Well, with all the research and homework I've done on cabinets, I still ran into several hiccups with the orders. First, the estimate that I was provided with was off (as I learned later, but I made my decision to go with the A&S on the basis of that estimate because it was the right price). As a result, my budget was screwed... Second, it was a simple order and we discussed every single detail... in the end, when my contractor was placing the order, those detailed evaporated and I had to follow up with the shop... Little things add up when one has to handle a huge renovation project.
