From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. My sales advisor, Tyler Thornhill, and his associate, Kyle Chowdhury, went above and beyond to make sure everything came together. They were knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and never made me feel pressured. They truly went the extra mile to make this a great car-buying experience. One detail that really stood out was that I happened to be at the dealership in a friend's car because my vehicle was in the shop (at a non-Toyota repair facility). After completing the purchase, Tyler and Kyle actually drove my new Grand Highlander to my home for me. That kind of personal service says a lot about the people they are. I also want to recognize the New Car Sales Director, Will Taylor, who helped move the purchase along smoothly and was an easy and pleasant person to work with throughout the process. I can highly recommend Toyota of Cedar Park, Tyler Thornhill, Kyle Chowdhury, and the entire team I worked with. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process into a truly great experience. I'm very happy with my new Grand Highlander and with the way I was treated throughout the purchase.

I purchased a small part for my fuel door on site. The service tech, Juan, repaired it himself. It was an easy fix and he wanted to save me money for the cost of labor. The parts shop was set up like a gift shop. I thought that was cute. There were many comfortable places to sit in the waiting area. There was a coffee shop and a children's play area for families. Overall, the customer service was phenomenal and I plan to return for future car maintenance.

I hate this so much that I've bought my last two cars from Carvana simply because I wouldn't have to speak to anyone. I find the stereotypical car-buying experience (new and, especially, used) to be unnecessarily stressful and taxing. Today, this has changed. When I found a slightly better deal locally than I did on Carvana, I took the plunge. From the beginning, Angela was super helpful and responsive. She didn't insist on talking on the phone and was happy to text details, which is infinitely more manageable during the workweek. When it came time to make the trek to Austin e Autos, Angela let me know that she would be off that day and handed off the deal to Isaac. Isaac is the best. Isaac put us through the paces of letting us test drive, then talking numbers. At no point did the numbers they advertised ever change. I came in with pre-approval through USAA, and they did not push me toward in-house financing. This has never happened to me before. They usually push that really hard. Once the numbers were agreed upon, we were handed over to Stephanie for the paper signing. This was equally painless, and there was no push to buy extended warranties, wheel insurance, GAP, etc, etc, etc. The numbers we discussed with Isaac were the exact numbers we signed off on with Stephanie. Incredibly painless, transparent, and honest process. My wife loves her car, and I am very impressed by the buying experience. If you're in the market for a used EV, look here first. All the stars. Thank you, Isaac, Angela, and Stephanie!

Horrible experience…read more Bought a black 2023 Honda CRV on May 4. This review is under a pseudonym but they'll know who I am. The manager, Robert Furcinitti, had a sales associate bring me a sheet of financing options with a "7%" interest rate. I immediately knew from looking that the rate was closer to 20%, and I voiced this immediately. The sales associate, Arlie (spelling?), assured me this was a 7% interest rate in response to my concern. Not even close. So I asked for Robert, who came in and gaslit me that the numbers I was looking at were accurate. I pulled out a financing calculator and showed him 7% would be about $100 less per month than what he's showing me. He backed down, got a new paper with new payments, and sheepishly acknowledged he "made a mistake". Sure you did. The amount of money he would have grifted me out of was about $6000 over 5 years. When I purchased insurance through their partner, [removed as part of edit] and Pronto insurance, they assured me they would "prorate" my insurance if I switched. There was a surprise $84 fee, meaning I was charged $110 for 2 days of Pronto insurance, PLUS the ~$170 fee for the insurance agent. Every step of the way I was deceived and mislead. I had to call Honda itself about the dealership and we're working through what to do about this. UPDATE: I at least got them to recover the $84 fee, but that's no thanks to Howdy Honda. For that reason I've removed the name of the insurance agent from the review.

We negotiated the consignment contract. If you have a unique car or a reserve price, don't hesitate to brainstorm terms with Daniel. He's creative and a real capitalist entrepreneur! Marketing included extensive photos taken at the office building. Every car will take a different amount of time. The LS500 is a huge and interesting sedan that doesn't appeal to everyone, If you have a hyper-popular car, expect Daniel's team to sell it much, much faster. Receipt of funds was easy- Daniel provided a check to me once the buyer's funds had cleared Signature's account. To the reader saying there must be something. It is through Costco Auto Program. Only two within 400 miles of Houston. One I never contacted in N Texas. The one in Roundrock was an awful experience..., to where even if they matched the price, the people that work there would be either very nice or rude as f. Had one or two employees made me feel like they were in a hostage situation ("get me outta here"). Selling cars does not give a dealership carte' blanche' to be rude. Nobody in Houston came within $5K on price, with many stating over and over again that I'm going to get taken. Nah, lazy people who aren't willing to do their research and drive 6 hours are getting taken.
