Okay, I was a bit skeptical when they told me to shake the milk tea 10-15 times before drinking haha, but I did it anyway. The milk tea was okay okay, nothing special. They also had onigiri, and there are about three small tables inside for seating. Next to this location is Teso so you can grab the boba and browse around

I had the Fresh Taro Milk and it was better than I expected. It's not like the taro milk tea from other places that use the powdered purple taro but real chunks of taro in the drink which made it very good. It was also nice and creamy and not too sweet either which is what I look for in good quality bubble teas. The cashier there was also friendly and helpful when I was deciding what to order. Only downside is that it is on the pricier side, $9.25 for a large which is one of the most I have seen in awhile.

Had the best drink I've had in a whiiiile here the other day. I stopped in and ordered a strawberry mango pomelo (limited time only) because the sign/picture on the sidewalk enticed meeee. my god -- every sip hit so perfectly and the drink was a great use of $10 on a hottt night. Mango puree, strawberry puree, pomelo pieces.. shake it up first! Wow. I had to come back the next day for another because I'm sure it won't be available much longer. Also got a brown sugar boba with pudding because I've never tried one with it before. It satisfied the craving but I'd stick to the OG version.

An interesting choice for a store name hahah i chuckle Got the Oolong $6.5 w $1 boba - strong flavor even with 50% sweetness!! Boba was warm and chewy too which was an A+ for me and SO. It pained me to see the double plastic packaging tho ahhhhhhh It's a tiny store with only 3 tables and a small standing counter space. Would love to come back to try their other drinks and onigiris

Great boba tea spot in Midtown near Macy's, Empire State Building and Bryant Park. The space is small inside for ordering, but there are a few tables for dining in. I ordered the Brown Sugar Bubble Milk ($7+) with 30% ice and regular sugar, which was good but a bit too sweet for me. I generally order less sugar at other boba shops, but the staff kindly explained to me that the only difference between regular sugar and less sugar here is that you'd have less boba--which is why I'd selected regular. Maybe less boba would be better, if you're used to less sugar.

I was having my normal craving of boba on Saturday, so after catching a show we headed here! There was not a big rush on a Saturday afternoon, though the tables were full. We were able to quickly order, and got our drinks quite quickly. I opted for the brown sugar bubble milk, with less sweet and less ice cream. This was a great combo for me, with the brown sugar milk tasting really fresh and the boba was well cooked and chewy! The shop is cute and has some food options that looked great, and would be a nice place to sit and eat when there's room!

I'Milky was an interesting place to try our bubble tea. From a menu selection of varieties of drinks to choose from - it gives the direction to shake amd flip your drink 15 times before you drink it for best taste. The milk is special and good when you give it a try. When many bubble teas hits you with the milky taste - giving a try at I'Milky tastes as fresh as it comes. Friendly staff, all payments accepted. Small seating inside. Parking is limited along the street too.

We were walking around Manhattan and worked up a thirst. I had a craving for a cold and refreshing bubble tea or slush. Got on my trusty Yelp app and looked up boba and quite a few places popped up. Most of the places were chains that we have back in Houston. I sought out something new to me and I'Milky in Midtown was what I settled on. There was some construction happening on the building and scaffolding made it slightly difficult to locate. I guess I'm used to somewhat spacious boba shops back in Texas because this place was tiny. As you walk in, the ordering counter is to your right with barely any room to maneuver and off to the left is a very small seating area. Customer service was really lacking here. As soon as we walked in they were ready to take our order. No hi or asking if it's our first time to see if we need help with the menu. We felt rushed. I mentioned that I wanted something without dairy and more on the refreshing, fruity side. The employee immediately suggested the Golden Mango Slush. In my years of drinking boba, a slush is usually a blended, fruity drink with no dairy whatsoever. What I got was a milk heavy drink with mango slush on top. Now, I take the blame for blindly saying yes to something I've never had, but at the same time, the employee suggested it knowing what I was looking for. Milky is in the name, but I wasn't expecting a drink that I only taste milk in. It was neither refreshing or good. I ended up throwing it away not even half way through and still craving a cold and refreshing drink. This place seems like a popular spot, but it is definitely a one and done for me. I'll stick to the chains next time I'm in the area.

They have vegan and lactaid milk options, so that's a plus. Some of the boba cafes in the area only carry dairy. Employees were friendly, and I was able to customize ice and sugar levels. I ordered an I'Milky Black Tea with Boba and Soy Milk, the price wasn't bad at all. It was affordable and tasted nice. The sitting area could be a little cleaner, but that's okay. The location is very close to Bryant Park, so one could take a stroll and enjoy their food and drink outside.

    Fresh Taro Milk with tapioca
    Roslyn H.

The fresh taro milk with tapioca tasted great. The cashier was helpful explaining that this drink can have either purple rice or another topping but not both. The shop was clean. It has three small tables with seats, which is great for hanging out with a friend. Paying in cash would reduce your bill by 10%, eliminating the seller's credit card fee. Will definitely come back!

This place was convenient to where I was staying and with the New York heat you need a refreshment. I ordered the mango sago and it was good. It was not too sweet and exactly what I needed with the humidity. This is a small shop with a couple tables and I love that they even include snacks and food on their menu. The one star off is for the price. The slushys are $9 and personally that's a lot for boba.

Stopped here on the way back to the hotel and were a little disappointed at the drink quality. TBH, most of the milk tea in NY isn't that great so this was really on par with most other places. The guys behind the counter were nice enough and were hustling to get the drinks done quickly, they just didn't taste that great.

Warm oolong milk tea and cute wall decor
    Michelle C.

I've been meaning to try this bubble tea shop for a while, and glad I finally did! The oolong milk tea is rich and flavorful and the boba soft and chewy. The server was also super friendly and helpful. It was pretty quiet at 11:30 on a Friday so I was able to sit and enjoy - the space isn't huge but has 3 small tables with comfortable seating. Would definitely come back. Their onigiri menu looks yummy, though I didn't get to try any this time.

Very Fresh Noodles specializes in biangbiang (hand pulled) noodles. We got the Tingly & Spicy Cumin Lamb (Dry). It featured their signature biangbiang noodles seasoned with cumin, peppercorn, and their housemade chili oil. It's served with celery, cabbage, and tonsss of cilantro. SO GOOD! It was slurped up in minutes. The spice is mala spice, so it's a little numbing, tingly, and hurts just a bit in the best way. It definitely grows, so have a beverage on hand. The chewy noodles, spicy seasonings, and tender lamb made this dish unforgettable. Pro-tip: You can get it either dry (tossed in the sauce) or soupy!

I ordered the beef dry noodles. Their signature noodles are nice, thick, and chewy. They cooled off fairly quickly, but the center was still warm. Oily as expected but not overly so. It was definitely on the salty side. Just a little spicy but even a wimp like me was okay with it. Flavor wise, it was solid and good but nothing super unique or that I'd go out of the way for (for the dry noodles). Happy I tried it and it was tasty, but I wouldn't go out of my way to return or highly recommend friends to try them out. It's pretty pricey for a plate or bowl, but it was a big portion (and I eat a lot!). There's tons of protein, like there was almost an endless hill of beef for me. Not really much service besides taking the order and they seemed busy through lunch and the early afternoon. There's limited bar seating at the storefront or tables near the windows, but you can take your plate and walk to the basement floor for quieter seating too!

I went to this casual Taiwanese spot a while back with a group. The food here was overall tasty…read morewith the best thing being definitely the spicy beef & tendon noodle soup along with the braised beef with noodles which makes sense as it's a Taiwanese beef noodle spot. The rest of the dishes were still pretty tasty with a notable unique version of dan dan noodles. I didn't have a drink and I don't think anyone else did. Service was fine and the place is very casual. On a side note, I got a Tea Egg and I wouldn't really recommend it much as it lacked the flavor of most tea eggs. The first thing that arrived was one of the appetizers the Assorted Cold Dish with jade cucumber, black fungus in vinegar sauce, and spiced edamame. The portion was fine and they had a mixture of crunch and textures. It would be good to share though my preference of the mixtures was the Assorted Luwei with tofu, kelp knots, and boiled eggs. Referring to dishes braised in soy sauce, I particularly liked the kelp due to it's crunchy yet soft texture with the strips of tofu also being very tasty while the eggs as per the tea egg prior were alright. We also got as an appetizer the Spicy Braised Pig's Ear. A bunch of the other people at the table didn't really like this but I liked the texture mostly because I'm a fan of tendon and cartilage and this has that crunchy but soft texture almost like a crunchy jello. This spice was on the lighter end but it still had a little bit of heat. There was also the Seasonal Greens which were pretty tasty though not as necessary as most of the greens were included in the other dishes such as the pork chops and soups. There was also the Popcorn Chicken which had the usual white pepper and slight sweetness I associate with this version and it was solid and warm (though I wouldn't recommend it to go.) Overall, the appetizers were good but they aren't the star of this place. Best of the main dishes was as noted the Spicy Beef & Tendon Noodle Soup. Both the beef and the tendon in there were super tender. The noodles had the QQ texture I'd expect from a good Taiwanese spot. I have had richer beef noodle soups before but it was still well flavored and the bit of spice in there was a nice extra kick. A bit spicier by comparison was the Dan Dan Noodles which I was a bit surprised to see on the menu. They were prepared differently from the dan dan mein from other spots; more like a soupier noodle. By comparison to the beef/tendon noodle soup, it was more Sichuan peppercorn and spicier by comparison. Both were tasty with a slight preference to the former due to the different types of beef and I liked tasting the soup a bit better. We also got the Braised Beef With Noodles which is offered over rice or with noodles. Due to the great noodle texture, we got it over noodles of course. The beef again was tasty though I preferred it as a noodle soup. It was still good and I would order it on a different day. Our only non noodle dish was the Fried Pork Chops With Rice which was fine. The pork chops have the usual white pepper and light sweetness you find in this style though it was a bit chewy. Outside of the pork and rice, there was also some cucumbers and it came with half a boiled egg. This was as expected alright but I would recommend getting noodles as it's definitely their specialty.
