We've paid $1500 and seen little progress in removing the moles from our yard. The first tech who came at least appeared knowledgeable and tried his best to move out the moles, but after he left, we've had a string of different techs who don't appear to know what they are doing or care. We signed a 1-year contract and regretted that commitment to a service that feels like a scam, and we are happily cancelling it.

We had an active termite infestation, they came out and analyzed it and then called Interstate Repair Services, they gave us an estimate of $1500.00 worth of damage. That did not even cover the insulation that had to be replaced. Look elsewhere for a reputable Pest company that honors its warranties. I had found the original warranty from 2000 and it states that with an active termite infestation they will pay the damages. I can attest they will not, you will be left doing the repair work and paying for it. I contemplated legal action, but at this point, it is not worth it, I have dealt with chain companies, and they are very good at hiding behind franchises. I will make it a point to let everyone know, this is how they treat customers.

The new company couldn't help me, so I called another company to redo the inspection for me, but it was now only a week before closing so time was a critical issue. The new company said they would get back to me and never did. I called Fosters and Melanie immediately understood my situation, said she would call me back and did, and got the inspection and the report to me without any further nudging on my part! I am so impressed with her understanding, her follow up, and the young man who showed up to do the inspection. It's extremely frustrating to pay $500 for an incomplete service that only took the technician 40 minutes and did not get the job done. Subsequently, I persistently called, left voicemails and emailed for 2 weeks letting them know of my issue and they kept giving me the run around. It's unfortunate because they were so quick to get me scheduled to take my money but when I told them they obviously didn't do the job I paid for, they have been completely ghost. Because of the nature of the situation and the health hazard, I had to call another company to fix the faulty job they did. The new company is excellent, great customer service and I will recommend them to everyone with any similar issues as well as my HOA because we have wildlife issues is my neighborhood quite often. Companies like Jesse James do not care about customers... customers who work hard NOT to throw away money! Anyway, I was told they would set up "Bait Stations" and insure them for $1,200 with a ~ $430 *annual* "insurance fee." and a release from the contract would be 80% of contract ( ~1,000) to no longer have " insurance" No mention was made of using chemical sprays. Now, they might react to this and say " You're mistaken. We did mention supplemental chemical sprays"- so let me assure you they did not. This interesting video by a professional purports to uncover this "lock in" bait station scam and the erroneous value of bait stations. The logic in the video makes sense, but that's for you to decide. It includes quotes by the Dept of Agriculture on the value of chemicals over bait stations. The corporations are such a pain - they want everything but your first born before even reaching a person for a quote, and then they try to sell their packages for $499+. Every single quote was $299 minimum, for a job which took 15 minutes. Mike, on the other hand, charged much less, and was completely knowledgeable about the entire process. I left a message in the morning and he called me back that afternoon, looked at photos, assured me "no problem," and came over the next morning. Miserable stinging insects gone.
