Ada, Hyhan, and Orhan coordinated cabinet delivery and installation, dishwasher and sink plumbing, and our complex curved-bar and countertop installations. The quality and value we received were outstanding. The cabinets we selected were half inch thick wood with dovetailed slow-close drawers, and because we selected a very large remnant piece of Granite, the price was great. They were kind and gracious every step of the way, and we've already recommended them to friends and neighbors. Our next step is to change the flooring to match our beautiful new wet bar!

I was looking for the expensive Taj Mahal quartzite to transform my island and countertop. Other companies just quoted me at around $12k, but Ada provided a very competitive quote at almost half the cost. There were multiple stone supplier around the corner for me the pick the stone I like. The process was smooth. The team is also very professional. I wanted to add a waterfall to my current island layout and another company said it wasn't possible, but Ada's team made it happened beautifully! I had heard horror story that the Taj Mahal quartzite is so hard to cut, and it would break without proper technology. Fortunately that did not happen to me. Every piece was cut and polished nicely. This team knows what they are doing but did not put a crazy price tag in the work they do. I have to mention the customer service is great with this team. Ada is a reliable, honest and responsive guy to work with. There was an incident that we found our water line leaky after the installation, which could happened during removal of the original granite but nobody was sure. Ada just stood up and took the responsibility immediately. There was also miscommunication during the process but Ada was always there to resolve the problems and made the process worry free. This is the team that you want to work with because unexpected things and mistakes could happen in every project, but they will make it right for you. GE Construction made my vision for my kitchen and dining renovation come to life! This was not an…read moreuncomplicated renovation. The wall between the kitchen and dining contained duct work for both the dining room and upstairs, plumbing was done to the code of 1960 when the house was built, and previous owners/flippers did things in slapdash ways that made the process harder than it needed to be. But at the end of the day, what I sketched out came to life, and beautifully! Andrii and his team worked with all the things I really wanted out of my kitchen (including using existing appliances, so they had to move them around the space a lot while working, and some fancy stuff that is non-standard including that crazy butterfly sink that you see in some of the afters!), worked to bring things current (like moving plumbing off exterior walls, so I no longer have to worry about pipes freezing), and got it done. A total transformation! The price was middling among quotes, and I felt it was a great value since I got quality work and didn't have to do much (like ordering stuff...Andrii always had someone who could get things at a normal/retail price without me doing it). Job completed around our "contingency" finish date, which was only one week more than the "we hope to finish by" date, which is really good for a project of this scope. I am very satisfied, and if I didn't drive them crazy, will be using them for my bathrooms in a few years!

Eli E. came to our house and walked us through exactly what needed to be done - which corresponded with what we thought we needed to do. I appreciate that very much - it's the sort of honesty that gets you repeat business. As for the work itself, it couldn't have been easier. The crew from Experts Remodel were polite, friendly, efficient and clean. The house was spotless when they left. The shower itself looks stunning (see the before and after photos). Short version: They're great! We would use the again…read more Long version: We did a full bathroom renovation with Mega Kitchen and Bath. We wanted to completely redo our master bathroom and move a wall so that we could add a bathtub. First we worked with Mega's design consultant, Laissa. She was incredibly patient and helpful and guided us through the process of designing our bathroom, choosing all the fixture and tiles, etc. I have no idea how we would have done it without her. I especially appreciated how they gave us a spreadsheet of all of the fixtures and their prices so that we could easily see how every change of fixture affected the overall price of our project. Once the design was finished, Ibrahim, Juan, and the rest of the construction team took over. They were unfailingly polite and considerate while they were in our home. They were even kind enough to wear masks when we requested it (we have an immunocompromised family member). The construction team regularly consulted us whenever they wanted to confirm a decision and the work was finished well within the time frame we'd been promised. Our bathroom is so beautiful that my mom regularly drags family members upstairs to admire it when we have family events at our home. We did have one issue after construction was finished: a stubborn leak that kept coming back. Mega was very responsive when we reached out to them about the issue and was very proactive about making sure it was fixed and repairing any damage it caused. I would happily hire Mega Kitchen and Bath again in the future and I can't give a better recommendation than that.

Do we recommend My Kitchen & Bath? NO! Our pictures can tell the troubling story of our kitchen…read moreremodel. From the start, it has been an uphill battle. And everything you see in these photos, we had to point out to them! I guess they hoped we just wouldn't notice or would take care of these things ourselves. This project began in Oct with the goal of being done by Thanksgiving. Today is Jan 5th and we're still waiting for some of these problems to be resolved. Our calls and correspondence are often met with silence or being told that the person we are trying to reach is out of the country. In desperation, I even called the cabinet manufacturer to find possible solutions to the unstable island. MK&B responded with an ultimatum that we choose their waterfall quartz counter design or we would be charged $4000 for our desired cabinet material support panel alternative. Even as we wait for them to complete our kitchen job, we receive their marketing emails. The only thing they have been prompt about is requesting payment. If you hire them, expect plenty of change orders and accept that you are paying more for the very items you may find on Amazon or at the big box stores. As for whether that added expense is worth it, based on our experience we would say absolutely not! Save yourself some money and headaches, and take your business some place else!
