So you pay for the skin that they keep and resell, as well as, parts of the animal you don't actually want. I bought 60 pound goat at $4/lb, but I actually got about 50lbs of goat meat. For that reason alone, I'll never come here again. As far as the place itself, it's ok. The animals aren't kept in the most humane conditions. It was freezing in here, but I don't know how much that matters considering they were all going to be slaughtered.

Service was also outstanding, but at the end there was a lot of seatings in our section, so we waited about 15 minutes for our check. All in all, I still gave it five stars despite the fillet and wait at the end, as I thought the service was great otherwise.
