We've been pleased with the outcome of both projects. They've done quality work for us. One thing that stands out for me is their flexibility. We've been on long trips during both jobs, which would normally make me very nervous about not seeing progress. But I was able to facetime with the crew for issues/questions/updates and they sent pictures every couple of days. I also appreciate their willingness to come back to address issues after the project is done. Their nice people, too. All in all - I'm pleased. I've used them twice and will get a bid for any future projects as well.

It has bubbled again and for the past two hours I have had to scrape the walls and will need to prime and paint these again. I am certain that you painted without primer and not the proper paint. Now the extra coats and labor I have to do. I hope that the drywall was installed properly since nothing else was. Honestly for the cost it was not worth it. It was crap workmanship for the beginning and the tub is still not finished properly since you scrapped it and they came several times to fix this. The amount of time and energy I am putting into fix your mistakes is ridiculous

We discovered an issue underneath the cabinets, visible with close observation. Our floor was uneven and their work left us with a gap underneath the cabinet visible from a distant front view. I should have seen it on completion of the work, unfortunately I didn't see it until I was deep cleaning six months later and noticed the issue. I contacted the company, they came looked at the issue acknowledged the problem told us they would email some solutions! I have yet to hear from them, I reached out via text again no response. A small issue we are still waiting for a response with a fix ,it's been about a month Today Kitchen and Bath fixed the above issue. The job looks complete and well done. Thank you Kitchen and Bath Masters.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It all started when my husband and I showed up at the…read moreshop after closing on a Saturday. As we were peering in the window, Mr. Mosen who was near his car ready to leave, asked us if he could help. We said, that's okay, we'll come back, but he opened the shop, answered all of our questions, and gave us a great price. We had already been to a few other shops, so we knew we were getting a great deal. We placed our order and made our down payment. Sunday morning I realized I probably left my credit card at the shop. Since Mr. Mosen had given me his cell number, I texted him and asked him to check when the shop opened on Monday. He said no problem, he would go and check right away. My card was there and I went to retrieve it. Next great customer service-- we saw a quartz stone we liked in the shop. Mr. Mosen suggested another stone based on what we were looking for, but he did not have a sample. He went to distributer and got a sample and brought it to our house. He was right, a better choice, so that is what we ordered. The counters were ready as promised, Jesus and his colleague were great. Very professional and efficient when they did the installation. A sink was provided, we bought our own faucet. We also provided a plumber to re-connect everything. Found our plumber on Yelp. Cabinets will be painted using a painter we found on Yelp. This shop is directly located next to another company. Be sure to visit the right shop. Home Depot was more expensive, and the other two shops were more expensive and I would have given the other two shops three stars or less for my initial experience. One shop the sales rep was patronizing, but did explain things. The other shop the sales rep told me to wander about and write down what I liked-I would give that shop zero stars. I hope you get the same great customer service we did because it was truly above and beyond. AAA++++

GE Construction made my vision for my kitchen and dining renovation come to life! This was not an…read moreuncomplicated renovation. The wall between the kitchen and dining contained duct work for both the dining room and upstairs, plumbing was done to the code of 1960 when the house was built, and previous owners/flippers did things in slapdash ways that made the process harder than it needed to be. But at the end of the day, what I sketched out came to life, and beautifully! Andrii and his team worked with all the things I really wanted out of my kitchen (including using existing appliances, so they had to move them around the space a lot while working, and some fancy stuff that is non-standard including that crazy butterfly sink that you see in some of the afters!), worked to bring things current (like moving plumbing off exterior walls, so I no longer have to worry about pipes freezing), and got it done. A total transformation! The price was middling among quotes, and I felt it was a great value since I got quality work and didn't have to do much (like ordering stuff...Andrii always had someone who could get things at a normal/retail price without me doing it). Job completed around our "contingency" finish date, which was only one week more than the "we hope to finish by" date, which is really good for a project of this scope. I am very satisfied, and if I didn't drive them crazy, will be using them for my bathrooms in a few years!

We spoke with a dozen different granite countertop suppliers, but we really appreciated how wonderfully Stone And Cabinet Center worked with us in a personal way, and their attention to detail. Ada, Hyhan, and Orhan coordinated cabinet delivery and installation, dishwasher and sink plumbing, and our complex curved-bar and countertop installations. The quality and value we received were outstanding. The cabinets we selected were half inch thick wood with dovetailed slow-close drawers, and because we selected a very large remnant piece of Granite, the price was great. They were kind and gracious every step of the way, and we've already recommended them to friends and neighbors. Our next step is to change the flooring to match our beautiful new wet bar!

I wanted to add a waterfall to my current island layout and another company said it wasn't possible, but Ada's team made it happened beautifully! I had heard horror story that the Taj Mahal quartzite is so hard to cut, and it would break without proper technology. Fortunately that did not happen to me. Every piece was cut and polished nicely. This team knows what they are doing but did not put a crazy price tag in the work they do. I have to mention the customer service is great with this team. Ada is a reliable, honest and responsive guy to work with. There was an incident that we found our water line leaky after the installation, which could happened during removal of the original granite but nobody was sure. Ada just stood up and took the responsibility immediately. There was also miscommunication during the process but Ada was always there to resolve the problems and made the process worry free. We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. If you want something done right the first time, then I highly recommend contacting M3!! If we stay in this house then you guys won't be done with us yet! -Cristen, Phil and now +2 (!)
