A tenant used them, and we wind up with the stickers all over, just like mentioned in another one star review - on doors, door phones, elevators. Takes time to peel them off and remove the leftover adhesive residue. Not sure why they think they have a right to vandalize private property with what amounts to graffiti. Think twice. These are "wise guys". Had a horrific experience. Of course you are going to pay whatever they demand because they can break into your house. You definitely will feel threatened if you question the bill. They have access to your home, and then demand absurd/insane amounts of money. We are talking thousands. They do this all while wearing a religious symbol around their necks. It's embarrassing for their people and a menace to society. You have been warned. read more

Terrible terrible business. If we can even call it a business. Definitely a scam. I made the mistake of calling this "company" because it was the sticker on our door handle. BIG mistake. They quoted me $685 for a broken door handle on my business. I asked if it was ok to pay through our accounting department via an invoice. He said it was no problem and we had 3 months to pay. I only agreed to let him start work after that conversation. It took him 4 days to complete the job as he put the wrong door handle on our door. I just wanted him to replicate what was already there and he failed to do so. He came out again to put the right door handle on the door. It worked great! When I asked for an invoice for payment he changed his original quote to over $1400. WHAT?!? Ridiculous. He said the new door handle was complicated. It was not at all. The only difference was that you could unlock it and keep it unlocked until you locked it again with a key. Simple and ordinary door handle. Apparently that was super complicated for him. He got it done and gave me the heavily inflated invoice. I gave it to my accounting department that day. Then the very next day I get a call from this business saying that I had an outstanding invoice that needs to be paid. It was my day off and I asked if we could talk about it the next day. They said ok. They called the next day and text me and emailed me about the invoice. I told them that we had 3 months to pay. That is what the technician told me. She told me that he was wrong and I had to pay that day. I told her that the invoice was with our accounting and was being processed as agreed upon. Then they called me everyday for 5 days saying the same thing. This morning the woman called me, text me and emailed me again saying I had to email her back and tell her when we were going to pay. I told her again that I could look into it but I had to do it a bit later as my business was super busy at the moment but I said I would do it today. The woman lost it and started screaming at me that I had to stop what I was doing in that moment and pay the invoice. I couldn't believe how she was talking to me. There was a crying baby in the background and she was just screaming away with the baby. She was telling me I was very rude and that I was refusing to pay. She told me I was being recorded to which I responded that if she truly was recording me to let the record show I never said I was not going to pay but that the invoice was with accounting and we had 3 months to pay and that I would check on the status a bit later as I was not near a computer then. She told me that they only do that for McDonalds and I had to pay now. She said she was going to send a technician for payment. I told her that it was being handled through accounting as was confirmed before work started. She was still screaming at me and then said she would call the police. She hung up. A little bit later, a different technician came by our business and what took them 4 days to complete, he undid in less than 3 minutes. I checked the cameras. He took not only the newly installed hardware but also the preexisting hardware on our door leaving a giant hole. I was in shock. What kind of business model is this? I've never dealt with a vendor or contractor that conducts business in this type of way and I deal with a lot of people. BEWARE! This "business" If you see the number (855)855-1199, stay far away from it. This place is a total scam and not worth the headache. read more

I've never left a bad review. I was charged $100's of dollars. The technician damaged my door, did not provide a quote before services were complete, and did not provide an invoice or a receipt. I asked about my damaged door and why the price was so high after he was finished and he said that someone would come by the next day to asses the damage. I was in a bind, it was late and I was locked out of my house. No one came the next day or reached out to me. I emailed them, received no response. I emailed again. They finally replied & said the technician actually gave me a 50% discount & asked how'd I like to make a the rest of the payment...no mention of the damage, the lack of receipt, or invoice. I hate leaving a negative review but I hope they don't do this to someone else. There are plenty of 5 Star locksmith services on here. On average, locksmiths charge $75 to $125 per hour for an emergency call. The technician was here for $20 mins. read more
