I told her I like a lot of hot sauce and she took my bag from me - without even asking me for it???- and took the green one out of my bag to "TRADE" for another hot sauce!!! I cannot believe they are willing to lose a loyal customer that only "Went" there for my burrito fix whenever I come back to Da Heights to visit family and friends for a half ass thing of hot sauce??????? Seated guests get a big basket of hearty tortilla chips and a smokey, creamy green salsa to start their meal. I came specifically for caldo de res, but they were out. Then I asked for carnitas tacos. They were out of that as well. Third choice was caldo de pollo. This bowl of soup was so surprising. Unlike most chicken and vegetable soups, this caldo had a deep, rich, red broth made from mild chilis. Two tender pieces of stewed chicken easily shredded with each scoop of soup. You must add the onion, cilantro, lime, roasted hot chilis and green salsa to get a flavourful complex gustatory experience.
