So I ordered Door Dash from a hotel, so I can only review what was delivered and the ordering process. I ordered tempura shrimp as an appetizer, they were very big and tasty! If this is your thing it's worth a try. It came with 5, I already ate one before thinking to take a pic! For dinner I love a good Poke bowl! I got the salmon and tuna poke salad bowl. The fish was very fresh and there was a decent amount. The avocado wasn't the prettiest I've seen but it was good enough. I was looking forward to the mango, unfortunately there wasn't much and it was hard. Disappointing. There was a little red onion, a lot of seaweed salad and some leafy salad. I added rice which was good. I think 4 stars maybe a bit generous but at the end of the day I would order from them again. read more

I love the energy of a farmers market! On the weekends this space will be fairly bustling but the wait for your food isn't long at all. The owners might be the sweetest people ever and the older gentleman is so kind and welcoming. The rolls - amazing! The fish is very fresh and the variety is good without being overwhelming. I asked if the rice vinegar used was gluten-free and was pleased to hear it was. He also offered me a gluten-free soy sauce, which I appreciated. I didn't appreciate his assumption that I would want a fork instead of chopsticks (maybe because I was in a wheelchair?) or his suggestion that I eat outside (it was quite hot out) when the shop was completely free of customers and plenty of seating was available. I was looking for good sushi rolls to pick up in Dallas. Yelp reviews for Ginzaro were high, so I decided to try it. Got the dumplings, California roll, and the crab Tempura roll. The dumplings and sauce were very tasty! So tasty that my husband and I ate them in the car before making it back home (oops). They serve a kinda sweet soy sauce (maybe?) with it and the combo worked wonderfully with the pork. I want some more right now. The California roll was good. I love spicy mayo so I added that. Their spicy mayo was slightly different than others I've tasted, but it was delicious with a small hint of heat. The crab Tempura was good. The Tempura inside and the crunch on top was soggy. I'm not sure if that's because I got it to-go and it was tied up in the same bag as the hot dumplings. Other than that, I really enjoyed it. The man at the front who gave me the order was extremely nice and even appreciative for me making the order. I'll be back to try more rolls and definitely to get more delicious dumplings! read more

Tried this place for the first time on a Wednesday evening around 5:30 PM. Got delivery via Uber eats. Who arrived fast and all the items were correct according to order. Delivery presentation was quite nice- in a shallow cardboard box wrapped in a plastic bag. Alaskan Roll - same quality is pretty good. Avocado quality is good. Pieces were a good size where they actually fit in your mouth in one bite. Dragon Roll - unagi flavor was a touch milder than I would expect. Avocado quality was good. Sauce amount is not drowning, but is lighter than a typical dragon roll - I would've liked to touch more sauce. Salmon Tower - Really happy that they actually offer a Salmon tower (I feel like most places only have a Tuna Tower). Quite heavy on the spicy mayo. Fish & avocado quality is good. Pretty light on the tobiko. Ginger is not artificially colored and average flavor. Wasabi is weak and taste like it comes from a tube, but is not terribly dry. They didn't give much wasabi. Overall, I was pretty pleased with the food. Prices were very reasonable - I ordered four rolls + a tower, got delivery, and it was a little over $100. We took our first trip to the Dallas Farmer's Market in a while this weekend and I was delighted to see that they've added a sushi option! There was a bit of a line, but the market was extremely busy that day and they were churning through the line at a pretty rapid rate. I ordered a Dynamite Roll and a Yellowtail Roll. They said I could go wander around and look at things while I waited and just come back in about 7 minutes. They were spot on, time-wise. I came back in 7 minutes and my order was just coming out of the back. The Dynamite Roll was absolutely delicious. But, if you don't like spicy food, it's not for you. It's HOT! The Yellowtail Roll was good, but it wasn't particularly cold, which is a bit of a turnoff when it comes to sushi. Again, nothing wrong with it, just personal preference. The service was excellent and all the employees were very friendly. Prices were totally in line with the rest of the restaurants in the farmer's market. Fantastic and fresh sushi in the heart of the Dallas Farmers Market. Admittedly, I'm addicted to this little spot after wishing the Farmers Market had a Sushi place for years. After almost weekly trips over the past couple months, I have sampled a good chunk of the menu. Everything so far has been delicious. I can't escape without an order of the seaweed or squid salad, and the seared tuna sushi and Ladybug roll are items I may be suffering withdrawals from. I'm also a sucker for caterpillar rolls, and theirs doesn't disappoint. As a bonus, Kenneth has been wonderful each time we stop by, and my orders are always ready quickly. read more
