They made the whole process easy and the end result was outstanding. Yasar helped us go through their large selection of countertop material. Once we selected the one we wanted Countertop Depot sent someone over to do the measurements and just a few days later Jack and B carried out our old top and installed the new one. The crew just left and I'm in love...with my new countertops! I worked with Yasar and he kept me informed through the whole process. They beat the estimate from the big box store and were able to get the job done before Thanksgiving. The big box store wasn't sure if they could get it done by Christmas. Oh, and Yasar let me take a large sample home to see how it would look with existing backsplash and cabinets. The other place only had a 2 inch square to offer. We went with quartz to replace the granite that was starting to look dated. Just replacing the countertops made a huge difference! See for yourself. We worked with Countertop Depot for new counters in our very old kitchen in Arlington. Gokhan was great to work with and offered us a higher end product (quartz) at a lower price than we could find in other places and even threw in a free sink. The appointments for measurement, demolition, and installation were all scheduled quickly. They even worked with us to do demolition in a separate appointment so that we could prepare the old cabinets for the new countertops. All arrived on time and completed their work in a very timely manner. We were especially happy that they worked with us to determine how best to handle our uneven cabinets that also needed to be raised and strengthened to support the new countertops. We wanted a waterfall counter, but our run was too long for one piece of quartz by about 1 inch. Gokhan took the time to find a piece that would look like it was one piece of quartz. The installers cut the piece to fit on site because our floors are slightly angled. I couldn't be happier with the overall result. Gokhan and the owner would only accept 1 seam in this whole job and they made it work. We couldn't be happier! These are true craftsmen who are passionate about a stellar result. They were able to get us scheduled for the following week. They sent someone to measure who gave us some great advice since we wanted to keep our current backsplash. They were helpful as we tried to figure out what sink to install and once we were ready to go install, it was a quick 2 week turn around (with one visit to do exact measurements and the second to demo and install). They also demoed and removed our old stained granite countertops. And they were able to do demo and install without damaing the cabinets or our glass tile backsplash. We have had a wonderful experience at Countertop Depot. We had been looking at a variety of granite stores in the area when we decided to check out Countertop Depot. We are so glad we did! Gokhan was incredibly helpful. He took the time to teach us about different counter top surfaces. We discussed our preferences at length and then we were able to pick out a gorgeous granite slab. There was no rush or pressure and we were able to match our new kitchen cabinets perfectly. We were even consulted about our preference for the orientation of the slab since our granite has a beautiful wavy pattern. We were helped in every way and were quoted a very good price. None of the other stores were able to match their price. There were never any problems or fees added later on. The installation went smoothly and the installers were polite and tidy. Our kitchen looks beautiful and we are very pleased with our entire experience at Countertop Depot. UPDATE: May 2017 After our great experience working with Countertop Depot and Gokhan for our beautiful kitchen counters, we went right back to them when it was time to do our master bath.
