I had lost my car keys in LA overnight with no spare and no AAA membership at 4 in the morning. Think you've hit rock bottom now, right? Think again. I was rescued by two employees the following day who went above and beyond to assist me in creating a new key (and spare key) for my VW Jetta. For those who don't know, it's a tricky, case sensitive key that isn't simple to remake a duplicate. I was looking around to do duplicate key for my Lexus IS300. I bought shell blade key blank on eBay. I called few places some of them closed some didn't make duplicates as a service. The key in our Honda CRV was not turning in the ignition, so our car was not starting. I removed the ignition myself and took it to Sean to fix or replace it. He and the other person at his office were extremely nice and worked with me to discuss the best most economical way forward since I was layed off from my job a couple weeks before and couldn't afford much. He gave me a replacement ignition very quickly for a very reasonable price and gave me advice on installing it. Despite that, I asked him to help me with problems I was having to install it. He came to my house, spent an hour there in my driveway, and did not charge me for his time! He helped me figure out the best way forward and I paid him for his services to resolve the issue and get my car running again. We just moved in and redid all of the doors on the house. Therefore, the "condition" of the lock was fine. And if you had problems with the front door, there was always the sliding door which had also just been replaced. 5) I already told you what I wanted. I want a $100 refund. Additionally, I want you to be honest and be accountable for your actions and those of your employees. So far, you haven't been, and instead have made every effort to deflect and deny. Clearly you are not going to be truthful (or you can't even find me in your records, which is also disturbing), or accept responsibility.
