After…read morechoosing the perfect quartz countertops for my kitchen and two bathrooms, I contacted various contractors for bids (several of whom never got back to me). I visited one showroom of a company that my neighbor recommended, and that has good Yelp reviews, but was told that they could provide my chosen quartz only for my kitchen and smaller bathroom, not my master bath, unless I wanted to pay for two full slabs. Erva not only said they could provide the same quartz for all three countertops, but they also charged me only for the square footage used. Of all the quotes I received, Erva's was the best by far, and they gave me one flat rate for all three jobs (no extra charges for cutouts, visits to my house, etc.). I worked with Murat and Raja, and they were excellent about communication and made me feel as though my projects were their top priority. Because I was having quartz installed in three rooms that were being remodeled at different times, they had to come to my house on three separate days to measure, then three separate days to install, but there was no extra charge for this. After my master bath countertop was installed, I noticed a couple of small pockmarks in a corner (visible only if you looked very closely). It's very likely that this happened when my contractors installed the sinks after the countertop was in. I called Erva and they sent someone out immediately to fill in the area, at no charge. My countertops have been in place now for more than a month and they are stunning. I am so grateful to Erva for providing exactly what I wanted. I wish all home-improvement businesses were this wonderful. I will recommend Erva without reservation to anyone I know who is looking for gorgeous countertops and stellar service.

The morning of our appointment was rainy and a traffic nightmare throughout the region. I received a message from the owner that my technician would be a little late (about 15 minutes). He told us he'd have the plans written up by the following Monday. That was 5/6. We finally got the plans on the 5/17. They said they were booked out and the soonest we could schedule the install would be the end of July, that seemed like a really long time and we had to push back our floor install and painting so we wouldn't be too log without a kitchen. The first day of the install they sent out a crew of 4, they did a good job and moved quickly, so quickly in fact that the crew manager who dropped them Off and left half way through was late coming back to pick them up so they had to hang out on our front stoop for about an hour. The second day crew was 2 guys, they lost the door knobs to a cabinet and never replaced the so we have to now go back to Ikea and purchase 2 more knobs. They also told my husband they would put an elbow in vent above the stove to ensure it vented properly to the microwave, he agreed to pay an extra $40 for them to do that when they came back after the counters were installed. The third crew came back after the counters and immediately started arguing what they would and wouldn't reinstall, they called to say we never asked for the reinstall (which we had with Milos and the 2nd crew lead) a gentleman from Zee Dee called and to let me know they wouldn't be setting up our appliances and got annoyed with me when I started asking questions he started snapping at me and pushing me off the phone. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. When I called back or went straight to voicemail. His cell phone is (571) 332-1160. The 3rd install took 2 days after the 2nd day my husband called to say the tore the brand new vinyl flooring when they put in the stove, scratched the brand new sink faucet when installing, did not install the elbow for the joint and used about a roll of tape to attach it, it looks horrible! No one checked in with us after the job, I emailed Milos and still have no response, I emailed the general email account with no response so I am now posting on review sites hoping to get a call back, email whatever to get these things fixed!
