Great service from Jeremy. I called & he gave me info & pricing. It was not an emergency but he was here within a few hours. Very friendly. He fixed my problem (door had shifted so I could not lock it) quickly. The fee was very reasonable. Very nice guy. read more

Jeremy is a bonafide professional and is a man dedicated to his craft. He was able to assist with a locked safe and was good company all the while. As far as pricing goes, Jeremy is certainly more fair than other services looking to gouge customers unfamiliar with going rates. No doubt he's the man I'll be looking for next time I'm in trouble. read more

This guy worked with me to unlock a Amazon Basic safe, he picked it in about 30 minutes or less, and only charged me his standard fee, even though it took him five times longer than it normally would. Such a nice guy, easy to have a conversation with, and was determined to Help me crack my safe open and restore my valuables. Will definitely use him in the future. read more

This review is well overdue and simply because we misplaced Jeremy's business card. We called Jeremy because our 3 year old son had decided to lock our walk in closet door one afternoon. Thankfully he didn't lock himself in the closet but he locked is out. Quite frankly we were unaware that that closet even could be locked since we've only been in Pitt home a couple years and have had no reason to close the door. Needless to say we are in a pinch and Jeremy saved the day. He's local and was able to come to our house within a could of hours. He got the door opened and disabled the lock permanently within a few minutes. He was professional, clean, and efficient. I would definitely recommend you give him a call next time you need these services! read more

Can not recommend Lock and Key Ninja more! Came home after running errand to a broken deadbolt lock. Jeremy was there within 10 minutes and tirelessly worked through our stubborn lock. Fast, efficient, expert service, and economical! We locked ourselves out of our house and within 20 minutes of calling Jeremy, he'd arrived and got us into our house. A total professional. Highly recommended. read more

I can't say enough great things about Jeremy. We had just gone to Lowe's (oddly enough) and then the grocery store, and when we came home our deadbolt broke and we had no way to get in the house (or get our groceries in the fridge!) Jeremy got here in 10 min and got us in. Apparently our deadbolt was forged from the steel of King Arthur's sword and the iron from the mask that Phillippe wore in Man in the Iron Mask because it took some work to get it off! (They don't make em like they used to!) haha but he put in the elbow grease needed to get the job done and saved our milk from going bad! He was nice and funny and kept his cool through all of the frustration of our deadbolt. (I would have just broke the door down if it was me!) Very professional and fair priced. Can't recommend him enough. Thanks again Jeremy!!! read more

Absolutely the BEST experience!! We have a rental property that needed to be re-keyed and had some problem break-ins. Jeremy, who is a small business owner, was so very helpful and efficient. He made great suggestions on what needed to be reinforced for security and areas where we could save money - his prices are super reasonable and the value of his knowledge and suggestions are invaluable. Apart from that, he went above and beyond, worked on a major holiday and late hours because he knew we were in a dicey situation. We ended up getting security cameras, and he installed them and again made the suggestions that would protect our property but not break the bank. I am a real estate broker in Oxnard so finding reliable vendors in the SF Valley is of utmost importance, and we got so lucky finding Jeremy. Apart from being a great contractor, he is a wonderful, kind human being. Thank you Jeremy!!! read more

I rent a storage space at public storage and lost my key to my unit. Public storage doesn't offer locksmiths at my current property so I reached out to Lock & Key for their services. The day before I contacted the representative and he was very quick to respond and didn't set false expectations. The next morning before the public storage even opened, Jeremy was there ready and waiting. He was very friendly and professional. I was anticipating an adventure and wasn't sure on how long it would take for him to replace my disk lock. Nevertheless, ten minutes later the lock was removed and he even cleaned the metal shavings afterwards. I would definitely recommend them for future services 5 Stars !!! read more

Worst night .... don't know how it happened but we got locked out of the house after having dinner out. I did call couple of locksmiths and it's either an hour wait or the price is too high. Made another call and luckily, came across Lock & Key Ninja. Jeremy came to the rescue in less than 30 mins. Great service, professional, friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommended! read more
