If I could give this place a less than zero review, I would. This place is horrible. How do you double book parties and expect people to be okay? They didn't even offer a discount. The only solution was too bad and made to reschedule???? People traveled from out of town and are expected to travel back. Thanks for ruining a party and a dying grandparents gift. read more

We went to the Katy location. I took our almost-two-year-old grandson there today. He had a great time. I was impressed with how clean it is and that the activities are very appropriate. There are a few picnic tables and some chairs/counter space so it's OK to bring in a diaper bag and park it. Also high chairs available. There are plenty of place for adults to sit throughout. We came here based on Yelp ratings, but will definitely not be back. Wish I would've read the reviews a little closer. Place was extremely dirty - we were the first ones here and there was trash (wrappers, socks, papers), hair, and food crumbs all over the place. It did not look like it had even been vacuumed. Much of the climbing equipment appeared to be worn down and needed to be repaired. Holes in some of the netting and tears in some of the platforms that the kids climb on, which could be a safety issue. The imaginative play areas could definitely use some cleaning and upgrading as well. Many of the dress up clothes were torn, dirty and broken. There is a dedicated spot for eating snacks, but based on the looks of the play area, it was not being enforced to use that area for eating only. We also did not see any staff come by at all during our visit, or even come into the play area. Staff remained at desk entire time. read more

This place is great for little kids it's a playground and it's air conditioned what more could we want in this Texas heat? This place was really cute! Houston can get really hot during the day, so this was perfect for some indoor fun. Our 3 year old had so much fun! We celebrated his birthday there and we made the right choice! They have tons of activities for the little ones. Be warned, you can't take the stroller in to the play area, so make plans in advance. Snacks, juice, and water are available for purchase. While we were there we met the owner, she was very kind and, kept eyes that everything was in order at the place. I was very excited to bring my 1 yr old here. 5 min into our play date I was very disappointed. We arrived shortly after 2pm since they close for sanitizing from 1-2pm. It was extremely dirty. I am very protective of my son because accidents happen in a blink of an eye, there was older children over the age of 2 horse playing and running all throughout the toddler area. We told the young ladies in the front and they made an announcement over the intercom. (You could not hear a word that they said). They never came out of the front desk to enforce rules or anything. Told me to make sure my kid doesn't take any toys out of the playhouses and even though we try to put everything back, other places I think handle it way more politely. Pros - The jungle gym is pretty big with lots of fun inside - It wasn't crazy busy - You can bring your own food - The separate play area themes are cool - Price is on par with other indoor play areas (about 10) Cons - No one is really monitoring the exit, don't rely on that as a backup (the door is really tricky to get open so maybe that's why) - The separate play areas were not really well kept together while we where there. - The play area in the back with the screen on the ground was not working ( games were just on a loop but you couldn't actually play) read more

In efforts to get our little one out of the house on what turned out to be the third gloomy weekend in a row, we started looking around for some indoor fun. This spot had great reviews, and the pics made it look super fun! So the first issue was parking. There is definitely not enough parking in this shopping center in general. We drove around the oddly shaped parking lots for a while before someone finally left, opening up a spot by the front door. The ladies in the front were nice enough. Then we made our way around inside and well, it was a madhouse, obviously. We walked around the place until we found the under 2 section. It is a small area that's sectioned off by this long padded bench type thing. No walls or doors separate the little bitties from the older kids. So the bigger kids kept running and jumping onto the under 2 kids' toys with no regard for the safety of the babies already playing with them. And of course not a single one of their parents stopped them and no staff was there to keep them out either. Therefore it was left up to the under 2 parents to tell the olders to vacate. And you know how correcting other people's kids can be... sooo. That is really my biggest complaint - I really wish the under 2 section was more closed off and that there was some staff involvement to keep the kiddos separated. Additionally, it was not very clean, but if course I guess that can be hard to keep clean with, I swear 100 kids, running around. read more

I like this place. My nanny kid and I visited on a Tuesday morning. There's a ball pit, a jungle gym, themed spaces, a snack area, a climbing wall, plenty of seating, and snacks to buy up front. You can bring your own food, as well. I'd love to see an attendant in the play area monitoring playtime just to help corral kids when their parents get lazy (Yep, some parents are lazy). In a warehouse like area, private parking lot, limited parking. Small entrance. 2 bathrooms. It was all right. The play area was nice and clean. No attendants in the play area, just at the front desk. You pay, take off your shoes and go play. There are plenty of places to sit. There's the 2 story jungle gym and little themed stations along the wall. Not a bad place on a rainy day. My toddler had fun but I wasn't overly impressed by the play options. Had so much fun here! Took my 19 month old and met some friends. We got there right when it opened and had the whole place to ourselves. By 11:00 there were a few other kids there but still nice and quiet. It was about $9.00 for him to play and parents, make sure YOU wear/bring socks. They will make you buy some there if you forget them. It is the perfect play place for kids 1-7ish. Everything is in their reach and perfectly sized for the little ones. Bought a Groupon that the new owner won't honor, but we went anyway. It's confusing because the establishment is in a warehouse. Inside is new and very nice. $10 for children over 2 and $9 for children under 2. It was quiet when we went on a Saturday. I like how clean and new there place is. Unsupervised play, tho, do you need to be with your child. Children can easily be hurt on the huge slide inside. We loved the pretend play in the stable and store. Definitely worth the $10. There's a mini soccer field inside, too. This is a warehouse themed indoor playground. Birthday party for $12 children isn't bad either $300. We may do this! Our son had a blast. Only weird thing is that the young man at the front desk behaved awkwardly. It was clear that he didn't have interpersonal skills. He never left his seat and was visible uncomfortable communicating with people. Not the right position for him at all. We decided to come today and took my 7 year old and 2 year old. While the concept is excellent, there is a lot to be desired. The place is starting to look grungy and dirty and definitely needs a deep clean. The people working there were not friendly at all. The ball put was closed while were there bc thy "found blood inside." Not your favorite thing to hear as a parent on multiple levels. I wondered how often the costumes were cleaned, as well as the sitting cushions and other fabric items. The gate to go in and out the entire play area was left open 95% of the time. When I asked them to close it they acted irritated. It would be very easy for kids to walk out of the play area, past the usually unmanned desk and out to the parking lot. The price could have been better, especially for having multiple kids enter. The best part was that you can bring your own food and drinks in. Other than that, it felt a bit too germy and too lax on security for us to be back and pay the incredibly high price. read more

We celebrated our daughter's second birthday yesterday and couldn't have come out more satisfied. The staff helping us was very helpful and patient. She helped us the entire time of the party, putting decorations up, keeping the room clean, cutting the cake, cleaning up, and taking decorations down. We had 11 kiddos ages 1 to 8 and ALL of them had a blast. There was something to do for all. Most didn't want to leave! We had our sons 5th birthday here today and the disappointment and anger I feel is unreal. Zero professionalism from the girls at the front desk. When I walked in they didn't greet me and I had to start the conversation. I asked if I could start setting up the party room and they awkwardly looked at each other for a bit before saying that I could. We decided to get pizza thru the business and I highly expected the pizza to arrive at the party time or during the party so it'd be warm. The pizza arrived at 12:45... the party was 1 to 3 with the kids planned to eat at 1:45 or 2. I told the girl that the pizza would be cold and she said "oh okay". Set it down and walked out. She did say if I needed plates I could come ask even though it's part of what you pay for. I had to go ask for plates and napkins and my guest and had to go request more plates. As my guest were arriving they were not given much direction to where we were,not one smile and both girls had their phones glued to their face. Even when I went out to request the plates, the girl literally finished her text before responding. The only time we saw our "party host/helper" was when she came into the room to tell me we need to be out by 3... which we knew. No direction at all. This is the first time that I've hosted a party at an event space and felt completely neglected and lost. I would never, ever recommend this place. I kept a smile on and stayed calm for the kids and sweet guest but I am so upset we spent a dime there! read more

My son had a great time so mission accomplished! This place is great for anyone that has a toddler and a small baby. You can attend your baby in the infant area and keep a good eye on your toddler. This place isn't near as incredible as the Children's Musuem, but I wasn't expecting that at all! The Children's Musuem has millions of dollars behind it and this is a mom and Pap that had a sweet idea. If you have a young baby and 3+ year old the Children's Musuem gets tricky because the infant area is for 2 and under, so the kids can't play in the same area. I will definitely return. This place is great for young minds to use their imagination and have fun with other kids. I will say the video makes the place appear much nicer then it is because none of the activities like the bubbles, book reading or puppet show went on the 2 hours we were there. Would love to know when these activities happen! read more

Is a nice cozy place for kids, highly recommend for toddlers not much for grown kids (+3). To be honest we expected much more fun, don't take me wrong it does have a lot of variety for playing, but all this toys kids can find them at home, public libraries, story times around town, children's museum, etc. We expected more playground area, taller slides, swings, maze, moon walking, cars for kids to ride; things hard to find somewhere else. There are more places like this around this area, so I don't think we'll coming back. read more
