I purchased this house in June and I haven't use this shower yet because it was totally disgusting. There were cracked and missing tiles. Plus water damage in front of the shower curb, which the seller attempted to cover up. Grout Wizard's owner , Angelo came to my home and inspected the scene . He explained what had occurred and what his workers would do. Then I received an emailed estimate for work. I scheduled the work. First, a steam cleaning was nicely done to remove soap, film, mildew, etc. Then Terry Mack of Grout Wizard came to repair and re-grout. He truly rocks for he did me a solid!!! They were very fair in pricing (about half the price of the first business I contacted), flexible w/ additional requests, on time, professional, courteous (wore masks, boot covers, took care of not hitting walls with hoses), and efficient in their process. The carpet areas they had to clean are old and were very dirty (pets/some areas with blood on it from a sick household pet) -- everything looks brand new! They gave me a quote of $100 for two chairs. They wasted my time for over a month with senseless questions. Then they then told me they were too busy and referred me to other companies, just before the Holidays. Horrible customer service. Now I have to go through this process all over again with other cleaning companies. This is not the only errand I have to run in my busy day to day life. Horrible, just horrible. Shame on you. I have all of our communications, via e mail. I reached out to you, and kept asking you, when can I bring them in? You told me that Angelo has to reach me by phone. I told you I cannot use the phone at work. I was honest in all of my communications, not once did you ask me to bring them in, to look at them even. You just wasted my time. Now you are busy. They cleaned/stripped and rewaxed my terra cotta kitchen floor which proved to be quite tricky since it's difficult to know how it was originally finished.
