I have nothing but nice things to say about these folks. They always send an email alerting you to an upcoming visit and, text or call when they are 15 or so minutes away. You can also look online at their payment portal to see what month and day a tech will be coming to do treatments and put it on your calendar. You can also call them for an unscheduled visit if you find a problem or infestation, at no extra charge. I don't understand the negative reviews on here for this good company. Some of the comments appear to be written by clueless folks. Just sayin'.

This appears to be their standard procedure. Apparently, the technician arrived and completed the inspection while we were not at home. However, I personally inspected the area and found that an HVAC drain pipe is completely disconnected, causing water to pool on the ground. It seems the technician either did not thoroughly inspect the crawlspace or chose not to disclose this information, which is concerning either way. Moreover, the technician texted me with only about 15 minutes' notice of their arrival, and did not respond when I replied. Additionally, I have been receiving daily emails since the service notifying me of a balance on my account. In my opinion, the level of customer service from Pestmaster has been disappointing. We are saddened by their acquisition of the company we previously enjoyed, and are now actively seeking a new service provider.

During that visit, they let their shop vacuum tumble down a flight of stairs and crash into a wall, and two of the workers even used our backyard as a restroom--completely unacceptable behavior. From the beginning, there were red flags. After the initial job, they left trash in our shared parking lot, which drew complaints from neighbors. I also strongly suspect they took items from our shed during their time on the property. I reached out to Ron, who seemed apologetic and agreed some compensation was appropriate. I sent a modest reimbursement request--about 5% of the original job cost--but since then, I've received no response. This was unprofessional from start to finish. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

The ratings on Groupon are incredibly high compared to the 1.8 here. Neither service is honest. It is not possible to reach an actual human being anymore at Groupon to address a concern. You are placed on a look of AI and/recordings that just go around in circles wasting your precious time.

Also they wore little booties, so as not to track thru house, came on time, (little early, but ok) and got work done fast. Before they left they turned on dryer to make sure it worked, and it did. I had clothes dryer ductwork cleaned (reasonable), not HVAC air ductwork, which they also do, plus they change out boots under vents in floor if you need that too. So I think I will use them again in the future for those other things. They seemed to know what they were doing, but time will tell.

I hired them to to clean my duct work ( after another company had let construction dust get into my a/c - heat central air intake vent ) They cleaned and videoed every duct pipe thoroughly - taking pictures as they go along - they use a type of tool that cleans the duct work out and at the same time a vacuum suction that cleans out the ducting I had a great experience and recommended them to anyone needing their duct work cleaned .

A simple google search can prove that this is a huge over estimate. (Subaru later quoted $360 parts and labor). I called and expressed my concern about how the estimate was that high. The justification given was "that's what my system says, I cannot help you". They cleared my code without any mechanical fix and told me I was "ready to go". Check engine light came back on the drive home. These guys don't want to help their customers. They overcharge for labor, and prey on those not knowledgeable about their vehicles. Stay away and take your vehicle to any of the other shops along broad st.

However, using my phone's flashlight, I saw the socket was still there. I bought a new light for $7 and had my car passed at a different shop. My issue isn't with the failure, but with their failure to properly check for the socket and their lack of listening, especially considering they advertise "lights and electrical repair".

We called the owner, and he acted extremely rude and said "well you got dead bugs- that's what you paid us to do!" He refused to spray the second time as promised and asked if we wanted a refund. we said yes.We have contacted the owner 3 times in 2 months. He promised to have the check in the mail each time. It never arrived. During the 3rd call, He said yeah sure whatever and hung up on us. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Wish we had been warned.
