I asked if I'd reached Northridge Lock & Key and she said "Yes." So I asked if I could get a key duplicated and she said they don't do that. Well if that's the case you need to TAKE IT OFF YOUR SERVICES LISTED. I still considered giving them two or three stars since most of the reviews seem to be four or five stars and it sounds like they've done some good work for other people. But if three stars = "OK," two = "Could've been better," and one = "Not good," I can't give them any more than one star because they had bad service before I even had a chance to use them. They were one of five companies who bid to provide me with a replacement key FOB, as well as program it, for my 2022 Toyota Prius. They were professional and responsive to all of my questions, and they helped to put my mind at ease in choosing them for my project. Once I decided to move forward with the project, I was able to schedule it the same day, and they even came to my job. Shout out to Paul the technician who came to do my project. He was pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable. He explained the process to me and a job that was initially quoted as requiring 30 minutes only took 15 to complete.
