Most likely we won't be coming back. Which is a shame, as the food is tasty, and generally the servers are attentive. What's the problem? The kitchen. Every time we've eaten here we've wondered why our food is taking so long. We've waited 20, 30, and even 40 minutes to get the food. It's never quick, and often slow. On top of that, simple requests seem to never be honored. "Leave off the mushrooms" as an example, and then the food came with mushrooms. We don't have food allergies so it's no big deal to us, but I pity the folks who have to wait for someone to remake a wrong item. At our last visit we were discussing never coming back when our server (who was quite attentive) came to refill some drinks. We mentioned it had been a while, and they informed us there were only two cooks in the kitchen for the entire restaurant during the lunch rush. Well now, that would explain it. So yeah, they've now lost a customer. And I suspect unless someone figures out how to get the kitchen a few more cooks they are going to lose some more from people who are tired of waiting. read more

This is a pretty cool sports bar in Aldie. I came here for lunch the other day and got the hot boneless buffalo wings which weren't hot but still good and a side of fries that were pretty good. All in all, it's a cool spot and I'd return for sure. read more

The bartenders ignored us mostly and it took 34 minutes to receive our meal. No water was offered and the feeling of being ignored is very awkward and uncomfortable. What a terrible experience. I waited on hold for over 10 mins and no one answered, then my call was disconnected. This occurred twice! 2 nights in a row! Way to drive customers away before they even step food in the door. Advice: Answer your phone even if there is a minute left in the business hours. Don't pick up and hang up the call to avoid making food with 45 mins left on your shift. Just wanted to give a shout out to Glory Days Grill (in stone ridge), the manager Chris Forde, and the wonderful servers. Our basketball team wanted to hang out after our game Saturday night so I called as we were on our way and told them that a party of 30 was headed their way. They said there might be a wait, which was understandable, but we only had to wait 20 minutes. Chris made sure we had enough seats and were well taken care of. The servers did such a good job taking orders and keeping track of who ordered what, which is not easy when dealing with 15 kids. Food all came out promptly and correctly. next time our team is out there for a game, we will be sure to stop by glory days again. read more

Back in the day, they had $0.25 wing nights. Or was it $0.50? Either way this was maybe 10 years ago. I remember back then there were only three flavors of wings. Maybe locations vary but recently we ordered take out wings from this location and they have about 10 flavors now. Pros: lots of good flavors on the wings. The burger we ordered was cooked the way we asked and the burger was delicious. The sauce on the wings were delicious too. We got the teriyaki, Korean kind, and glory wings. The glory wings had the best flavor. Cons: I called and asked to place an order for carry out. The lady transferred me to their curbside to go area. I placed my order and they asked for my car color and model. I said I could come in and get it. They said they will bring it out no problem. I've never done curbside anywhere but before I picked up my order I did a quick search online. I guess you are supposed to tip around 10%... so I ended up tipping the guy for bringing me my food which took all of two seconds. I prefer taking out so we don't have to eat in and tip. This curbside method defeats that purpose and thus I will try to avoid any restaurants with curbside delivery next time. But that's not the reason for the lack of stars. Curbside was my fault and I should have known better and it isn't specific to this restaurant. The reason for the lack of stars is the wings were dry and over cooked. Parts of the wings were almost too hard to chew and eat. The Korean flavored one had a good flavor but the dry wings ruined it. The wings would have been much better if not over cooked, so minus one star for that. The other thing is the fries were very soggy and we only live 8 minutes away. They should cut a small hole in the container to let the steam from the fries escape so they can stay crispy (like other restaurants do). All in all the food was decent but not superb. I would give this place 3.5 stars. I do like their wings here, however, I've had other flavors elsewhere I also like. I particularly like the spicy garlic and the mild and hot here. It is flavorful and the mild is just right. I also like their cheese fries. A while back I tried their Chicago dogs and I loved it! Recently I went back and ordered it again, but was kinda of surprised at what it looked like... I knew there was relish on the dogs, but it was REALLY green... so I'm thinking okay, maybe it's just how they made it.. After trying it, I was not a fan of their relish. It tasted very seaweed like so I ended up just scraping it off. The mini peppers were good, but wish it was cut up a different way so I could eat it with my hotdog not a bite each time. As for my side, we had already ordered fries so I decided to get the slaw. I was not a fan of the slaw either. Didn't have much flavor and it was just eating the cabbage. This place is pretty convenient when you need to go order but convenience always comes at a price. I've ordered curbside at least four times from this place and each time the order is either missing items or wrong all together. I don't know what happens between the person taking the order the kitchen and when the food is brought out to the car but inevitably something always goes wrong. Do yourself a favor and make sure you open up all of the boxes. The other thing is my kids really like the mac & cheese here but every time we order a large portion of the little container that it comes in is never full. It's usually half full at best and for the amount of money that they charge us for mac & cheese I could probably go buy two boxes and make my own. I know some of you will probably think then I should probably do that but it is almost like the people in the kitchen don't care and they just take a little scoop put it in a cup and close it up because they pretty much don't expect anyone to say anything. This place could be much better if they put a little effort into what they did but for now I struggle to give them three stars. **update now that I have the time to sit down and eat* Ribs were burnt to charcoal and pasta was way overdone. Called the manager "Drew" to explain and he was kind enough to refund the ribs and Mac and cheese and even offered to make a new order of ribs. I was beside myself. I wouldn't have had to come there twice if they hadn't forgotten the kids Mac and cheese and I wouldn't have called again if the ribs weren't burn to black. Whoever was working tonight (Presidents day) in the kitchen clearly doesn't care about the restaurant making any profits. I wasn't about to subject myself to whatever they may do to the food for going back a 3rd time. Thanks for the refund but I don't need the attitude either. Excellent value for Guinness drinkers This place is in a strip shopping center anchored by a 24 x 7 Harris-Teeter grocery store. It's about seven miles west of Chantilly on route 50. You really must have a purpose to be in this area because it's off the beaten path. If your in Western Fairfax County or Eastern Loudoun County headed West on Route 50 to Middleburg, Upperville or winchester you cruise by this neighborhood. If you live in the Stone Ridge neighborhood this is probably your local joint. With Glory Days you get the Regional Franchise fare, lots of burgers, sandwiches and appetizer choices. The one noteable exception on the Entree side is the Shrimp & Ribs combo. You get 10 grilled shrimp and about 10 bbq short ribs along with a choice of veggie sides. It comes standard with a side of cole slaw. It's a nice mix of flavors, tasty & affordable for around $15. The real attraction is the Guinness special, arrive before 7p and enjoy 24 oz pints at $4.99. The pour is excellent, the beer is fresh and a great value. They used to have the NTN Trivia but no more. The bar scene is notable for excellent viewing of multiple HD Plasmas. They have a one large 60 inch plasma at the end of the bar. Might be a great place to hang out during the summer with an attached outdoor patio. If your in a hurry, they have a ' food to go' drive thru lane, call ahead and do a drive by. After you've had your fill of food & libations, hit the H&T and do your grocery shopping! read more

I ordered the chicken and crab entrée and substituted my asparagus for broccoli. Everything was so flavorful. I'm very particular about the broccoli I order because most places either don't cook it to my liking or is very light on the seasoning and they got it spot on! I will say the amount I ordered was small but overall it was tasty. Happy to have found this place.i would have gave more stars but our host Russell failed to inform us of the specials. We attempted to dine at this establishment at 6:15pm on May 13, 2021. We were a party of 2 and were told there was a 15-20 minute wait. Immediately afterward, a party of 4 walked in and were seated right away at a 4 top table. When we asked why they were sat before us without a reservation or wait, we were told by the hostess that they were "not going to waste a 4 top table on a party of 2." We left and ate somewhere else. We have visited this restaurant many times in the past but have never been treated so badly. This is horrible customer service and we will not be returning again. read more

The food here isn't anything that stands out or is particularly bad. It's just the standard American food. But the convenience of it being in the neighborhood makes it great for a quick family meal. Things that you can never go wrong with ordering: 1) bacon cheese fries (but the ranch dressing here is watery) 2) broccoli and carrots (the butter is what makes it so good) 3) red skin mashed potatoes 4) bacon cheeseburgers 5) glory wings (some of the best wings) 6) chocolate lava cake 7) kids menu items are priced at around 3.95 to 4.95. 8) asian glazed salmon nicely pan seared to give it a good texture. 9) ribs (reminds me of Logans steakhouse ribs but really good) 10) steak (sometimes can be overcooked) Honestly I have never had anything on the menu that was terrible, and I've pretty much had almost everything on the menu. The fish tacos are okay to me as the tilapia doesn't exactly have the freshest taste. Most of the time the servers are new, which is why the service can be inconsistent, and also if you go to the restaurant when it's dead, it's typically cleaner than during dinner rush. Can't rate the service or food because we didn't get any. Walked in this evening just after 8PM. The hostess sat us immediately, with a fair crowd. Our section had 3-4 empty tables. So we waited. We waited as a table adjacent was bused. We waited as a waitress checked on the diners across from us. We waited while another waitress assisted customers on the far end of the section. Then we decided to see if we were being unreasonably rash, so we popped on the stopwatch on my phone. 5 minutes goes by, so I stand up and look around. A waitress across the section meets my eye and leaves the area. I gave it another 3 minutes, thinking she might've gone to get someone. Thought wrong. So my wife and I grab our things, put the menus back on the table edge, and I stop my phone's stopwatch at just after 10 minutes; this is 10 minutes AFTER we'd already waited a bit. We walk past the host stand and rather than be mean or say something stupid, I simply wonder aloud if anyone works here. The hostess looks me dead in the eye and doesn't say a thing. On the way out we notice the to-go area has a nice crowd of about 4-5 employees chatting it up. For all I know, our server was probably there socializing the whole time. Can't be sure though, because no one bothered to introduce themselves and a floor manager was obviously too busy elsewhere to notice we got up. No worries, won't be back. It's obvious they don't need the business. Normally would've asked for a manager, but felt they must've been ok with the service since they weren't making rounds, and not worth my evening's irritation to hear an insincere apology. read more

We ordered wings and chili nachos for dinner and the chocolate lava cake for dessert. Everything was really tasty however the horrible service is what really brings this place down. I had to flag down another server because we hadn't seen ours in a significant amount of time. My water was never refilled - even when my husband waved her over to get a Coke refill. We typically pile our dishes together to make it easy to bus our table (I've been there, I know how much it sucks) but our dinner dishes were still at the table by the time dessert came. All in all, I think we spent about hour and a half in the restaurant when all we ordered were two entrees and a dessert. Unacceptable. My main complaint is the restaurant wasn't even that busy so the inattentiveness shown by the staff was aggravating. I came to South Riding to visit my mother and she took me here for the first time tonight. I couldn't have been more pleased with my service. My waitress, Karlie, was on top of EVERYTHING! My first Experience was AMAZING The first time I went to glory days was with a few friends of mine around six o'clock. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a hostess who led me to a booth, with the capacity to fit a table for four. A waiter was quick to respond and was very enthusiastic about their job with a warm attitude and bright spirit. After a small wait of maybe twenty minutes, our food arrived. I ordered a Philly Cheese steak, which is a personal favorite of mine after living in Philadelphia and being accustomed to them for so long. I wasn't expecting it to compare to the holy and righteous Cheese steaks I've previously tasted in my days, but to be honest it wasn't bad. It was a perfect mix of sliced streak, cheese, sauteed onions and green bell peppers, sandwiched in between two lightly toasted pieces of bread.
