First let me start by saying, I know thieves exist in just about every industry of all occupations; however, I thought the hamburgular was fictional. Not so, if you want the food you ordered and paid for...DO NOT use Grubhub!!! In fact, their name should change to Grub Snub as their driver took my Big Khuna Philly Cheesesteak. I called customer service and they couldn't contact the driver at all. He/she must be at pookie and nem house enjoying my meal. Thieving scrubs! Now. the manager at Jersey Mike's was very empathetic and offered more reputable companies like Door Dash and Uber Eats, (a subjective view). She said she never had any issues with either of them but rarely does Grub Hub pick up food from them. I know JM's food is great but I'm not trying to feed you alls third party thieves. There should be a level of accountability and suspend them from doing business with you all. Granted, I was fully refunded by Grub Hub, which I appreciate but I'll never use their services here or back home in Nawlin's. That being said, more JM's should come to New Orleans so that I can enjoy a break from Cajun and Creole eating lol. read more

Gluten free subs!!!! I haven't had a sub since 2016 and now my heart (and stomach) is happy! Not only they offer gluten free bread they are meticulous about your order. The sandwich was filled to the brim and delicious. My husband had a philly cheesesteak and loved it too. read more

Jersey Mike's has GREAT subs! I am actually amazed at the veggie sub I had from there. Most of the time, places make very not good veggie subs, but Jersey Mike's has always made great ones. All of the Jersey Mike's but especially this one, have always been very clean and very fresh. I will of course continue to order from Jersey Mike's! read more

Upon driving to this location at 9pm on Friday. I was placing my order online when my promotional code from corporate was not accepted. Upon trying several times still nothing. I called the KEARNY location and the lady that answered must've been New or something because she didn't know much of anything. Then she passed the phone to another lady who said she was the manager, but also said that she was busy doing something else and she couldn't really help me. I explained to her that I was trying to place an order with a promotional code that was not being accepted. I asked if I came in and placed the order if she would honor it. She said she doesn't know, but then she replied that someone came in earlier and their promotional code was denied and they had to leave..... upon being frustrated and telling the lady that this is a joke she hung up on me.... This is an ongoing thing at Jersey Mike's with poor Customer Service, rude individuals and different locations closing early just because they wanna leave, disregarding the sign on their door and they're hungry customers. Another poor experience at Jersey Mike's. read more

Second time at Jersey Mike's, first time at this location. The service was interesting - I stood there for a while before I was acknowledged and able to make my order. I had a #42 - chipotle chicken cheesesteak. Overall, it's a decent sandwich, a bit too salty for me. I would not go out of my way to come here again. It was just okay and there are other options very close by. read more

I ordered from this location yesterday on DoorDash and ordered two subs , chips and two drinks. My order arrived and I had everything except one sandwich.. I was truly confused because how do you for get an entire sandwich. I called the store to speak to a manager and the young lady that answered told me it was busy . read more

Tonight I ordered two subs to-go from Jersey Mike's Subs at the Kearny Plaza. This was my first time trying out the sandwich shop. After hearing so many good things about Jersey Mike's Subs, I thought I'd give it a go since I was in the area. The inside of the shop is clean and bright. The inside is actually much larger than how it looks from the outside. There's a good amount of seating, too (I'd say about 10 tables). When I ordered, the ladies behind the counter were friendly. I mentioned that it was my first time at a Jersey Mike's Subs, and they were cool about answering my noob questions (how big is a regular? What do you include in there? Etc.) I ordered a giant Veggie Sub (#4) for my husband at home, and a regular The Original Italian (#13) for me. The husband enjoyed his sub and said it was very fresh. I'd ordered it with white bread; next time I'll get him a flavored bread as he said it was a little plain. I thought my Italian sub was good; I'd order it again. Overall, great experience going here and I'll definitely return. I'm a Jersey Mike's Sub fan. read more

I'm so happy they opened a location nearby!! Everything is delicious and fresh, as soon as you walk in all you see is lettuce and plump red tomatoes piled high in their work area. They have a ton of options to choose from, I went with a turkey and provolone sub for myself and I got a chipotle chicken cheesesteak for my mom. She loved hers she said it was a bit salty but she just had some more veggies with it. My turkey was great, just a touch too much oregano but I'll just ask for my sandwich without it next time. They definitely generously pour on the veggies and fixings! It's a huge sandwich and will fill you up. Also their dill pickles are ridiculously crunchy and delicious so I would recommend getting them in your sandwich or on the side. I wasn't aware but you can order online too, a lot of people were coming in just to pick up their orders. I'll definitely be back! Such a great spot too, plenty of parking. read more

Quality has gone down quickly ! Is corporate telling Jersey mike's workers to make such pathetic sandwiches to save money? Wow imagine spending $10 for barely no turkey and provolone on your sub??? Never again.... Sub was all lettuce and stale bread. Major rip off read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - #7 Turkey and Provolone - Fast Food Near Me - Kearny, New Jersey

Jersey Mikes is a straightforward concept. All they have is sandwiches and they make them right. The roast beef is my jam and I get it Mike's way. The oil and vinegar hits just right and it needs a little mayo. Perfectly crafted sandwich that is consistent every time. Solid go-to! read more

Its a jersey mikes, if youve had one, youve had em all. What set this experience apart was this: 1. Chef made my chicken bacon ranch used the wrong bread, and despite my insistence that it was okay, still transferred to the correct bread choice 2. Machine was out of lemonade and we got a fountain drink. We got diet pepsi instead but they gave us a lemonade from the fridge at no charge Good squad there, and very kind. Would always go back read more

I love love Jersey Mike's and this is by far my favorite location. They're located in The BJs Plaza so there's plenty of parking and is very easy to find. Their meats and bread are always fresh and the tuna is delicious. The staff is always nice and their fresh baked cookies are always a nice add-on. My favorite sandwich of all times is the turkey sandwich with bacon Mike's way of course. read more

We went to the JERSEY MIKE's Sub shop while visiting the Belmar/Ocean Grove area. Let me say, I'm not really a sub person. Jersey Mike's changed that !!! That was the absolute best, most delicious sub I have ever eaten. Fresh meats, veggies, roll , even the oil was fresh tasting. The sub was huge! I will be back !!! read more

Amazing!!! Loved this place so much I bragged about it to the point that I should really be considered to promote for them. Lol. First time trying them was a few weeks ago when my husband brought me home a reg ham and cheese. Took one bite and tasted the freshness of the ham. Swore I wouldn't ever go elsewhere every agin for a sub. Last week I received an email from Make a Wish. Jersey Mike's was linking up with this foundation and contributing 100% profit to them on March 28th. I had called the manager Danny to discuss the possibility of having my job all place an order to help out. Hands down Danny was amazing! He loved the idea and was ready to take on this big order. The day has come and when my husband went to pick up the orders he couldn't help but exclaim how good their team was. Overall, my entire building was beyond amazed at the perfection of their subs!! All subs where personalized in lunch boxes with chips and cookies or brownies, drinks on the side to give everyone options. Everyone was satisfied and couldn't stop talking about this place!! Thank you Jersey Mike's Subs for everything you have done for us today!! Perfecting 57 individual orders was outstanding if you ask me. Danny, Clarisa and staff, keep up the great work!! I look forward to placing another great order with you. And definitely look forward to going in for my family lunch or dinners. Furthermore, as a Make a Wish Parent words cannot express how grateful I am to have people like you helping this foundation. Thank you! read more

We usually get a bunch of these when we have a luncheon at work. When you preorder the service is usually fast and accurate but the subs never seem to give me the wow factor. I get more taste buds with a Blimp sandwich. Ive tasted the ham and cheese, turkey, and roast beef. Nothing to rave about. read more

Great sub! I ordered a number three. Turkey club mikes way but with no cheese. I ordered my meal through the app to collect points and ordered extra mayo and it was perfect! The employees at this location are so nice and considerate and the store is well kept! My significant other and I enjoyed ourselves at this location and enjoy jersey mikes. Jersey Mike's is top notch for sub sandwiches. My significant other and I go here on a regular basis. We order on the app and pick up when ready. We like to use the timed pickup function to ensure that our order is ready when we arrive. We often get the club sub Mike's way with xtra xtra mayo. We like like one because it pretty large and can last us a few meals. Subs are always neat and made to perfection. We definitely would recommend stopping my here! Best sub place in New Jersey hands down. They never over do it! read more

Came to try jersey mikes for the first time, amazing food and service. server named linet gave me a wonderful experience. Would recommend!

I'm just so happy I don't have to eat Subway anymore! I'm fairly new to NJ and I wanted a sub so I decided to give Jersey Mike's a try on a whim and boy did they not disappoint. They pile on all the meats and cheeses, they're bread is good, and they happen to know just the right combination of condiments. I've had both the hot and cold subs from here and I would recommend the cold ones rather than the hot. Better than Subways, Quiznos, Jimmy John's...all of them! They really just need to open up more locations outside of Jersey. Love these sandwiches. read more

We ordered 3 regular Roast Beef with Provolone sandwiches online, for In-Store Pickup. When I arrived to pick them up, they told be that they did not have any roast beef. They didn't notify us. They let me go to the store and then told me. I had to contact my family from the store to see what they wanted instead. The store offered to substitute turkey for the roast beef. They told me that it was same price. When I got home, I checked and discovered that roast beef is significantly more expensive. So, basically I was lied to and also over charged because of it. I might go as far as considering this theft. After receiving my sandwiches at the store, I asked for 3 bags of chips (one for each sandwich) and I assumed that they would say they are on the house for the trouble, but of course they didn't. They charged full price (additional in-store purchase). I don't actually expect to get something for free, but I do expect to be reimbursed for the difference in the sandwich prices. I would like to thank them for a rotten experience. read more

Staff is unfriendly and do not pay attention to what the customer wants .Bathroom is dirty with no paper towels. Look up at the ceiling when ordering your food the vents are filthy with mold and dirt. Tables are never cleaned the staff doesn't even attempt to clean them even when you're wiping them down with a napkin. Over all food quantity is poor and the place it's self is a disappointment. read more

Best restaurant to grab yourself a cheese steaks. I tend to go for the meatballs but even the bacon ranch chicken is tasty. The thought leaves my mouth watering. Smells amazing the moment I walk in through the doors. Makes my stomach growl just thinking about it. It's become my main place to grab a bite. Prices are good so if you have a large family, it's a great place to get everyone a quick meal. Service with a smile, staff knows how to treat you right, always friendly and often see them sweeping up so you know they keep the place clean. read more

The sandwich I ordered was horrible for what I paid and to make it worse my stomach is hurting never eating that stuff again.

Jersey mikes is jersey mikes. I live a few block from the Warren location. Never ate there as I figured typical cold cuts and jersey type sammys. Finally ate at a jersey mike in Texas and fells in love with the tuna damn sammich of all things. We all have out go to's, I like the tuna on wheat (trying to regain some semblance of a waistline), wifey likes the BLT with double B, and my teen likes the jam and cheese mini. Whether pick up or get delivery it is always on time and correct. Shame I had to let a relative in far off lands turn me on to a hometown favorite. read more

Jersey Mike's is the king of subs! Not only is it the best quality cold cuts, They are not stingy with the meats & cheese That you choose. So many different subs to pick from that its difficult to choose one. They all look so delicious & they are. The shredded lettuce, Tomatoes & onions are farm fresh along with other toppings you can choose. The sub Bread is always fresh and not too hard to sink your teeth into. Sorry subway- you could never Compete with Jersey Mike's. Your subs are all full of air & usually tastes like salad on a roll- Wheres the cold cuts? Maybe 1 slice of each! The girl who was on the cutting machine didn't changer her gloves not once, she made at least 10 sandwiches, and between each sandwich she continuously touched a dirty rag and cleaned her station with the same gloves she used to touch everybody's meats and sandwiches which turned my stomach, the girl she passed my sandwich to was so In a rush and so sloppy the way she cut my sandwich everything that was in it came out.... Now I have a dirty & sloppy sandwich read more

I cant believe that Jersey Mikes's does not let you customize your order when ordering on-line?????????? There are hundreds of sub shops who have no problem with allowing the customer to order what they chose. The subs are not that good to where we must take what you give instead of what the customer wants. Our office ordered at least 3 times a week over 6 subs, each day, and when one person wanted something extra, we found out they dont customize the subs. Best believe that was the last order for sure. The customer service STINKS!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
