I can't say enough good things about Eden (sp?). He was punctual, polite and solved my problem in less than an hour. He came out on a Saturday morning to my work address and replaced the ignition in my car. He first tried to work with the existing one by cutting a couple of new keys for it but it wouldn't budge, breaking one of the new keys. I didn't feel so bad then about the hour I had spent working with it on Friday evening to no avail. I didn't hover so I did not see exactly how he got it out but I believe he drilled it since it would not turn to the on position so he could remove it in the standard way. Considering the jam I was in without that car, what he charged was a bargain. It's frustrating losing the key to your car. It's also REALLY expensive and time consuming to get a locksmith to come to your location, but this has got to be the best experience I've had with a locksmith, hands down. $300.00 to break into my camper; Terrible! Not only could the technician not unlock the camper door, he completely damaged the door. He basically broke into the camper. Used air bags to pry the upper and lower aluminum door and used flat head screw driver to pop lock. I called a spoke to some nice lady (not your fault) but she told me the lead tech would be returning my call. Two days later, no call, etc., New door will cost me $600 darn ($#@%) bucks. Customer service horrible. They don't even deserve one star! read more

So I got locked out of the house from my roommates doing, and called them in a panic. They were incredibly accommodating and tailored their services to my concerns. But! I was very disappointed in my services from this company. After a long 12-hr night shift I found myself locked out of my house. The latch from my doorknob was stuck in the wall. I googled for a lock smith and this place had seemingly nice reviews. The website touts a quick return time; however, the time it took from the first phone to the dispatcher, to the time the lock smith got to my house was over an hour. The gentleman they sent was horribly rude and condescending. Before he even got to my house he was complaining over the phone to me about how far he had to walk from the visitor parking lot to my unit. I offered to help carry his tools, but he declined. On the walk to my unit he was basically making me feel horrible stating numerous times how "i should have fixed this already," and the reason I'm in this situation is because "I didn't fix this like i should have." I finally just told him I didn't need the advice I just needed him to get me into my house as I had to work another night shift that night. Anyway, he writes me up a receipt (before even beginning to work) for a total of $250.00!! I was stunned. He told me this was a special situation. Mind you he hadn't even started working yet so he didn't even know how hard or easy of a job it really was going to be. He totally priced gouged me knowing I had no other option, and at this point had been waiting hours to get into my house. I finally gave in because I was so tired and just wanted this to all be over. He drilled into my door knob and got the latch to disengaged. It took him longer to get to my house than to do the actual job. Obviously the job was not worth $250.00. On top of that he left a big mess and didn't give me a receipt. I called twice that day to the main number requesting a receipt and to let someone know what happened. I got blocked from one of the numbers. Still have not received a receipt or a return phone call. They obviously do not care about what happened. I went to their shop in Bellaire to procure their services to unlock some storage units where I had lost the keys. These guys do everything! I had my own FOB and Eden programmed it with no problems. I loved that the customer service rep. gave me all the options with or without my FOB. I chose to go to the store location where Eden helped me immensely and the key works great. Also, I called two other places for price sake and they were great there as well.
