John M. was my technician and he was great. His attention to detail and thoroughness was outstanding. He arrived early after verifying that was OK with me. He sprayed every nook and cranny both inside and out of the house, and enthusiastically showed me a couple of wasps nests and giant spiders that he found (I had no idea they were there). I will say that when we signed up we were told that the service was normally over $300 per treatment and we were getting a deal at $180 a treatment but after the tech came to the door acting like the $180 was the normal price for the service I think we were lied to and did get any discount for signing a 2 year contract.
