A NIGHTMARE to work with! We called Get Locksmith to change 5 locks in the office. We received same day service (Monday 4/2). On arrival the technician was buzzed in and was shown which locks were needed to be changed. He said there would be no problem, but he would change the locks on Tuesday 4/3 afternoon. On Wednesday (4/4) morning our keypad to unlock the door was no longer functioning and you were able to pull open the door. Our door no longer locks. This is a big safety issue for us.We gave Get Locksmith a call informing them of our problem and asked them to please send a technician out to us to fix the issue. Our buzzer lock was working just fine before the technician changed the locks. They send a technician out the next day just for him to say there was nothing that he could do, and that he would have to send the head technician out. I called everyday for a week to try and get a technician out to the office. I talked to David (dispatcher) a few times through the week and got nowhere! Idan (head technician) spoke to my manager and said they were going to try and find someone to fix our buzzer problem (that was on Friday 4/13). No one followed up. The level of lack of professionalism was ridiculous. Finally, I called back today (4/17) and was told they are very sorry but, they have no one that can help us with our problem because they do not deal with buzzer locks. Not even worth one star. Unprofessional and rude! On Saturday 5/23 I called and asked for help to make a spare car key for my car. The technician who arrived made a spare key which got stuck in the ignition slot. After he struggled to take it out he told me that it is normal for old cars for this to happen. I told him that I did not want the key and to please take out the key and finish his work. He was offended and got upset and raised his voice without allowing me to talk. I told him to leave immediately. Then I called the company to send me another technician and they told me they could not send anyone before Monday. They were very reluctant to help because the technician who left told them I interrupted his work and did not let him complete it. I called "Automobile Locksmith".
