I couldn't be more thrilled with the quality and service I received from Erva Stone & Design. After choosing the perfect quartz countertops for my kitchen and two bathrooms, I contacted various contractors for bids (several of whom never got back to me). I visited one showroom of a company that my neighbor recommended, and that has good Yelp reviews, but was told that they could provide my chosen quartz only for my kitchen and smaller bathroom, not my master bath, unless I wanted to pay for two full slabs. Erva not only said they could provide the same quartz for all three countertops, but they also charged me only for the square footage used. Of all the quotes I received, Erva's was the best by far, and they gave me one flat rate for all three jobs (no extra charges for cutouts, visits to my house, etc.). I worked with Murat and Raja, and they were excellent about communication and made me feel as though my projects were their top priority. Because I was having quartz installed in three rooms that were being remodeled at different times, they had to come to my house on three separate days to measure, then three separate days to install, but there was no extra charge for this. After my master bath countertop was installed, I noticed a couple of small pockmarks in a corner (visible only if you looked very closely). It's very likely that this happened when my contractors installed the sinks after the countertop was in. I called Erva and they sent someone out immediately to fill in the area, at no charge. My countertops have been in place now for more than a month and they are stunning. I am so grateful to Erva for providing exactly what I wanted. I wish all home-improvement businesses were this wonderful. I will recommend Erva without reservation to anyone I know who is looking for gorgeous countertops and stellar service. read more

I do not have enough amazing things to say about this company! From the start, Hasan and his team were nothing short of incredible. They met with me to design our kitchen layout, provided samples of various cabinet options/colors and gave me a tour of the warehouse to show how well the cabinets are built. I have a carpentry background and recognized that JK cabinets are made very well and look great too! I've had them for two months now and have zero complaints. All are soft close drawers/doors. Message me after a few years and I'll be happy to provide an update on quality. Hasan also took us to the slab warehouse and walked us around to let us hold the samples up to granite/stone options to have an idea of how they matched. We had to change the design twice due to roadblocks in the demo/construction, but he willingly met on many occasions to adjust, remeasure, etc. Their build time was less than a week and delivery was fast and flexible! I give this company my highest recommendations without reservation. After seeing several countertop providers where I felt pressured and unvalued, it was such a relief to meet Raja. He was genuinely interested in helping me find the best countertop for my needs, taking time to match it with floor samples I brought, and giving me excellent advice. Since I was working on a tight budget, he was clear about the price range of different remnants and also took the time to give me his opinion about the color when comparing it to my floor samples. They held the slab for me with a down payment for a couple of months, and then when my cabinet was installed by another contractor I called Raja and Erva installed the countertop perfectly within a couple of days, just as they promised. A-1plus experience for counter install. After Home Depot jerked me around for 2+ weeks, Erva Stone came through with a very competitive price for the very specific stone I wanted, AND from measure/order to install was only 1 week. That was faster than they estimated, as we got lucky with an early slab delivery. Raja and team were excellent to work with, very professional and respectful, listened to what I asked for and made suggestions when needed I.e. on the edging and corners. The measure, order and install was almost painless- there was one snafu on the coffee bar but that was mostly due to my uneven walls, but they made sure to go the extra mile and that top now fits as well as I need it to ahead of the backsplash install. Hasan and his team at Erva Stone & Design are wonderful to work with from start to finish. At the initial estimate meeting he put together 3D renderings on a large monitor for us to view and then took us around the showroom to explain the different product options for cabinets and countertops and how his company ensures the quality of those products. He also took our budget seriously and provided a detailed and transparent estimate that was within budget. He is very professional and not "salesy", which was refreshing after visiting other showrooms where the sales people would up-sell to high-end cabinets and then give a general estimate without details, and with little to no regard for our budget. Hasan is great with communication throughout the process and followed-up with us after each step. Once the cabinets were installed by my contractor it was a quick turnaround for him to do final measurements for the countertops and get those installed within 3 days. As a side comment, when there was an error in delivering an extra panel that our contractor then made the mistake of installing (and damaging two cabinets), Hasan was extremely quick to help correct the contractor's mistake and make sure that the damaged cabinets were replaced at no cost to us (and within one business day!), since it was not our fault. Our contractor wouldn't take accountability for his mistake so it was nice to see how well Hasan was able to quickly solve the problem and make sure we were happy with the outcome. Also, when we decided to not use the crown molding, he was very efficient with picking it up and crediting the cost back to our invoice without us asking him to do so. He was also accommodating with figuring out a payment plan for the project so that we could pay in a few installments. Hasan made the entire process a lot easier and less stressful then it would have been with other companies and he provided excellent products. He was attentive, professional, transparent, and honest. It was a relief to work with someone with such integrity who clearly values the customer and providing quality service. I needed the recess for a slide-in range of our granite counter top trimmed approximately 1/2" on one side and 1/4" on the other. The crew showed up early and got immediately to work. It took them the estimated amount of time and their clean-up was great. They did an excellent job and now our range fits easily into it's new slot. We had ordered new appliances and realized we needed to have the stone countertop cut in order to fit. It was a very small section to cut and we received several really high flat quotes ($400 and up). This company came in with a fair hourly rate, and was able to fit us in within a week. Total cost came out to less than half what there others were going to charge (paid the minimum hourly fee since the whole thing took less than 30 mins). I only took off a star because of communication was a little messy, and the day of install we expected it to occur in the morning, but they arrived in the afternoon, and no one told us about the change in plans. But again, they were the only company that could fit our timing and provided the best cost. read more

I chose this place just based on the reviews...and let me tell you it was DEFINITELY worth it! We went to their showroom in Fairfax and met with Issa. He was very nice, patient and very knowledgeable. He gave us all the pros and cons of the various types of countertops they sell. My wife and I wanted to see full slabs, which they have at their Lorton location. Issa provided us with a wealth of information and the address to their Lorton site. When we went there, we met with Raja who was also like Issa, very knowledgeable and showed us their countertop slabs. He too gave us the pros and cons of the various tops they offer. He was super nice and patient throughout our decision process. We then agreed to a free estimate, which they provided the same day! Hasan, the owner, personally came to our house (about an hour from Lorton) and took measurements and was so nice to offer advice on the placement of the countertops because we're also installing hardwood flooring. He warned me about the added height of the floor and how it will affect the removal of our dishwasher. He also offered to cut the back splash at a certain height to minimize tile cutting when we have our back splash installed - again, excellent advice and a gracious offer. The next morning we received a quote from Raja and decided to go for it. They installed the countertops within days, only because we were waiting on a new sink that we ordered, otherwise they would've been able to install it within two days! We ONLY chose to have ERVA Stone and Design because of how extremely well we were treated by such professional people. The information they provided us and the way they walked us through the process was five star treatment. We will be upgrading our bathroom countertops next year and we will DEFINITELY use them again. By the way, the installation team was punctual and clean, they left our kitchen in the same clean way they walked into it. My recommendation to you reading this post is go with these guys, you'll be extremely glad you did. I've read horror stories on other companies reviews on Yelp and that's why I chose these wonderful people for our house project. Two years ago I bought a home and did a kitchen remodel. I did not have a contractor and was doing the remodel on my own. I initially contacted them for countertops. They sent someone to my home to do measurements and in a very non pushy way, he mentioned that they sell cabinets as well, but do not install them. When I expressed interest in the cabinets the owner came to my home and took measurements and created a detailed 3D computer model of how the kitchen would look. If it weren't for him and Erva stone I would have needed a contactor. He helped with the design and layout and also connected me with a family member who owned a tile shop for for flooring.
