Last time, I didn't have my food for over 2 hours because they "forgot to enter the order". This time, only half of my order showed up, so the delivery driver had to go all the way back and wait for a pizza to be made.. Then while I'm waiting that half hour for my pie, my wife found a staple in her salad. I called the store and asked how they'd make it right and they said they could give me $5 off the next time I ordered.. The owner or manager or whoever, I could hear in the background, refused to come to the phone. When I used to live on the west coast, THIS is the kind of pizza place I craved all the time! I love some artisan/brick oven/vegan pizza places as much as the next guy, but this is what I think of when I think of a pizzeria. Their $5 special is a personal favorite of mine. With that, you get two MASSIVE slices and a fountain soda. The crust is thin and it has just about the right amount of sauce. On top of that, their pizza fries and buffalo fries are delicious. They pack those things with toppings. Also, the eggplant Parma sandwiches are really substantial and the bread is nice and crispy. One of the things I also love is that they have a pretty quick turnaround from when you call in your order to when you pick up. Great place! read more

Ok so. Apparently Ginas feels the need to save money on pizza boxes since they crammed my pizza into a smaller box messing it up turning it into slop. Since we've moved in the area, its always a struggle to get acclimated with your local restaurant scene. Luckily we found Gina's on Yelp. The young lady is always courteous when you call, they even have that POS system that recognizes your number when you call! I'm happy for the little things--now on to the food: The four cheese pizza is the effin best! Trust a girl from Queens, its legit. The garlic knots are the best in the area hands down. They are warm and fluffy. Not like those white rocks at the other spot. The pizza pies are enormous if you order a large--my husband and I ate that thing for like 3 days. More to come! read more

While ordering food of their menu, we realized that their staff was not familiar with their own menu and fumbled to identify the items. They promised a 45mins wait time which seemed fair. I decided to call Gina's to place an order for delivery at 10:25pm. Was told that there was no delivery available at that time when stated on the front of the menu open from 11 am to 11 pm. I suggest to everyone that is a current customer to them. Don't bother to call for delivery anymore after 10pm, seem like they don't care to or don't want any customers after 10 pm. Okay first the negative. Order for 20 pizzas was 34 minutes late, person at shop tried to blame on traffic but GPS never strayed from 7 minute trip (1 mile). This was a $400 bill plus prepaid tip, you can't drop the ball like that. The order was salvaged by virtue of the pizza being very tasty. Delicious! I decided to take a chance on this place after reading reviews. I normally get from Arlington Pizza but wanted to try something new and I was very happy with the result. I got the wings which came with three garlic bread sticks and a small cheese pizza. The wings were really good and the blue cheese was actually cold, this usually never happens when I get pizza. The pizza was really good. The sauce tasted great and the cheese was good quality. The only two "complaints", which I wouldn't even call complaints are that they didn't follow the instructions I wrote for the wings but I didn't care because they tasted really good. And that the crust wasn't crispy but I didn't mind that either because the pizza tasted great. Soo, I'm just nitpicking. Overall, it was great and I will be ordering from here from now on. read more

I can't say enough good things about Gina's. I might never make chicken soup again because their's tastes so home-made. I ordered my food at 6:30pm, didn't arrive until 7:50pm on a Monday night, so over an hour to even get my food delivered ( which was ice cold) on top of it when I ordered I told the woman I was paying card and had a coupon and she just informed me to pay with the delivery driver which I thought was odd. I had a frustrating experience at this place. First of all the lady at the register was so rude! I placed an order right in front of her a small pie and a chicken Caesar wrap. Ok so when it came down to pay I paid everything. The food took forever to get done once I asked her how much longer it would take and I told her what I ordered she told me I didn't order a chicken Caesar wrap. I told her I did and she tells me with an attitude " no you didn't and if you did we didn't charge you". Pizza here is pretty good. We always get the extra large cheese pizza. I usually heat my slice a little more on the oven rack to get it crisp a little more on the bottom for a nice crunchy bite. I usually order this when there's company over or when it's family dinner night. read more

It was a huge pie, the sauce was a little bland for my taste and it seemed the pie itself could of used a little more time in the oven. Overall it was just your average pie from your local pizza place. If I had to, I'd probably order again from them. But if I'm not being lazy I'd simply get up and drive to one of my favorite places.
