We've had no issue with ants or otherwise since we've started with Harmony. Recently, on a Sunday, a raccoon holed up under our deck and wasn't budging. With kids and dogs, we needed to get it out. We called Harmony since we knew that they would "catch and release" if the raccoon was healthy. They came out quickly and removed the animal without incident. This is a long review brace yourself, never thought in a million years I'd be going on a pest control journey I didn't ask for and be on the internet sharing this . I called a month ago to get a quote, spoke to someone named Wesley who really wanted to lock me in as a customer. I told him I have over an acre of land and he said in many words but I am just saying simply he said no problem we can treat it. Pest control guy gets to my house and is basically like no that's not how this works. He calls his manager to tell him what I was told, manager explains and I'm just basically over it at this point, I know I'm calling later to speak to someone about what I was told on the phone initially. I let them treat my house because we just moved in here and there are just too many freaking ants. I call GM later and ask them to please review the recorded message between me and this guy so he can hear what went down he said he would and then get back with me. Never did. Pest guy does his thing and tells me he's coming back in a few weeks to retreat since it's the first treatment and don't be alarmed if there is an uptick in bug activity. I say no problem. We go on vacation I come back house is still riddled with ants. I'm thinking in the back of my mind "he said this is normal". I end up calling again because it's still just so bad in my kitchen and let them know and the customer service guy is like "you could have called us anytime between the first treatment and now" and I said literally NO ONE TOLD ME THIS. Pest control guy said don't worry he will be back. I tell customer service "I need someone here asap then" and he says "well we don't have anything until next Tuesday" and I was like well what's the point in you saying call asap if it's going to be a week until you get here". Anyway he schedules an appt for me for today (Tuesday the 18th) at 9am with someone named Sincere. Sincere doesn't show up. I call at 1:00 and they apologize, and I just told them I'm done I don't want to do business with this company. Literally from the people who answer the phone to the follow ups to the general manager like the ball was dropped so many times. The guy on the phone today (I think his name was Clyde) kept apologizing for their "miscommunications" and honestly that is what made me just say I'm done, it wasn't a miscommunication you guys literally didn't show up. Like what a wild ride just trying to get these ants out of my house.

I have nothing but nice things to say about these folks. They always send an email alerting you to an upcoming visit and, text or call when they are 15 or so minutes away. You can also look online at their payment portal to see what month and day a tech will be coming to do treatments and put it on your calendar. You can also call them for an unscheduled visit if you find a problem or infestation, at no extra charge. I don't understand the negative reviews on here for this good company. Some of the comments appear to be written by clueless folks. Just sayin'.

We recently received a notification of a scheduled appointment on a specific day without a…read morespecified time, and without prior contact from Pestmaster. This appears to be their standard procedure. Apparently, the technician arrived and completed the inspection while we were not at home. However, I personally inspected the area and found that an HVAC drain pipe is completely disconnected, causing water to pool on the ground. It seems the technician either did not thoroughly inspect the crawlspace or chose not to disclose this information, which is concerning either way. Moreover, the technician texted me with only about 15 minutes' notice of their arrival, and did not respond when I replied. Additionally, I have been receiving daily emails since the service notifying me of a balance on my account. In my opinion, the level of customer service from Pestmaster has been disappointing. We are saddened by their acquisition of the company we previously enjoyed, and are now actively seeking a new service provider.

He quoted me 23k to condition the crawl space but no quote to plug the foundation holes and bait. Unfortunately, I had to do it myself. If they can't be trusted to control pest, why on earth would I trust your team to perform remediation and repairs to the crawl space. They not even certified in foundation repairs.
