I took my 1.5 year old daughter here kind of last minute since it's too hot to play outside. She had a great time. I would say this is for children ages 1-8. You have to wear socks or can purchase a pair of non slip socks at the front desk. Adults and Babies under 9 months are free, children are $11 and additional children are $9. They have cubbies to put stuff in. They also have a food area to have lunch/snacks and changing rooms. And a room for breastfeeding! Multiple playground areas for children of various ages, ride on toys, multiple pretend play set ups (camping/outside, kitchen, dress up, baby strollers, etc) slides, and a trampoline area! Really liked it and it was cheap. It's nice to be able to bring my kid(s) here and see her interact with other children her age and play with all the cool stuff we don't have at home. Exactly what the east side needed! Love this indoor play place, and I'm sure it will become a weekly event for my kids during the summer. Love the wood toys and climbers, and the flat path for bike riding was perfect. Only one suggestion, change the music! The songs were incredibly loud, bad, and annoying. Hello I'm posting this because there's no option to send a message. I called today requesting to cancel our monthly membership last month we paid but did not go. My daughter has been going to day care and she's getting sick often from the kids.your sign says not to go if our kids are sick. We will go again in the future she likes giggles and she's ben going since she was 6 months old now she's 2 1/2. Love this place! The owner is fantastic and caring. I think the place is well set up and there is a lot for a little one to do! We were there for about two hours and then went and bought the pass for several visits as we left. My one recommendation might be more hands-on toys, there are playgrounds, a trampoline, a fort, a kitchen, etc. but not as many hands-on puzzles, blocks, or building activities. Overall, I definitely recommend for moms and dads who want a change of scene and fun for their child for a resonable price. read more

Giggles is heaven for a beleaguered parent of a four year old. It's the best entertainment venue for young children six years and under. I love the diversity of activities. They had a lot of indoor playground equipment, a stage with drums and pianos, dress up area, and a small trampoline area. Oh, wait there's more. Small hammocks, a play kitchen, and a tire swing. My four year old sprints from area to area enamored by the next activity. Price is $10 / kid / day (yes you can go back in later) it's a fantastic bargain. Most places around here change for the adult. At Giggles the parent can get in for free and sit on the couch with their smart phone, or a book, or a nap. Or they can stay in the designated food area and eat while keeping an eye on their kiddo. For a place with so many toys, I am impressed they kept the place tidy. I wonder how they keep the mats so clean. Replace them every week? Mine always have mystery stains on them after a few days. There's not a lot of supervision going on ... not a lot of staff members. They do however have multiple bathrooms, a changing area, and a pumping room. read more

This place was great! Pros 1. The entire place is spotless! Toys, floor, equipment, nursing room, changing room were all perfect nothing looked grimy at all. 2. Gated in area for kids wit plenty of seating around the edges for parents. 3. Toy area for smaller babies (1-2 years), trampolines for bigger kids, slides, hammocks, places to climb, and even a stage with musical instruments. 4. I have only 3 complaints: 1) As reported by the staff working yesterday, they only clean once a day, so bacteria and virus particles are all over everything, growing in number and complexity, easily being spread from child to child all day. I left around 12, and the bathroom was disgusting at that time. I can't imagine what it would look like when they close at 6:00. 2)There were TONS of children who were not supervised by their guardians. I understand this is not directly the responsibility of Giggles. However, my daughter's safety was compromised, and I had a dozen moments where I had to move, assist, navigate away from, or protect my daughter from other kids. I didn't know how to handle a few of the situations, as they fell into that gray area of interacting with another parent's child. The staff wasn't available to help, and didn't say anything to the parents who were all over lounging and talking in the party area. It would have been helpful for someone to encourage the parents to watch their kids. 3) The cars and trains aren't managed well. They are pretty much begging for someone to be knocked over or run over. A yellow caution-indicating area would probably decrease injuries. A few things I really liked: 1) They provide a toilet seat extension for kiddos! Yeah, it's used by everyone, but it makes a huge difference, allowing my daughter to pee without me having to hold her over the toilet. 2) There is a snack area with a microwave and sink (although no coffee as promised on the website, in the whole 3 hours I was there.) I wish there had been a few adult chairs, but it was still nice. 3) The variety of toys and activities is perfect for a 3 year old. She stayed busy the whole time we visited. read more

Dirty. Took my four year old and year half old the other day and was shocked by how dirty the equipments were including the cobwebs in between some of the wood equipment. Also, they have signs that says- any visible signs of runny nose will be asked to leave. While we are there, there was a child who was clearly sick - runny nose, snot all over the place; sure, the mother should have been more responsible and not bring her child but the cashier should have also caught it like he advertised. Perfect for caregivers of multiple young children! This place is designed so well!! I have a 4 month old and a 2 year old, so everything is gloriously challenging right now...except at Giggles! Everywhere inside the play area, which is open, bright, and large, is safe for my toddler to play and explore. If she wanted independence, I felt comfortable watching from afar; and if she wanted me close-by, there was always a soft, clean place to put my baby on the floor or a bench to sit on/ nurse my baby. There's a private nursing room too; I didn't go in, but noticed the sign. Well maintained diaper changing area, not the fold down thing in a public restroom. The restroom has an attached room with a door, so my baby was safe on the floor outside of the room with the toilet, but not out in the play area without me. Great little eating area too with tables for adults and children, even a couple of high chairs; microwave, sink and some cleaning supplies. I noticed a sign with a Wi-Fi code, so you could, in theory, get a little work done if the kiddos allow it. We visited yesterday, and today I received a coupon for $2 off our next visit! $12 per visit, there was a sign about purchasing multiple visits at once for a discounted price, but I don't remember the cost. I heard a rumor somewhere that if you visit in the morning, you can ask for a wristband or something like that and return again later in the day for no additional cost. My daughter is a little under 2, we've been coming here since the glendale one opened. It's been a great source of play and activity for my baby. She's around other kids, gets to get out of the house and most importantly i'm not worried about her getting trampled by older kids. It's perfect for her age and she enjoys it. The kids have an amazing time. It is so much fun and there is so many things to do all inside. The only thing I'll say is in the past 2 years we have been going. There's been no changes, no new toys, no broken toys or things being removed or fixed. If you aren't watching the little ones the entire visit they will in fact get sick or hurt themselves here. What a great place! My mommy friends and I visited this week with our preschool aged kids from 2 to 5 and they all had a grand time. The pics might not do it justice so I took a ton of them so you can see it's a very nice size area, so many play structure and just these charming little setups like the house with washer dryer kitchen and couches, the grill and picnic table, the market stand with food, the dress up area, train table, stage with piano and microphones and drums. There was so much to do and we stayed 2.5hrs and probably could've stayed longer if I had brought my lunch. Speaking of lunches, they have a fenced in area with lots of tables for adults and kids to eat lunch, a microwave and basic coffee percolator. Here were a few things we noted that maybe the owner can read and maybe implement: 1) There's only one changing table, there could be more because there were plenty of diapered butts there 2) the nursing room allows you to nurse in a quieter environment but then it's far off from the play area and so maybe you can nurse your littlest one but then you couldn't keep an eye on the older kid... So I guess just nurse on the cozy couches... Just a detail only a mom would understand ;) 3) the trampoline in the back is great! But there's a big gap between the trampoline and the wall (understandably) buy a kid can easily fit in that gap and get stuck or just get back there which could be an injury waiting to happen. 4) THE MUSIC.. Dear GAWD please stop the insane loud and fast music. Kids don't need anymore stimulation like Gangam Style, seriously! Just either seriously lower the volume or opt for calmer music like Renee and Jeremy, Elizabeth Mitchell, Anika Moa... Way way calmer and much more enjoyable than Gangam Style and all that other loud, rambunctious pop music. But we loved going :) read more

This was great! Clean and well put together. I love the structures! I saw an employee with a Dustbuster vacuuming up crumbs! Everything was clean and friendly. There was a diaper changing area right by the baby/toddler section and a lively private nursing room for breastfeeding moms. The eating area looked nice and clean also. I think we will be having my kids bday party there. The only downside was the website said complementary coffee which I didn't see but I also didn't ask. read more

I came here since we loved the Glendale location. Sadly this one doesn't stand up. Staff is nowhere to be found, had to wait a while at the front for someone to notice I was there, atmosphere is dirty. Then another parent there left a large opened soda sitting on the playground floor my 2 year old got into it and knocked it over. The owner of the soda was way down on the other side of the facility. Who leaves an open beverage on the playground floor and walks away from it? I guess common sense is not so common anymore. Anyways she was polite enough about it when she finally did come over and tell me it was her soda. I did not want to tell her she should of never left it out bc it is not my job it is the employees job. Staff had to be chased down to provide a towel for me to clean it up as there was no employee in sight. Once again staff did not clean the mess just basically handed over a rag and walked away. Although I understand accidents happen an employee should be present to notice something like a open beverage sitting out. It was not busy either. Seems like they don't care here. I will continue to only go to the Glendale location. read more

Just had a play date here last week and I loved it! Loved there was no older kids, so my 3 year old could have fun and do her own thing. We went on a wed morning and it wasn't even that busy.. even better! This place is cheap and it's so nice parents don't have to pay to go in and follow their kid. My cousin and I were saying we wished we had a place like this when we were growing up.. it's a child's paradise! So many toys, make believe, and play involved!! My daughter usually loves the jumping type things and actually stayed by the play room and played with the dolls and play food and play kitchen. They even have dress up things and was so cute for the girls to play. I don't know how anyone could rate a bad experience.. it's literally perfect and everything was easy accessible! Used to love this place because the owners were so strict about cleanliness. Mainly not letting adults or kids wear their street shoes in the play area. Everyone used to have to wear socks. They used to really enforce this rule. We came today and all of the kids are in socks but a bunch of the adults are walking all over the play area with their shoes on. Ew. I was extremely impressed with this place! It was very clean and lots of toys for the kids. The man at the front desk who I'm assuming is the owner was always around the facility making sure toys were put away or things that were out of place were rearranged. I was especially happy to see when another patron entered the facility barefoot that he immediately walked over and addressed the situation. The pricing was more than reasonable. What a wonderful addition to our community! I looked all over for a place like this when my first son was an infant. I'm so glad we finally have something like this! It's clean. It's well lit. Everything was in good working order. It's safe for crawlers and walkers alike. There were things my 1 year old and my elementary school son could do together, and things that would keep them busy independently. A place that welcomes the kids of both ages is really hard to come by, and we value it greatly. I love that they allow you to bring snacks and drinks in and provide a place to enjoy them, along with a sink, a microwave, and a coffee maker. They do have drinks and kid friendly snacks available for purchase, too. I also like that they allow that you can come and go the whole day. The Owner was there while we were there and he was fastidious about checking on toys, cleaning up, and sanitizing, all while still manning the front desk. What I really loved was the "intangible" of common sense being valued here. Everything is safe, but there aren't a ton of rules, as long as everyone is playing safely. So when my son and another child wanted to go jumping with the stuffed animals on the trampoline, there was no one chasing after them to tell them they couldn't. They really just let kids be kids and play as their imaginations lead them. What a breath of fresh air. I have two small suggestions--please put baby gates or barriers between the trampoline cage and the wall--my son snuck back there quicker than I could catch him. Also, please hang signs on the bathroom doors asking people to close them when they leave so babies stop trying to crawl in there. I do wish membership was more affordable (it's more costly than the zoo, the Children's Museum, and the aquarium), but we'll be back as often as budget allows. We had a wonderful time! My older son is standing next to me as I write this and wanted me to make sure I posted this: "I had a great time and I even made a new friend and we played on the trampoline." What a fun experience for my almost 4 year old and 6 year old niece. They played for 4 hours straight and could have easily turned into 8. After lunch time seems to be less crowded. They had kiddo music playing, an area to eat your own food & lots of fun activities to choose from including trampolines. Love that the play structures are all untreated wood, no weird smells and very clean all around. A seriously great place to bring the littles especially when its scorching hot outside. Simple yet fun! My 18m old man has a blast here! I've gone a few times and ive been lucky to where its not super crowded. They have ride on cars... toys.. slides.. trampolines.. nursing room etc. The only reason i didnt give a full 5 star rating is because i didnt like the wooded poles/beams on the floor. They arent padded and have 4 sharp corners! If a kiddo fell or ran into those, there will be bloodshed for sure. read more

I took my Four year old grandson here for the first time yesterday. It was great! I'm visiting from Michigan and was looking for a good place to take him indoors to avoid the high temps outside. Giggles was just the place! The play structures look clean and safely built and are developmentally appropriate for 1-7 year olds. The floor is like a safety mat, so falls and tumbles hurt less. The lighting is soft but adequate and it's not noisy or echoey. All the other parents and grandparents watched their kids well. It was cute to see the children interact nicely with each other and play together, but there is plenty to do for those who prefer to be alone and do their own thing. Be mindful...adults must have socks or you have to buy them. Children have to wear grip-socks, so if you have your own, you can save $2 and not have to buy theirs. I didn't mind to buy a pair for my grandson; now he has his special socks for the next time he visits! We loved it so much that my grandson said, "Nana, let's come back and bring my sister and brother!" Great idea! read more

Great place to bring your toddler. There are a lot of educational and active activities to do, but the only thing that may be missing in Giggles would be sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizing stations in the playground just to keep everything in there contained with cleanliness. read more

$40 monthly membership and you can come whenever you want as many times as you want from open to 6pm. $10 per visit if you aren't a member so the monthly membership is definently worth it if you plan on coming here often. There's a lot of stuff to play with here: huge thomas trains, toy cars, bikes, shopping carts, slides, trampolines, seesaws, stuffed animals, fake kitchen, fake grill, fake cookware, fake washer and dryer, drums, guitar, piano, music playing the whole time you are there (we heard moana songs a couple of times). They sometimes have special events for certain holidays. Recently we went to a easter bunny/egg hunt event which was really fun for the kiddos. We even got a few pictures with our 19 month old and the easter bunny. They have cheap snacks if you're baby/toddler gets hungry. There's free coffee, a diaper changing room and a bunch if bathrooms, one bathroom had a clogged sink. The workers are nice but don't seem to clean much so I had to take off a star. Plenty of the toys were dirty but it was okay we just didn't let our baby touch her mouth or face without cleaning her hands first. We had to keep a close eye on her which some of the other parents didn't seem to do with their kids. Some of the kids were running around wild while their parents spoke amongst each other or were on their phones. Bring socks cause they are required to play here. If you do forget socks for your baby don't worry they sell them here for a cheap price, I believe it's $2 a pair. Overall I can't complain much for $40 a month. We definently get our moneys worth and our baby loves coming here. read more
