The space is super colorful, creative, and perfect for kids to explore and get hands-on. There were so many different slime textures and scents to try, and everything was really well organized. My daughter loved being able to play freely and make her own slime, and I appreciated how engaging it was without feeling chaotic. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. It's definitely a great spot if you're looking for something different to do with your kids.

Be sure to look for coupon codes when buying your tickets: our order was initially going to be around $270 for 3 adults, 4 kids -- but we got $70 off through an online promo code. Entry includes a "build your own slime" bar - you get to pick out the type of slime feel you want, then pick the color and fragrance, and pick 3 plastic charms to take home. They have handwashing stations at the start and after the build-your-own-slime bar. The only things I didn't like about it were the smells could be very strong because the slimes are fragranced with different cool smells. Some of us were feeling a little bit headache-y or nauseous or weird by the end, probably from the smells. This place is probably a one-and-done for us. Fun but the smells were a bit overwhelming, and even after washing our hands, our hands still smelled very fragranced after we left, which was irritating for some of us.

We attended this place for a classmates birthday party and paid for socks. We ended up being charged for the entire amount of the birthday party even though it was not our child's party. We were charged $350 and while the establishment provided us a refund of partial refund of ~$324, we are STILL awaiting a refund of $25. Before you ask, this was not the cost of the socks as we paid that on a separate charge which we did not dispute. Unfortunately due to false promises by establishment we are now outside of the window of being able to charge back. We continued to have emails promising a refund with no action. (see emails below) I would never attend this place and DO NOT recommend this place for anyone due to this. This is complete craziness that they would even allow for this to occur.

The little snack room to the side is a nice place for kids to get together and take a break and eat something. It's nice to have a playdate there because your kids are enclosed and gated in and can basically entertain themselves and you can still talk to another adult without losing sight of your kid. Definitely send your kid in socks because it can smell a little like feet as is any gym. Also bring a physical credit card to pay because they do not take tap pay as I learned after I unloaded my child and all his things and only brought my phone in. Parking is easy and a plenty. It's in the back row of buildings in case you miss it the first go around.

First, the staff are overall very nice, friendly, but depending on the day drastically overworked / unable to control kids. Front desk is usually efficient and gets people in (because... money). Then, depending on the day / how busy things are is where it goes downhill. Sunday mornings at 10AM is the best, no lines, staff are able to enforce rules (e.g. 1 person at a time on trampoline, height requirements). However, almost any other time the place is overcrowded with 10+ birthday parties at once. Its also full of older kids 10+ so imagine a 4 year old jumping on a trampoline then a teenager jumps doing a flip almost dropkicking the kids while staff is looking helpless. Thats the experience. Or the obstacle course where people are going from both entrance and exit, with 160 lb adults doing monkey bars over 4 year old in the ball pit. The go-carts are fun when they work, but too many times they dont use the full 6 dual rider carts and the line can be over an hour at times. Not sure if maintenance related but definitely not fun. Worst is corporate and how they do memberships. No number to call, most likely AI generated responses, will cancel your membership and then make you re-enroll paying another re-enrollment fee. Super unethical.
