We've paid $1500 and seen little progress in removing the moles from our yard. The first tech who came at least appeared knowledgeable and tried his best to move out the moles, but after he left, we've had a string of different techs who don't appear to know what they are doing or care. We signed a 1-year contract and regretted that commitment to a service that feels like a scam, and we are happily cancelling it.

We had an active termite infestation, they came out and analyzed it and then called Interstate Repair Services, they gave us an estimate of $1500.00 worth of damage. That did not even cover the insulation that had to be replaced. Look elsewhere for a reputable Pest company that honors its warranties. I had found the original warranty from 2000 and it states that with an active termite infestation they will pay the damages. I can attest they will not, you will be left doing the repair work and paying for it. I contemplated legal action, but at this point, it is not worth it, I have dealt with chain companies, and they are very good at hiding behind franchises. I will make it a point to let everyone know, this is how they treat customers.

It's extremely frustrating to pay $500 for an incomplete service that only took the technician 40 minutes and did not get the job done. Subsequently, I persistently called, left voicemails and emailed for 2 weeks letting them know of my issue and they kept giving me the run around. It's unfortunate because they were so quick to get me scheduled to take my money but when I told them they obviously didn't do the job I paid for, they have been completely ghost. Because of the nature of the situation and the health hazard, I had to call another company to fix the faulty job they did. The new company is excellent, great customer service and I will recommend them to everyone with any similar issues as well as my HOA because we have wildlife issues is my neighborhood quite often. Companies like Jesse James do not care about customers... customers who work hard NOT to throw away money! I do not write reviews often so when I do it's because I value my dollar and do not want others taking advantage. Sadly, I was referred to Jesse James by another company who could not get to me sooner so I'll have to also let them know about my experience so others do not have my same fate! If you would've called me back or responded to my emails - had a conversion about any of this you would have heard the truth. Review our invoice that states exactly what we said no to - upcharges your technician tried to sell us for exterior gates around the vents. This is exactly why your customer service is horrible. Again, absolutely horrible - all around hands down despicable service and an even more terrible leader who would rather hide behind a computer and lie on the internet than face the truth!

Then new owners/ landlords hired Intrastate and the rats were gone after just a couple weeks. The corporations are such a pain - they want everything but your first born before even reaching a person for a quote, and then they try to sell their packages for $499+. Every single quote was $299 minimum, for a job which took 15 minutes. Mike, on the other hand, charged much less, and was completely knowledgeable about the entire process.
