The service guy was nice and polite and I guess did what he was supposed to do. He was so that I he was able to sign me up for a maintenance plan. That's where it all fell apart. They were supposed to come on a regular schedule but I would get random calls asking if a service guy could come out. If that wasn't a good time it would be weeks before they could send someone again. This went on for a few months and I cancelled the service. They tried to tell me I couldn't but could not come up with proof that I had signed that type of contract. After I cancelled they said I still owed $75 for the balance of the month I cancelled. That was just dumb. No service guy came out that month so why would I pay? We argued the $75 for about a year before I finally paid when they threatened to send it to collection. If you have a pest problem feel free to call them. Just don't get suckered into a long term contract. A company that doesn't post their street address on their website shouldn't be trusted.

This appears to be their standard procedure. Apparently, the technician arrived and completed the inspection while we were not at home. However, I personally inspected the area and found that an HVAC drain pipe is completely disconnected, causing water to pool on the ground. It seems the technician either did not thoroughly inspect the crawlspace or chose not to disclose this information, which is concerning either way. Moreover, the technician texted me with only about 15 minutes' notice of their arrival, and did not respond when I replied. Additionally, I have been receiving daily emails since the service notifying me of a balance on my account. In my opinion, the level of customer service from Pestmaster has been disappointing. We are saddened by their acquisition of the company we previously enjoyed, and are now actively seeking a new service provider.

I have nothing but nice things to say about these folks. They always send an email alerting you to an upcoming visit and, text or call when they are 15 or so minutes away. You can also look online at their payment portal to see what month and day a tech will be coming to do treatments and put it on your calendar. You can also call them for an unscheduled visit if you find a problem or infestation, at no extra charge. I don't understand the negative reviews on here for this good company. Some of the comments appear to be written by clueless folks. Just sayin'.

Ended up with a recommendation for a $20,000 (yes, $20K) gas treatment - done only by Dodson and alleged to be "the only treatment that can permanently remedy the problem." The treatment involves tenting the entire house and we and our pets having to evacuate our home for 36 hours. Two subsequent inspections by other pest companies yielded no findings of other pests or recommendations for bank-breaking treatments. Beware.

During our year contract we had issues with mice in our garage. Joe and his team made sure to keep us updated about the status of the problem and what they were doing to solve it. We also ended up adding on mosquito and tick service which we found worked tremendously! They are very punctual and he always sent his reminds out with ample time if we needed to reschedule for any reason. As of now, our bug infestation is down to a normal amount of yard bugs, we don't see problems with the mice, and the mosquito treatment worked wonders!!!
