and he was quite efficient! I ordered the seasonal frozen peach tea which was a partial slush drink with peach tea and tapioca boba. Drink the slush quickly if you're looking to cool off as it melts pretty fast to cool the tea. It was great tasting, refreshing, and not sweet. My kids ordered strawberry milk tea and regular milk tea, both with boba, regular ice and sweetness. We have Gong Cha back in California and there was a welcome consistency in what we expected and received. Overall the shop was busy with a short line. Pretty low-key in noise since this is a takeout type of place.

Good quick spot. Staff was awesome. Machine was a little confusing to order on, but mostly because it was the first time using it.

I've never been to a yogurt store that makes you pay a set price first before selecting toppings, which also means toppings are limited based on the yogurt size (something I only realized later after looking at a picture I took in the store). The employee who was supposed to help me immediately gave me attitude, as if I was supposed to already know all the "rules" of the store. I said nothing that would have warranted that reaction -- I simply went over to the display. At the register, I scanned my rewards app then couldn't find the card reader to pay. After about 20 seconds, I realized it was sitting on top of a case of water bottles (pictured). The topping limit signage was also placed off to the side of the register where customers wouldn't naturally see it -- it wasn't even on my side and was partially blocked. I only found this out when I went up to the counter after I got my yogurt. While choosing toppings, I asked how many I was allowed, and she responded, "How many toppings do you think you're supposed to choose?" with a noticeably rude tone. When I chose cookie dough as my fourth topping, she only gave me a few pieces, dropped another on the counter (pictured), and ignored it. The cookie dough topping was stale too. I also noticed she did not seem to treat other customers the same way. I eventually went back to the register - I asked her if the yogurt was actually strawberry matcha because it tasted like vanilla. I also asked about her rudeness because I genuinely didn't understand why I was being treated that way for asking simple questions. She said the information was "on the wall," even though it was difficult to see. I actually ended up apologizing earlier because she made me feel like I was burdening her. The only personable thing she said the entire interaction was that I didn't need to apologize, but the tone still felt unfriendly. Two customers sitting nearby ended up leaving without ordering. I understand it was Super Bowl Sunday and she appeared to be working alone, which may have contributed to stress. Still, I left feeling extremely shaken and even spilled yogurt on my jacket afterward. I would not return to this location. I used to come to this location sometimes, but after this experience -- and a previous visit where I ordered a tea and received very little -- I would not return.

Ahh, grass jelly loeng4 fan2 涼粉 is my childhood favorite dessert and summons nostalgia! It is my mission to search for bubble tea businesses that offers grass jelly as a topping for my primary reason to patronize. It was abundant which filled one quarter of my medium sized drink. The grass jelly topping is New York City standard priced at $0.50 at least there is sustainability and a sense of normalcy. I requested regular ice, but the entire ice dispensed disappointedly melted and the drink became room temperate. Heat wave medium $6.00 Passionfruit green tea with grass jelly, 50%, light sugar. The drink alone was good quality. While scanning the electronic menu the drink names appear very comical and not business appropriate as well as this bubble tea business name Ho Ho Te. The sound speakers is boisterously loud blasting music directly at my face by the ordering counter. The cashier associate was 90% inaudible of her customer service questions due to the boisterously loud blasting music as I had to fight loud vs. loud by blurting loudly several times: "WHAT?" Why would a business intentionally place sound speakers in front of a ordering counter station where customers must communicate their food/drink orders? How can customers place their drinks orders with clear specific description/instructions only for the cashier associate to inadvertently obfuscate by misinformation because the message conveyed was utterly misinterpreted? Communication is vital for ordering and order fulfillment accuracy in the food service industry! The cardboard paper straws available are environmentally sustainable friendly for biodegradable and compostable. However, these cardboard straws taste AWFULl!! The drink selection is very limited menu compared with other bubble tea competitors. Disappointedly there is no Jasmine green tea on the menu. There are some food items. Takeout menus are available for grabs. Loyalty card is available which also serve as business card where the back is printed in gold foil. This business is very accessible by MTA NYC Transit at Port Authority 42nd Street's A, C, E trains and buses near the peripheral of Times Square.

They're a little pricey, but each donut is a pretty hefty ring of chewy glutinous rice flour batter. I had them the following morning, and the donuts still tasted fresh. There was a little bit of oiliness from the frying, but it did not taste off or too greasy. I think this is from the meticulous frying process and good management of the oil. I got the Cookies and Cream, Rose, Lavender, and Pistachios. I loved the Rose and Lavender flavors, especially the lavender which had a solid floral flavor without being perfume-y. I look forward to trying other donuts and sweets from Bear Donut in the future!
