I then sat for five minutes unattended to in an empty restaurant with at least five servers etc standing idle. I caught the eye of a server, saw her go over to the hostess I believe to make sure nobody was already waiting on me. ie the hostess never told anyone I was there. One note. The table was wobbly but I dealt with it. To her credit the waitress then came over to take care of me. She was great and no complaints here. About the food: I ordered the enchiladas (Yolanda) which came fully cooked and plated with salad, rice and beans not much more than five minutes after I ordered it. They didn't even try to hide the use of the microwave to heat it up. I ordered the shredded chicken which was dry and chewy. Speaking of dry and chewy, the outside layer of the enchilada shell was tough. The beans and rice were okay. Nothing special. Three stars is about right. Nothing special. Because they gave me pre assembled, pre cooked food, a personal insult to me, I cannot recommend trying them at this time.

The cheese was some type of liquidly melty cheese with no flavor. The shells were hard and terrible. Service was very slow and it took about 25 minutes to get my food even though the restaurant was not crowded. The positive point is that the food was cooked to order so it was fresh. The negative is that the food did not taste good. I was very disappointed to spend $20 on food that tastes like it was cooked in my kitchen and I don't cook well.
