When the work began his crew arrived on time and Leo was there to introduce me to his team. He walked through and confirmed details with the onsite project manager. During the week, the project went really smooth. His project manager would let me know the progress of the project each day. They were open to our questions and adjustments. He was able to include a custom lazy susan that had to be designed smaller than your typical kind in a regular-sized kitchen which was something my wife really wanted. Isaac was also very responsive. When we wanted or needed to talk to him, he always picked up the phone, and he was at our home several times during the project to make sure everything was being installed.
