While I just lay my foot on the bottom, typically establishments put a small stopper underneath to prevent this, and not annoy patrons. 2) They are cash only. 3) The fire alarm in the ceiling kept chirping as it needed the batteries replaced. 4) The TVs on both ends of the place was on very loudly.
