However, I personally inspected the area and found that an HVAC drain pipe is completely disconnected, causing water to pool on the ground. It seems the technician either did not thoroughly inspect the crawlspace or chose not to disclose this information, which is concerning either way. Moreover, the technician texted me with only about 15 minutes' notice of their arrival, and did not respond when I replied. Additionally, I have been receiving daily emails since the service notifying me of a balance on my account. In my opinion, the level of customer service from Pestmaster has been disappointing. We are saddened by their acquisition of the company we previously enjoyed, and are now actively seeking a new service provider.

You can also call them for an unscheduled visit if you find a problem or infestation, at no extra charge. I don't understand the negative reviews on here for this good company. Some of the comments appear to be written by clueless folks. Just sayin'.
