First let me start by saying, I know thieves exist in just about every industry of all occupations; however, I thought the hamburgular was fictional. Not so, if you want the food you ordered and paid for...DO NOT use Grubhub!!! In fact, their name should change to Grub Snub as their driver took my Big Khuna Philly Cheesesteak. I called customer service and they couldn't contact the driver at all. He/she must be at pookie and nem house enjoying my meal. Thieving scrubs! Now. the manager at Jersey Mike's was very empathetic and offered more reputable companies like Door Dash and Uber Eats, (a subjective view). She said she never had any issues with either of them but rarely does Grub Hub pick up food from them. I know JM's food is great but I'm not trying to feed you alls third party thieves. There should be a level of accountability and suspend them from doing business with you all. Granted, I was fully refunded by Grub Hub, which I appreciate but I'll never use their services here or back home in Nawlin's. That being said, more JM's should come to New Orleans so that I can enjoy a break from Cajun and Creole eating lol. read more

Upon driving to this location at 9pm on Friday. I was placing my order online when my promotional code from corporate was not accepted. Upon trying several times still nothing. I called the KEARNY location and the lady that answered must've been New or something because she didn't know much of anything. Then she passed the phone to another lady who said she was the manager, but also said that she was busy doing something else and she couldn't really help me. I explained to her that I was trying to place an order with a promotional code that was not being accepted. I asked if I came in and placed the order if she would honor it. She said she doesn't know, but then she replied that someone came in earlier and their promotional code was denied and they had to leave..... upon being frustrated and telling the lady that this is a joke she hung up on me.... Tonight I ordered two subs to-go from Jersey Mike's Subs at the Kearny Plaza. This was my first time trying out the sandwich shop. After hearing so many good things about Jersey Mike's Subs, I thought I'd give it a go since I was in the area. The inside of the shop is clean and bright. The inside is actually much larger than how it looks from the outside. There's a good amount of seating, too (I'd say about 10 tables). When I ordered, the ladies behind the counter were friendly. I mentioned that it was my first time at a Jersey Mike's Subs, and they were cool about answering my noob questions (how big is a regular? What do you include in there? Etc.) I ordered a giant Veggie Sub (#4) for my husband at home, and a regular The Original Italian (#13) for me. The husband enjoyed his sub and said it was very fresh. I'd ordered it with white bread; next time I'll get him a flavored bread as he said it was a little plain. I thought my Italian sub was good; I'd order it again. I'm so happy they opened a location nearby!! Everything is delicious and fresh, as soon as you walk in all you see is lettuce and plump red tomatoes piled high in their work area. They have a ton of options to choose from, I went with a turkey and provolone sub for myself and I got a chipotle chicken cheesesteak for my mom. She loved hers she said it was a bit salty but she just had some more veggies with it. My turkey was great, just a touch too much oregano but I'll just ask for my sandwich without it next time. They definitely generously pour on the veggies and fixings! It's a huge sandwich and will fill you up. Also their dill pickles are ridiculously crunchy and delicious so I would recommend getting them in your sandwich or on the side. I wasn't aware but you can order online too, a lot of people were coming in just to pick up their orders. I'll definitely be back! Such a great spot too, plenty of parking. read more

I love love Jersey Mike's and this is by far my favorite location. They're located in The BJs Plaza so there's plenty of parking and is very easy to find. We ordered 3 regular Roast Beef with Provolone sandwiches online, for In-Store Pickup. When I arrived to pick them up, they told be that they did not have any roast beef. They didn't notify us. They let me go to the store and then told me. I had to contact my family from the store to see what they wanted instead. The store offered to substitute turkey for the roast beef. They told me that it was same price. When I got home, I checked and discovered that roast beef is significantly more expensive. So, basically I was lied to and also over charged because of it. I might go as far as considering this theft. After receiving my sandwiches at the store, I asked for 3 bags of chips (one for each sandwich) and I assumed that they would say they are on the house for the trouble, but of course they didn't. They charged full price (additional in-store purchase). I don't actually expect to get something for free, but I do expect to be reimbursed for the difference in the sandwich prices. Amazing!!! Loved this place so much I bragged about it to the point that I should really be considered to promote for them. Lol. First time trying them was a few weeks ago when my husband brought me home a reg ham and cheese. Took one bite and tasted the freshness of the ham. Swore I wouldn't ever go elsewhere every agin for a sub. Last week I received an email from Make a Wish. Jersey Mike's was linking up with this foundation and contributing 100% profit to them on March 28th. I had called the manager Danny to discuss the possibility of having my job all place an order to help out. Hands down Danny was amazing! He loved the idea and was ready to take on this big order. The day has come and when my husband went to pick up the orders he couldn't help but exclaim how good their team was. Overall, my entire building was beyond amazed at the perfection of their subs!! All subs where personalized in lunch boxes with chips and cookies or brownies, drinks on the side to give everyone options. Everyone was satisfied and couldn't stop talking about this place!! Staff is unfriendly and do not pay attention to what the customer wants .Bathroom is dirty with no paper towels. Look up at the ceiling when ordering your food the vents are filthy with mold and dirt. Tables are never cleaned the staff doesn't even attempt to clean them even when you're wiping them down with a napkin. They pile on all the meats and cheeses, they're bread is good, and they happen to know just the right combination of condiments. I've had both the hot and cold subs from here and I would recommend the cold ones rather than the hot. Better than Subways, Quiznos, Jimmy John's...all of them! Best restaurant to grab yourself a cheese steaks. I tend to go for the meatballs but even the bacon ranch chicken is tasty. The thought leaves my mouth watering. Smells amazing the moment I walk in through the doors. Makes my stomach growl just thinking about it. It's become my main place to grab a bite. Prices are good so if you have a large family, it's a great place to get everyone a quick meal. Finally ate at a jersey mike in Texas and fells in love with the tuna damn sammich of all things. We all have out go to's, I like the tuna on wheat (trying to regain some semblance of a waistline), wifey likes the BLT with double B, and my teen likes the jam and cheese mini. I cant believe that Jersey Mikes's does not let you customize your order when ordering on-line?????????? There are hundreds of sub shops who have no problem with allowing the customer to order what they chose. The subs are not that good to where we must take what you give instead of what the customer wants. Our office ordered at least 3 times a week over 6 subs,each day, and when one person wanted something extra, we found out they dont customize the subs. Best believe that was the last order for sure. Went here for lunch today and ordered a grilled chicken wrap. I told them no cheese (I am lactose intolerant) and add banana peppers. And what do I get, there was cheese on my wrap and no banana peppers! I stop here a ton and it's frustrating when my order gets messed up! Had the Stickball & Tunafish. The meats in the stickball had a great taste and would definitely order again. I enjoyed the tuna but decided to try the gluten free bread and I didn't enjoy it.
