We were uncomfortable with his demeanor. He then said that he wants all of his client happy, and if we found any bugs within 30 days of his visit- the company would spray again for free. As he gave us the receipt, he said even though it doesn't say 30 day guarantee, that's what the policy is. We should have known that was a RED FLAG. We found bugs within the first 3 weeks. We called the owner, and he acted extremely rude and said "well you got dead bugs- that's what you paid us to do!" He refused to spray the second time as promised and asked if we wanted a refund. we said yes.We have contacted the owner 3 times in 2 months. He promised to have the check in the mail each time.
