During our year contract we had issues with mice in our garage. Joe and his team made sure to keep us updated about the status of the problem and what they were doing to solve it. We also ended up adding on mosquito and tick service which we found worked tremendously! They are very punctual and he always sent his reminds out with ample time if we needed to reschedule for any reason. As of now, our bug infestation is down to a normal amount of yard bugs, we don't see problems with the mice, and the mosquito treatment worked wonders!!! They truly care about their customers and we really appreciate that! Also shout out to Danielle, he came to service our house a number of times and he's just as on top of it as Joe! We recommend them to anyone!

Within a week of his first visit--which involved outdoor spraying, bait stations, and foam-filling and screening-in of small crevices--my house finally felt calm and smelled better. He's always honest about expectations, happy to explain what he's doing and why, and offer options for pest-issue solutions. I'm happy to have him in my corner, and highly recommend him.

We were a bit skeptical of whether or not the organic products would work, but the organic treatment has worked really well. We've had no issue with ants or otherwise since we've started with Harmony. Recently, on a Sunday, a raccoon holed up under our deck and wasn't budging. With kids and dogs, we needed to get it out. We called Harmony since we knew that they would "catch and release" if the raccoon was healthy. They came out quickly and removed the animal without incident. I was expecting a huge bill for the last minute weekend call, but it was more than reasonable.

He quickly gave Advice on how to make and spray a lavender oil and water mixture to deter them. This week we called Keith back out due to finding 5 wasps in our bathroom this weekend. The inspection was supposed to be of the full attic. My attic is split due to vaulted ceiling so the young girl and young boy only inspected half of the attic without going through other door. A tube was put in and netting put up from the outside for a week. The bat droppings removal was included along with sanitation but droppings were still left in attic under area where bat was seen hanging during clean up. And still other side was not checked to make sure nothing was left. When i called to voice a complaint, the owner returned my call but had the nerve to raise his voice with me getting upset over me explaining about the dropping still being there and other side of attic being checked by the girl he sent out. The girl stated that she sprayed both sides but had not even been to the other side and i just wanted to make sure we were fully in the clear for our attic. I would not recommend this company if you talk to customers like that when an issue arises.
