I…read morewas on the board at my previous condo for 18 years, I have been on my current condo board for eight years, and Home Perfection Contracting is the best and most professional contractor I have ever worked with. They tore off our old exterior stairs structure and siding, waterproofed the entire wall, and installed new siding and a stairs structure that is far superior to the old one. Their integrity and work quality are off the charts. The owner, Ahmad Khreshi, did thorough research before starting our well-planned project. I was impressed by his knowledge of current construction techniques and dedication to doing the job right. There were several problems that required Ahmad to think outside of the box, one being how to install siding under our existing power lines conduit which was mounted to the exterior wall at six different points. Several times, Ahmad's crew discovered water damage due to poor work by our developer. Ahmad was extremely flexible in adding repair of that damage into his work plan on top of the bid-upon work. Ahmad was kind and fair, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, kept us in the loop, worked with us on timing, and gave us a couple breaks. His crew was extremely professional and respectful, taking off their shoes when they had to come through the building and isolating interior work areas with plastic sheet dividers. When our project was completed, Ahmad send us the following. I've never worked with a contractor who followed up with an offer of help like this: "Remember, you can always reach out with any technical building related questions, in any trades. I'm more than happy to give advice and guidance on code matters or general best practices, even if you are hiring other people."

From start to finish Ahmad and his crew were fantastic. From the very beginning Ahmad provided the most thorough breakdown of what was to be expected, delivered and completed. There were never any surprises, he is one you can trust with your home and treats it as if it's his. He under promised and over delivered. Ahmad and his crew had a keen sense of attention to detail that made us very happy and left the neighbors extremely impressed. He was here everyday and was quick to respond if/when needed. Ahmad was extremely patient, knowledgeable and answered all of the many questions I had morning and night. The crew left the site clean and organized ready for the next day. They worked tirelessly morning and night and were extremely respectful and kind. He is honest and fair and produces fantastic work, something that is rare to come by these days. This review is long overdue, but I've been meaning to share our wonderful experience with Al, Mike…read moreand their team on the multiple projects they completed for our old, complex house. We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. This was our first time dealing with a major home issue, and navigating insurance, contractors, and conflicting opinions felt overwhelming and stressful. They did an absolutely incredible job on our bathroom remodel, and the quality was worth every penny. Lawrence and his crew were fantastic from demo day to the final finishing touches. The tiling and vanity installation look amazing. Lawrence has excellent communication skills and kept everything strictly on track with our contract. Plus, when uncontrollable plan changes popped up, he was incredibly accommodating and offered great solutions. They truly brought our vision to life. Amazing contractor!!!…read more Lawrence and his crew did a complete renovation of our basement to build an apartment for my parents. From the design through completion, it was a great experience. I found them here on Yelp and I obtained 3 quotes for the job. I had the quotes reviewed by an independent contractor who told me L&R's quote was what the job should reasonably cost. I called 4 references who all had a similar and very positive experience. Lawrence always communicated with me about schedule which had not been the case with other contractors. They were there working on my job every day, not showing up once or twice a week like some others. Any fluctuation to schedule or budget was discussed and agreed upon by both parties. We had a couple of unexpected plumbing delays but that was due to the original build not being up to the current code. I changed direction on a couple of design decisions and Lawrence was right there with me. The work was exceptional and the end product is amazing. I have had the nightmare contractor experience so was very cautious. This was exactly as the process should be and I plan to have them back in the fall to do more work. I give them my highest recommendation!

Selin did a great job of communicating throughout the project and kept us informed of what was next. We had very few minor items on the punch list which were addressed promptly. We used Sider Construction for a project that was somewhat out of the ordinary. We wanted book…read moreshelves that presented a white drywall façade and backdrop to blend with the walls of our study. (Later, by ourselves, we inserted wooden shelf boards into the openings of that framework.) Sider was up to the challenge of doing something different! We provided them with the measurements they needed to match, and they worked out how best to build the internal shelf frame of 2x4s, coming up with good ideas on how to meet specific challenges. The detailed drywall surfaces, which represented A LOT of edges, seams, and corners, were then put on top of and into that framework. The workers were skilled and exacting, and the result looks great! Each day we could depend on the workers' timely arrival, and Malek, who is the head of the firm and highly experienced, was very responsive and cooperative throughout, providing excellent insights on how to approach the project. I called Beyond Exteriors right when they opened and they were at my house by 1 PM the same day to do urgent and temporary repairs including temporary supports and tarping. We had a huge rainstorm right afterwards and the interior of our structure stayed dry. they also worked very hard, were honest, thorough and charged a very fair and reasonable price. You can't ask for more in an emergency.

I say this tongue-in-cheek, but they're so damn good, neighbors keep coming to the front door to ask "who re-did your garage?" He is truly a kind soul- as he helped someone jump their car before he began work on our door. He did an amazing job resizing a standard door to fit a very custom entryway. He was great at communicating different ways he could solve the issue and how much it would cost. He also worked his butt off and is really skilled. I HIGHLY recommend him to others and will definitely be in touch should I need additional help on other projects.
