Countertop depot provided us with a beautiful blue quartz bathroom countertop complete with sinks and installation of faucets we provided. They made the whole process easy and the end result was outstanding. Yasar helped us go through their large selection of countertop material. Once we selected the one we wanted Countertop Depot sent someone over to do the measurements and just a few days later Jack and B carried out our old top and installed the new one. I might add, our bathroom is on the fourth floor so kudos to Jack and B for the trips up and down with the countertops. Later that day the plumber they us OG from O.G. Services came and installed the faucets we had selected and corrected some plumbing errors made by the original installers. He was very competent and friendly. The whole process was easy and we are delighted with the results read more

The crew just left and I'm in love...with my new countertops! I worked with Yasar and he kept me informed through the whole process. They beat the estimate from the big box store and were able to get the job done before Thanksgiving. The big box store wasn't sure if they could get it done by Christmas. Oh, and Yasar let me take a large sample home to see how it would look with existing backsplash and cabinets. The other place only had a 2 inch square to offer. We went with quartz to replace the granite that was starting to look dated. Just replacing the countertops made a huge difference! See for yourself. I definitely recommend Countertop Depot for price, selection and service. read more

Countertop Depot - Basement countertop install - Countertop Installation Near Me - Alexandria, Virginia

My wife and i were looking to upgrade our kitchen and replace our old kitchen counter top. We opted for quartz because we learned that its more durable than granite. After looking at a few companies, we narrowed our search to about 3 companies based on our budget, the reviews about the company, and of course, and the service we received during our initial inquiry (customer service should always a priority). The moment we stepped in the Countertop Depot showroom, and met Gokhan (one of their awesome sales advisors) - we knew this is who we want to do business with. Gokhan was great. He explained everything to us in detail with no pressure, he gave us a few design option and ideas, and more important, gave us the best deal no one can absolutely turn down. The installers came as scheduled a couple of weeks later. They were very professional and very efficient. They did a terrific job installing. My wife and I are so glad we chose the Countertop Depot -- definitely highly recommended! We give Gokhan and his team four thumbs up!!!! read more

We worked with Countertop Depot for new counters in our very old kitchen in Arlington. Gokhan was great to work with and offered us a higher end product (quartz) at a lower price than we could find in other places and even threw in a free sink. The appointments for measurement, demolition, and installation were all scheduled quickly. They even worked with us to do demolition in a separate appointment so that we could prepare the old cabinets for the new countertops. All arrived on time and completed their work in a very timely manner. We were especially happy that they worked with us to determine how best to handle our uneven cabinets that also needed to be raised and strengthened to support the new countertops. And we're very happy with the end result! We would definitely use them again for our next project! read more

Great final result but interaction with the staff that I signed the contract with became progressively more difficult and contentious to work with. I was relieved when my countertop was in and I didn't have to deal with them anymore. read more

Gohkan and his team are the BEST! After visiting multiple quartz counter suppliers/fabricators, I found Countertop Depot to be the most professional, reasonable, and reliable of every place I visited. Their team is incredibly quick and precise. I can't even see the seam in my new quartz counters! Highly recommend that you give them a call. You won't regret it! read more

We purchased granite counter tops, for our kitchen, from Countertop Depot earlier this summer. We received estimates from competitors and a big box store. Countertop Depot gave us the most competitive estimate, which included an undermount sink, brushed nickel facet and matching granite cutting board at no additional cost. The removal of the old countertops, installation of the granite countertops and plumbing was completed in one day! If you are looking for beautiful craftmenship, outstanding customer, below market pricing and efficient installation; look no further. We strongly recommend that use Countertop Depot. Thank you Gokhan! My countertop for my bathroom is beyond amazing. I appreciate your patience with the non-standard design!

Amazing! After getting quotes from multiple suppliers, Countertop Depot was the clear winner. The final price was actually better than the big box stores for a much higher quality product. Scheduling was so quick, and everyone showed up on time and did great work. A+++ customer service! We love our new white quartz countertops! read more

Wonderful experience with Gokhan and the team at countertop depot! We got a couple of bids and not only were they the cheapest, we found Gokhan to be the most knowledgeable. We're really happy with our choice - countertops were installed in record time and look beautiful! read more

Couldn't be more happy with our countertops or our experience. Everyone was professional and it was a seamless process. The countertops are even more beautiful in person. I felt like the installers were very experienced and did an amazing job!! I would highly recommend them to everyone! read more

Countertop Depot had great customer service. Our construction project went slower than expected, and they were able to be flexible/reschedule as required. They locked in a great price for us too on 2 slabs of quartzite leather finish and 1 slab of white quartz for all of our bathroom vanities. Install went smoothly, and they even told them to contact them with any questions or problems. I have already recommended them to a close friend! read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. Gokhan had the specific quartz brand/color I wanted in stock and helped me figure out what cuts I would need for a kitchen/bathroom renovation. I ended up running into some delays with the renovations and they were incredibly accommodating about coming out to measure and install the two rooms separately and were able to schedule these with a quick turnaround time (he even squeezed in a visit before a dinner reservation the same day I called!). The installation came out beautifully, but what I am happiest with is how professional and attentive Gokhan has been throughout this process - it was truly a pleasure to work with him and his team! read more

Wow, what an amazing job! They came in under budget and over expectations! From no pressure sales in their showroom with listening to our requests to throwing in the kitchen sink (literally), they took great care to make our project feel like it was their number one job. They were able to fit our schedule and install the kitchen counter tops within days while the big box boys were talking about months. I can not recommend their work enough...the kitchen has no become the centerpiece of our home. Thank you!! read more

Countertop Depot did an amazing job with our new countertops. We are so happy! Gokhan helped to pick the perfect material and style, and was responsive to my follow-up questions and scheduling needs. The installation team was right on time, quite professional, and kept it safe with masks. The finished product looks absolutely first rate! We highly recommend them. Thanks so much to the Countertop Depot team! read more

I highly recommend countertop depot. Gokhan the sales manager is incredibly knowledgeable. He worked with us every step of the way, answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns that arose. He is very laid back, honest, and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales or commitments here. He was wonderful to work with. He cares very much about each job, and you can tell that that this company and the team at Countertop Depot has a passion for high quality work; from the quartz they order, to the measurements they take, to the time and care that they take to install it. We wanted a waterfall counter, but our run was too long for one piece of quartz by about 1 inch. Gokhan took the time to find a piece that would look like it was one piece of quartz. The installers cut the piece to fit on site because our floors are slightly angled. I couldn't be happier with the overall result. Gokhan and the owner would only accept 1 seam in this whole job and they made it work. We couldn't be happier! These are true craftsmen who are passionate about a stellar result. We love our new countertop. I will recommend Countertop Depot to everyone I know and anyone that will listen to me. These guys are the best! read more

This place provided amazing customer service and we hope to use them for a future project. We were in the process of getting our house ready to sell and needed new kitchen countertops quickly. They were able to get us scheduled for the following week. They sent someone to measure who gave us some great advice since we wanted to keep our current backsplash. Then unexpectedly we needed to cancel our order since we were no longer moving and they were so accommodating and luckily they hadn't cut the granite yet and were able to cancel our order and gave us a full refund. AMAZING!!! Gokhan was very helpful in assisting me with making a choice for exactly what we needed. They had a ton of choices and many different products. I would highly recommend this company. read more

I cannot recommend Countertop Depot highly enough. Gokhan and his team were incredibly accommodating, helping me find a gorgeous quartz that matched my kitchen and installing it perfectly. I walked into their shop on a tight timeline that would have made other installers laugh. Gokhan took extra care to schedule measurements and installation on very short notice, kindly fitting me into their busy schedule (which is probably so booked up because of their excellent service!). The team at Countertop Depot really looks out for their customers, making helpful recommendations and ensuring that you get the best final product possible, something that was invaluable to me as a first time buyer. 10/10 will be sending all my friends this way and will definitely return if I need countertops again in the future! read more

We had a great experience working with the team at Countertop Depot. We had heard great reviews from a friend who had recently had their countertop replaced and I decided to stop by and take a look. I appreciated Gokhan's knowledge and flexibility when it came to answering all my questions and showing me everything I asked. Also appreciated that he was not pushy and allowed me to take my time and discuss things over with my husband. The team that came to measure everything out and install the countertop was great as well. Everything went so smoothly and they cleaned up before they left! Highly recommend! read more

This place is awesome!! We walked in, picked the stone and they measured the next day and installed on Wednesday of the following week. They did a fabulous job - everything fit perfectly! I was very happy with my experience with Countertop Depot. Gokhan was very well informed about the different types of products they offered and he gave me the best price, compared to 4 other companies that I visited. This project was for a new countertop in the kitchen of an investment property I own in Arlington VA and rent out to tenants. I wanted a reasonable and fair price and I also wanted something that was good quality and durable so I decided on Carrara Caldia quartz and it looks great. The install team led by Alex did a wonderful job. They were very professional, courteous, cleaned up well and were done with removing my old granite countertop and installing the new quartz in one hour. I HIGHLY recommend them! No wonder they have great reviews. read more

We used Countertop Depot to install new countertops in our kitchen. They were helpful as we tried to figure out what sink to install and once we were ready to go install, it was a quick 2 week turn around (with one visit to do exact measurements and the second to demo and install). They also demoed and removed our old stained granite countertops. And they were able to do demo and install without damaing the cabinets or our glass tile backsplash. We're very happy with the new counters. read more

First rate experience. We had new granite countertops, sink, and faucet installed. We got a swift response and great install. They stand behind their work and all products. The sink had a defect, but they were ready and willing to replace it and did. They are a stand up company with amazing customer service and a completely professional attitude. This is a company you can trust to deliver in every aspect. read more

We have had a wonderful experience at Countertop Depot. We had been looking at a variety of granite stores in the area when we decided to check out Countertop Depot. We are so glad we did! Gokhan was incredibly helpful. He took the time to teach us about different counter top surfaces. We discussed our preferences at length and then we were able to pick out a gorgeous granite slab. There was no rush or pressure and we were able to match our new kitchen cabinets perfectly. We were even consulted about our preference for the orientation of the slab since our granite has a beautiful wavy pattern. We were helped in every way and were quoted a very good price. None of the other stores were able to match their price. There were never any problems or fees added later on. The installation went smoothly and the installers were polite and tidy. Our kitchen looks beautiful and we are very pleased with our entire experience at Countertop Depot. UPDATE: May 2017 After our great experience working with Countertop Depot and Gokhan for our beautiful kitchen counters, we went right back to them when it was time to do our master bath. This time we decided to go with a marble-look quartz. There was quite a selection but we made a decision and are very happy with the results. As before, the measuring and installation went quickly and without any problems. We are extremely happy with the finished results. The quartz counters look amazing and gave us the high-end look we were going for without a high price. We definitely still recommend Countertop Depot! read more
