He is always there when I need him and answers with an immediate text or a phone call. Even if his company finished reroofing our house today he said he will continue to help us with trying to get our claims settled and to recover the expense. Jeherard also helped us with our solar and that REALLY lessened the stress with the project and everything going on. HHR's crew were prompt, very hard working and left the area around our house cleaner than it was prior to the reroof. We are loving our new roof and they did a REALLY good job. Apparently there were many cracked tiles, probably when panels were put in, tenting and/or neighbor's avocados. He checked for this type of tiles and the color. Recommended extra tiles because not many in my color which I did want. Rob and his helper went straight to work for many hours (in the hot sun and no breeze) due to the tile being slippery, not to cause further breakage and must do one at a time). They then carefully brought in the extra tiles for storage. Very happy with the work of Rob and advice on the care of the roof.

Nick is incredibly kind and knowledgeable and when we met him he made us feel confident in our decision to hire HI Point Roofing! It ends there! When you pay $20k+ for a job like a new roof replacement you'd expect to have . . . ONE: a company that has good communication skills and professionalism. TWO: a company that provides skilled and competent service that allows for the customer to receive quality assurance! Crew came out to remove our old roof on our two story home and our detached garage. They arrived around 8am and the work was completed around 3pm. The crew returned the next day to begin the installation of our new roof - again arrived around 8am. The work wasn't completed that day, which was a Friday so the weekend came and they returned Monday. Monday the crew arrived again around 8am and began to complete the installation of our roof. I received a phone call from our roofing coordinator letting me know that the crew was wrapping up. Funny! Because I was at home and the crew was still working on our home and hadn't even begun installing the new roof on our garage!!! That phone call was received around 2pm. I guess the crew needed or wanted to complete our job so they begun installing the new roof on our garage late afternoon and didn't finish it until around 6pm. When the crew finished and left after completing our garage I took our dogs out into our back yard and that's when I noticed some issues. There were some areas of the garage that looked like the shingles were lifting -- which equates into lack of proper installation!?! I had also noticed a lot of debris left on our roof, random nails around my yard and garage! I reached out to our roofing coordinator and sent photos of the areas of concern - they replied with, "I would like to send *** back to your home tomorrow to touch up your garage roof. He should be there anytime between 8am - 12noon". Touch up!? I replied asking for clarification and definition of 'touch up'. I received a reply with, "There's a few shingle areas on the garage roof that will be a touched up. It will take a hour or two". Didn't answer my question at all. Remember $20k+ spent and they want to send a one man crew out to 'touch up' and they want to give me a 4 HOUR ARRIVAL WINDOW!! I was livid! They ended up sending out a project manager, Paul, he concluded that a crew would need to come out to correct the issues on our garage roof and that it was more than a 'touch up'! We scheduled a day to have the garage corrected. I was told by my roofing coordinator that the crew would arrive between 8am - 9am ... the day arrived and the crew arrived at 7:20am! Please do not give me an arrival time and arrive before or after the time given! That's just plain unprofessional!! The crew that came ended up removing one whole side of our garage roof and had to install all new shingles. HI Point Roofing did correct the issue. But, it was with difficulty and inconvenience to get it done. I'd expect a company to do the work correctly the first time and to make sure their staff pick up after themselves!!! SO pilau!!
