We continue to give this venue multiple chances, but unfortunately each visit has been more disappointing than the last. We attended the concert on March 14 and arrived around 9:00 PM. By the time we got there, the staff already seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests. When we checked in, the host noted that our entire party had arrived even though two members of our group were still missing. This later created unnecessary confusion and delays. Organization and communication appear to be major challenges at this location. Initially, my boyfriend and I were told to go ahead and sit down, but we were not given wristbands or any clear direction as to where our table was located. We were confused as to why we had not received wristbands like other guests. Later in the evening, we were asked to return to the front to obtain wristbands, which is when we discovered the host had incorrectly marked our party as complete. It seemed likely that the staff member was overwhelmed and did not fully process what we had explained at check-in. Another ongoing issue is the apparent overselling of tables without adequate space to accommodate them. The layout was so crowded that even the bartenders had difficulty moving between tables. At times, guests were asked to pass buckets and drinks down the line because staff could not easily access certain tables. The people in the VIP area were all complaining about how close the tablets were to each other. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. I read the reviews before coming and have to disagree. I came for Tejano night. Friends wanted to see a band so we reserved two tables. Glad we did. This place is huge and lots of people but not too many. The size of the place can hold the crowd well. If you don't dance and love people watching you will still have a great time. Crowd was a variety of ages. I enjoyed watching the different styles of dancers. I even got many outfit ideas too. Very nice staff, my waitress was excellent! I wish I got her name as everyone badmouthing the staff. Place is very nice, well air conditioned, nice bathrooms and DJ was good in between bands. read more

My husband booked a VIP table for David Lee Garza. Paid for a table right in front of the stage. Y'all's employees allowed everyone to walk up to the "VIP area" and take over. My husband and I were dancing in our area and towards the end of the night, I was escorted to the front by Harris county constable for an alleged "assault" because "I bumped into someone while dancing". Now mind you, that someone didn't pay to be in that area and was eventually removed from the VIP area by staff so I'm assuming she got upset. I myself was eventually let go because it was all BS. I know you guys are just getting started with this but please y'all need to get some type of regulations in place. Have security do a better job.You have professionals spending their money in your establishment, set up boundaries to protect them. I believe my husband also booked 2 tables for the David Farias Band but we are no longer interested due to the lack of security. If you advertise Diamond VIP tables and people purchase them but fail to put the proper procedures in place, you are putting your customers safety at risk. Our waitress was great. The establishment itself is great as well but half the dance floor is useless due to people just standing on it watching the musicians play. My suggestion would be for management to hire more security to enforce certain regulations. read more

Hello good evening, I'm a regular customer from you guys even I drive almost an hour to get there always been a great time with all the events groups that you guys performed so far. I been trying to reach you guys by phone but no answer I left couple voicemails no one as connected me back yet. I never had any issues before using my CC but last night I only used twice which it was the 1st ticket for $8.13 for one drink & left $2 DLL tip the 2nd time was for $37.89 & left $5 dlls tip which I did only signed for this 2 tickets I didn't use it anymore . My bank account is showing 2 different more charges for $25 dlls each? I didn't used & I do not give any authorization for having my CC information if I have closed my tab after I used only 2 times after I signed. Can you please help with this issue?I also remember the 2 bartenders that I used my CC for the drinks. I have contacted my bank but they let me know if I can 1st contacted you guys & check if it was a mistake charges on my CC. I appreciate it if someone contacted me for an update. Looks sketchy on the outside but the inside was clean and organized. The event we attended was sold out and the establishment followed all safety procedures. There's enough room to dance and you could see the band from every corner . Restrooms were semi clean and the drinks are surprisingly better than what you would expect from a place like this. read more

We've been going there for over 8 months now. We've attended events very frequently on Saturdays and some Fridays. Depending on the band that plays it may become very packed. However, there's always parking space, there's always room to dance even though you may bump into people there has never been an issue with anyone in the club. The music is fantastic every time even the DJ. Plenty of restroom stalls & they are clean; staff has been great and nothing but professional every single time we've had interaction. The place has plenty of tables, chairs etc for purchase. Space to walk by the tables maybe limited when it's a packed club but sometimes also has to do with people standing instead of sitting. Every time we've gone the people are there to have fun and dance. Drinks are alright. The bartenders always seem to charge different prices and have had to question that with receipts. You have to be very specific what you want, or you'll get charged for different liquor etc. Everyone seems to get the buckets which are very popular, but the lines at the bar if any are very disorganized when it's full. Overall, it's the best place to have fun and listen to great music! read more

What a joke. A complete mess, business is run horribly if at all, management is so sloppy and it shows. The veteran bartenders have horrible attitudes and were extremely rude to all new hires and customers as well. The manager is SO unprofessional - he completely blocked my number out of nowhere one day when I asked if I could work again the next week. No reasoning at all. Very nice place! I mean it really has potential to be a very good dance club. I truly think the DJ will tank this club because he doesn't know how to read the room. For instance, when you have a lot of couples dancing on the dance floor, you do not want to change it up and put techno/rap-type music on. The positive is the bar staff is very nice and helpful, the club is brand new inside and has adequate seating and parking. My wife and I really liked it because it's not so packed and the dance floor is huge. Owner, my advice is promote hard and get some live music big names in there before it's too late! read more

Had such great potential! The DJ needed changing since he could never figure out that people not dancing means you should change the music. But now with there not being any kind of country music anymore you have lost me. It's called TEXAS RODEO SALOON!!! Where is the country music!!! I loved my bartender that always knew what I would get we had offically became regulars but with the change in music it looks like we will have to go back to whisky. Such sad times!
