When we couldn't find the keys, he offered to program a new fob and it was done in less than 10 min! When we figured out the original fob got stolen, George helped us AGAIN later that day to re-program my bf's car to prevent any old keys from unlocking the car without additional charges! He was very honest about what would happen if he would need to start from scratch and make a new fob again.
