    Tuna roll
    Johnny T.

I asked if the rice vinegar used was gluten-free and was pleased to hear it was. He also offered me a gluten-free soy sauce, which I appreciated. I didn't appreciate his assumption that I would want a fork instead of chopsticks (maybe because I was in a wheelchair?) or his suggestion that I eat outside (it was quite hot out) when the shop was completely free of customers and plenty of seating was available. The shop was small but stylish, with some cool ornaments. I got a simple tuna roll and it was quite nice, with a decent price. The food was fresh and tasty. They have a lot of options on the menu and i'll likely try it again next time i'm by the Farmer's Market.

    Monkey brain

I have always passed by but hadn't ordered. I was sooo missing out! If you want a crispy, mouthwatering meal, I highly recommend the "monkey brain". The stuffed mushroom is fried into a party for your taste buds. It's rich and slightly spicy. It's served on a bed of greens that balance it out perfectly.

Hands down one of THE BEST sushi I've had in a while!! So fresh that I didn't use soy sauce, I was able to the taste the freshness of the sushi's and quality was great!! You have to try it! I believe it was the owner who took my order down and suggested what to get! The service was A1, he was so sweet and informative when eating sushi without the soy sauce and he was not lying about it! The ambiance was chill and cozy! Can't wait to go back and try other things on the menu

    Crab Tempura roll
    Charlene F.

I was looking for good sushi rolls to pick up in Dallas. Yelp reviews for Ginzaro were high, so I decided to try it. Got the dumplings, California roll, and the crab Tempura roll. The dumplings and sauce were very tasty! So tasty that my husband and I ate them in the car before making it back home (oops). They serve a kinda sweet soy sauce (maybe?) with it and the combo worked wonderfully with the pork. I want some more right now. The California roll was good. I love spicy mayo so I added that. Their spicy mayo was slightly different than others I've tasted, but it was delicious with a small hint of heat. The crab Tempura was good. The Tempura inside and the crunch on top was soggy. I'm not sure if that's because I got it to-go and it was tied up in the same bag as the hot dumplings. Other than that, I really enjoyed it. The man at the front who gave me the order was extremely nice and even appreciative for me making the order. I'll be back to try more rolls and definitely to get more delicious dumplings!

The sushi was great and reasonable for the quality! I really liked how filling it was.

We had the yellow tail sashimi and the rainbow roll and they were both delicious! The service was fantastic and very friendly. I love the fact that it is inside of the Dallas Farmers market.

OMG!!! If you love sushi done right, you will love this restaurant. If you love great service and the most gracious owner ever, you will come back. This spot will is located inside the Dallas Farmer's Market. As soon as we walked up Ken, the owner, enthusiastically greeted my daughter. We ordered crab tower, nigiri, and hand rolls. The yellowtail was killer fresh! The salmon was also killer fresh!! Ken explained that he carefully sourced his fish - and you can tell that he had a terrific source of the freshest fish. The sushi rice was perfectly seasoned. It's all about the rice and here the rice is perfect! The right flavor and the right temperature. I enjoyed the meal and watching Ken as he thoughtfully helped customers with their selections. What a meal. What a service. I am coming back... maybe tomorrow. ********* So it is tomorrow and yes I am back! This place will soon have a line.... Better come quick!

Insanely delicious sushi! Do not hesitate. Just pay a visit and give Kenneth a try. He will not disappoint. Rainbow roll and salmon sashimi were incredibly fresh and I plan on coming back until I turn into a roll myself.

decided to get my daughter a salmon poke bowl from Ginzaro as she saw salmon posted all over the menu. the owner was so welcoming & he was very helpful. it only took him a short period of time to assemble the bowl for us. my daughter just about ate all of the bowl. rice was well seasoned & there was a good amount of salmon in the bowl. great spot to grab some sushi or bowls!

I have ordered food a few times for delivery so I guess that means the food is pretty good. I use Uber eats. The food is always ready on time. Packaged very neat and tight. No spills. The hot food comes hot and crispy, the cold food is cold and tasty. Their sushi and sashimi is so fresh and naturally flavorful. They take their time and make sure the best cuts of fish are served to their customers. No wimpy sad colored fish on their plates. I'm definitely a fan and will order again.

Kenneth, the owner is amazingly friendly and greets each patron enthusiastically. I have been coming here for his delicious varieties of sushi for one year and have never been disappointed. The menu is extensive and the service is fast and efficient. The prices are totally reasonable. The location is within the Farmers Market Mall, on 920 S Harwood St, Suite136, Dallas. The cleanliness is totally spotless and inviting as you pass by while browsing through the Markerplace. Come by and experience delicious, freshly made sushi and be sure to visit his website for the full menu options.

For the nigiri I had the fatty tuna, a5 wagyu, and king salmon. They were all absolutely delicious and warped me to Japan. I was reminded of the same quality and taste - which checks out since they import their fish from Japan! I appreciate that their reservation site provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision (pricing, how it works, etc.). I checked in at 7:35 for my 7:45 reservation, we weren't seated until 8:10. The hostess was apologetic about the wait. The restaurant itself is in a basement and it's a typical quaint chef's experience with about 10 seats in an intimate space. I loved the decor and vibe. The staff was very friendly, they all introduced themselves and walked us through how the omakase experience worked. We had a 17 course tasting menu and I enjoyed every bite. Loved that the chefs explained every dish and gave us the origin of the fish. My favorite was the Kanpachi, but everything was delicious and tasted fresh. I had a yummy mocktail and our "spirit guide" let me try a non alcoholic champagne which I loved. After dinner we were led into Ginger's which is a speakeasy next door that I've been to a few times. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The only thing I would change is the number of seats. I felt cramped.
