LOVE this place! saw this as a recommendation on TikTok for brunch. I got the one egg breakfast with ham, and my wife got the caprese Benedict and we shared the coffee cake. everything was good and our server was really nice and attentive!

BEST BREAKFAST I EVER HAD!!!! I'm not a breakfast/diner person whatsoever, but the azzy special just blew my mind. So fresh, layered, delicious and unique. Can't say much about anything else on the menu but one of my best friends swears by this place. Friendly staff. Good ambiance.

We were visiting Seattle for four days and ate at Glo's, and while the wait time was a bit long, once we got seated the staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was really welcoming, plus the food was great, the eggs Benedict had a good hollandaise and a nice crunchy biscuit, the pesto in the omelet tasted fresh and really flavorful, and the lemon poppyseed pancakes were delicious, especially with the homemade blueberry jam added on top.

Bests eggs benedict I have EVER had! Stopped in for breakfast with family, had a quick 5 minute or so wait, and we were brought over to our table. Menu is your typical breakfast fare, but so much better. I had the California eggs benedict, and they were so yummy and delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the hollandaise sauce was a light lemony perfection. And let's talk for a minute about the mountain on buttery hash browns that my breakfast came with...OMG! I kept telling myself to stop eating them, but I just couldn't. Glo's offers several specials as well, plus a cocktail menu to go along with the various food items. Staff is great, and the restaurant is super clean. Looking forward to visiting Glo's on my next trip to the area.

Excellent food and staff. Had to wait for the food but that's what made to order is all about. Highly recommend. My daughter built her pancakes, exactly the way she wanted them. They have nice booths and tables along with glass.

A great brunch spot with some of the best hash browns I've had! Everything is super buttery. This spot gets pretty busy so I would recommend making a reservation beforehand. The interior definitely has diner vibes with lots of fun colors.

The good : Ambiance is cute , i like the vibe. Coffee was good & staff was nice :) I wouldn't consider any of the food great. It was alright. pancakes tasted way too much like baking soda? For a Monday and 2 people we waited around 45-50 min & waited 35-40 ish min for food & paid 93 after tip, Id recommend skipping this place there are better breakfast/ brunch places. With the way the food tastes it'd be okay if it was cheaper maybe. I think you could get better breakfast dishes with the same amount of money elsewhere.

Weekends are always packed like 1-1.5hr waits in the morning. I love their coffee cakes because they come out warm a fluffy but their breakfast food is just alright especially for the price and wait. Their hash browns were more crispy and nicely salted than other diner hash browns which was a bright spot of the experience The food was a really classic, well done breakfast diner with seemingly good quality ingredients. They didn't over-season or make the food overly oily, which we appreciated since we had a fully packed day and didn't want to feel sluggish or in a food coma. Worth the price? Probably not, we spent $70 for two people on food we could have essentially cooked at home.

Filling. This is their new location further along Denny in Capitol Hill. Nice place great waitstaff attentive and knowledgeable. My favorite was the mushroom gravy which is a rare find. Especially for a vegetarian like myself. All very tasty, biscuits with crisp edges and a flaky inside. Eggs were good and hash browns nice and crispy. Another breakfast gem. Give it a go.

First time trying their new location, but not first time here. We loved Glo's and it's only gotten better since the move. We both got the specials and they were able to accommodate my cow dairy allergy. Everything was super delicious and the new space is clean and spacious but still feels cozy and retro diner-y. 100% our go to and we will be back. The only way they could possibly improve is if they added a patio so you could eat outside and bring your dog. They pretty much always have a long waitlist though so come with that in mind!

I give 3.5 stars-- there's a wait time almost every-time, they're super busy! 30-45 minute wait. The cafe is pretty small, not much waiting seat areas, so you'll have to take a walk or sit outside. My husband and I came on a Sunday after a lovely stroll through the farmers market. Order: Salmon Benedict with hash browns: Super delicious, the hash browns were my favorite. Crispy, generous portion, tasteful just a bit overly salted. The Benedict was difficult to cut through but it was still so super filling and good :) Azzy Special: Veggies and Hash. Great flavors, nicely chard. The pile of veggies soaked up the hash brown. If you like crispy hash I don't suggest this plate unless you ask to put the veggies to the side. Coffee was good! I love how there's a designated area to order your coffee if you want pick up.

Wow, this is one of our favorite breakfasts we ever had! This place reminded me of the suburban diners I grew up with but now placed in Capitol Hill. The menu already looked so great online, and then we were pleasantly surprised to see a Specials menu along with Secret Aardvark Hot Sauce as part of the standard sauces on our table when we were seated. We ended up getting the Pesto Omelet special item and the Eggs Benedict, and both were so delicious and huge. I get weary sometimes when breakfast places serve large portions because sometimes it is at the sacrifice of the quality, but that was not an issue at all here at all--in fact, the vegetables in my omelet, particularly the tomatoes, were some of the most flavorful I've ever had in an omelet. The coffee drinks here are also great--I really enjoyed my cortado during breakfast. The staff were also so very kind throughout, and the dining room felt quite spacious and not too crammed. The outdoor seating looked great as well. Definitely come check out Glo's if you're in Seattle!

Great place for breakfast and brunch. This was close to our airbnb and I was really craving Benny eggs and wanted to get my fill. It was a Saturday so we knew everywhere we went it was going to be busy but I didn't expect this place to be that popular but it was haha. We arrived before 10am I think and it was a 45min to 1 hour wait and there were at least 12 people ahead of me. I put my name down anyways and kept checking with the staff if anything would open up at the bar for 3 people I would take it. After just 15-20min wait 3 seats cleared at the bar and we were able to be accommodated- yay! Food came relatively fast and it was super yummy. Portions are huge so next time I would share. We had the egg hashnrown plate, the smoked salmon Benny plate and kids egg plate with hashbrown. Food was very tasty and staff was friendly. Their drip coffee hit the spot. The only thing I didn't like was seeing drug addicts right outside the restaurant who could be seen when you wait for the bathroom. I felt very uncomfortable for my daughter to witness this which seemed very common all over Seattle. Coming from Oakland we had not seen this around so it was bit shocking.

Yes it is very small but they could fit a group of 5. Not sure if you can make reservations. We went on a Friday morning 10 AM and waited 30 minute...

Does your whole party have to show up at once for you to get a place in line?

Only one needs to be there to put name on list but everyone must be present to be sat.

    Is there parking?

    Nope, only street parking.

Does Glo's serve mimosas during brunch?

No, they do not serve alcohol at all.

The menu changes weekly, they try to use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. We started with cocktails. My wife got a perfect Manhattan and I asked for an east side cocktail. Then we shared 4 dishes: sardine tartine, dal soup, an heirloom tomato and cucumber salad and the halibut entree. Literally everything was delicious. I lived the flavors of the dal soup--cumin, coriander, mustard seed. The tomatoes were super fresh on top of a creamy marscapone. And the halibut was perfectly cooked, with a crispy top and flaky body. I only wish we lived here and could visit more often!

I enjoyed the hot coffee with a bit of cream. It was good; my only comment is that I wasn't offered a refill at any point, and we were there for over an hour. To be fair, it was SUPER busy; like at least 100 people in the dining room. I had one of their seasonal specials, the peaches and cream Swedish pancakes. It was a generous portion included with a trip to the berry bar. The berry bar was very fresh and well maintained as far as cleanliness. It was also in a prime location, near the tables but not too close and not in the way of the walking path. The peaches were juicy and sweet and the cream cheese frosting was a decadent topping. I added some berries which made it extra special. I liked the caramel shards, but they were a little on the thick side for my liking and were a bit tough to eat. However, I really enjoyed the dish overall! I also got a side of peppered bacon which was well-cooked, crispy, and extra peppery. My friend got the classic French toast and a side of potatoes. She loved the French toast with the included berry bar trip! However, the potatoes were cut into HUGE pieces which were difficult to eat even though they were cooked through. I would definitely come back here! If you're looking for a popular brunch spot with delicious sweet brunch options, check on Portage Bay Cafe SLU!
