Loved the concept with beautiful interior! You can order at the kiosk and a very nice lady will make your drink right away. I loved that there was a yummy, sweet cream foam on top. The bubbles were chewy and sweet, and I enjoyed drinking the whole thing. Definitely instagram worthy with their little dried flower that they attach to your cup.

Was in the area and saw this cute shop on Yelp so decided to stop by for a drink before a show! The store itself is pretty small and lots of plants all around which was nice and cutesy. Ordered two jasmine matcha drinks and added boba. This drink is considered a specialty, two drinks plus bubbles was almost $17, a little steep. The drink itself though was pretty good - the matcha foam was creamy and tasty and the jasmine milk tea was also delicious. The bubbles though were just not good all together. They were definitely over boiled so it just almost melts in your mouth. Having had paid for this made me regret this option and would skip next time. The drinks come with some dried flowers which was ascetically cute and prettty to look at.

Very lowkey boba shop in Hell's Kitchen NYC. I first came on Friday around 12:30 PM-1:00 PM, but they weren't open yet. I came back around 4:00 PM on Saturday and they were open. Their hours are very vague and I wish they were official. I called them and they said they basically open/close whenever LOL The ordering process is easy. There is a kiosk where you place your order and wait for your drinks. I had the jasmine milk tea with boba. It had a strong jasmine flavor with creamy texture. The boba had great chew and was sweet. The shop itself is small but its super cute for lots of photo ops. I would give it 5 star but they need to set hours!

[NYC BOBA TOUR STOP #46] *My other stops on the boba tour: https://www.yelp.com/collection/4dXTAnFqPHD1D8obaInTZw/nyc-boba-tour Her Boba is not quite a hole in the wall, but it's somewhat hidden away. The vibe for me is like Remi Flower (a cafe), but for boba- the interior is decorated with plants and they attach a really cute little dried flower to the cup, which is an addition that I've never seen before anywhere else that feels special. They have some stuff that you find at typical boba shops, but they also have specials, and I'm a specials person. Tell me what you're good at, ya know. Make my decision-making job easier. And based on their specials options, their matcha seems to be one of their big sellers, along with a fresh ube paste and some special cream toppings. We ordered (rating): Matcha Ube with Boba (4.25/5), Ube Coconut with Boba (4.5/5), Passionfruit Green Tea with Coconut Jelly (4/5), Matcha Jasmine with Boba (4.5/5) I went with the matcha ube with boba, which has a jasmine tea as its base. I love a jasmine milk tea/matcha combination, and more people should talk about it. More people should be doing it. I loved the matcha cream as well, and even though the matcha cream is your only source of matcha in the drink, the matcha flavor is still prominent throughout the drink after mixing the cream in. The ube paste was insanely fresh. Like I watched them smash the taro and add it to the cup in front of my very eyeballs. The topping itself comes on the chunkier side so you can really taste the pieces, and though I prefer a smoother taro, I enjoyed it nonetheless. You really can't beat how fresh it was. I personally found the boba to be too soft. Even after they were sitting in the cold drink for a bit, they still ended up being too soft, and they are so tasteless. Like, so tasteless that you can taste how tasteless they are, leaving a blandness behind in your mouth. The topping choices are definitely limited here, with only boba and coconut jelly as your options, but there's a lot to gain, too, from this more upscale store. You can definitely taste the difference between this and a chain, and you get what you pay for ($8+).

a hidden gem tucked away in hells kitchen! this was such a nice suprise. came in on a whim and ordered their matcha jasmine with boba. had a matcha cream on top with a jasmine milk tea base. SO GOOD! seriously some or maybe the best milk tea i've had in the city!! the matcha and jasmine tea itself was really just quality. however, i wish i was able to adjust the sweatness level. also was just on the pricy side for the drink. nonetheless really good! will be back

Cute little shop hidden away! I got the passion fruit green tea, which was made fresh. The drink was super refreshing and I really like how they use real fruit. The packaging is also so cute and the service was pretty quick. Definitely want to come back to try their other drink flavors and the boba.

Hell's Kitchen doesn't have the largest selection of good boba so I was pumped to learn that a new place opened nearby. I always get some sort of fruit tea at boba shops and was excited to see that they have a nice selection of fruit teas. I've tried the strawberry green tea, passion fruit green tea, lychee green tea, mango green tea, and kiwi green tea. The strawberry one was my favorite although all of them were great. The tea is extremely fresh with real pieces of fruit it in. The only downside is the wait time since there's only one person making it.

A nice Chinese-influenced boba store with nice specialty milk tea drinks (and fruit teas)! I like the special touch of the flowers when you order one! The interior is very nice, but I wish there was seating!

The lavender matcha is probably best boba cup I've ever had, don't forget to ask for the boba!

The women who runs this place is so kind and even rides a motorcycle into work. I think the lavender matcha with boba is the best boba I've had in Manhattan. I didn't like the other items as much but they aren't bad. It's just that the matcha lavender is soooo good!! I've gone back a couple times and just wish they had more open hours but so happy this spot exists. Seems very legit good quality. X

Cute little space in Hell's kitchen. The pearls were so soft and chewy, probably some of the best pearls I've had! Not too much space inside to stand around and no space to sit though.

The first time we came we got jasmine bubble tea (which comes with boba) and kiwi fruit tea with lychee jelly and boba. After my first sip, I was so surprised. This is the softest boba I've had in my entire life. The kiwi tea had actual kiwi pieces in it too and truly tasted like kiwi. Today I got the matcha jasmine tea with boba and the passion fruit tea with lychee jelly and boba. You could really taste the matcha! The passion fruit tea had a lemon slice in it and didn't have fresh fruit pieces but was still good! This is one of my favorite boba and fruit tea places in the city for sure.

I've never been to a yogurt store that makes you pay a set price first before selecting toppings, which also means toppings are limited based on the yogurt size (something I only realized later after looking at a picture I took in the store). The employee who was supposed to help me immediately gave me attitude, as if I was supposed to already know all the "rules" of the store. I said nothing that would have warranted that reaction -- I simply went over to the display. At the register, I scanned my rewards app then couldn't find the card reader to pay. After about 20 seconds, I realized it was sitting on top of a case of water bottles (pictured). The topping limit signage was also placed off to the side of the register where customers wouldn't naturally see it -- it wasn't even on my side and was partially blocked. I only found this out when I went up to the counter after I got my yogurt. While choosing toppings, I asked how many I was allowed, and she responded, "How many toppings do you think you're supposed to choose?" with a noticeably rude tone. When I chose cookie dough as my fourth topping, she only gave me a few pieces, dropped another on the counter (pictured), and ignored it. The cookie dough topping was stale too. I also noticed she did not seem to treat other customers the same way. I eventually went back to the register - I asked her if the yogurt was actually strawberry matcha because it tasted like vanilla. I also asked about her rudeness because I genuinely didn't understand why I was being treated that way for asking simple questions. She said the information was "on the wall," even though it was difficult to see. I actually ended up apologizing earlier because she made me feel like I was burdening her. The only personable thing she said the entire interaction was that I didn't need to apologize, but the tone still felt unfriendly. Two customers sitting nearby ended up leaving without ordering. I understand it was Super Bowl Sunday and she appeared to be working alone, which may have contributed to stress. Still, I left feeling extremely shaken and even spilled yogurt on my jacket afterward. I would not return to this location. I used to come to this location sometimes, but after this experience -- and a previous visit where I ordered a tea and received very little -- I would not return.

Ahh, grass jelly loeng4 fan2 涼粉 is my childhood favorite dessert and summons nostalgia! It is my mission to search for bubble tea businesses that offers grass jelly as a topping for my primary reason to patronize. It was abundant which filled one quarter of my medium sized drink. The grass jelly topping is New York City standard priced at $0.50 at least there is sustainability and a sense of normalcy. I requested regular ice, but the entire ice dispensed disappointedly melted and the drink became room temperate. Heat wave medium $6.00 Passionfruit green tea with grass jelly, 50%, light sugar. The drink alone was good quality. While scanning the electronic menu the drink names appear very comical and not business appropriate as well as this bubble tea business name Ho Ho Te. The sound speakers is boisterously loud blasting music directly at my face by the ordering counter. The cashier associate was 90% inaudible of her customer service questions due to the boisterously loud blasting music as I had to fight loud vs. loud by blurting loudly several times: "WHAT?" Why would a business intentionally place sound speakers in front of a ordering counter station where customers must communicate their food/drink orders? How can customers place their drinks orders with clear specific description/instructions only for the cashier associate to inadvertently obfuscate by misinformation because the message conveyed was utterly misinterpreted? Communication is vital for ordering and order fulfillment accuracy in the food service industry! The cardboard paper straws available are environmentally sustainable friendly for biodegradable and compostable. However, these cardboard straws taste AWFULl!! The drink selection is very limited menu compared with other bubble tea competitors. Disappointedly there is no Jasmine green tea on the menu. There are some food items. Takeout menus are available for grabs. Loyalty card is available which also serve as business card where the back is printed in gold foil.
