I reached out to Leo based on his amazing Yelp reviews. We needed help putting our house together after discovering mold in our kitchen and basement areas. He arrived on time to our first appointment and listened to every part of the project. Leo then provided an accurate and easy to understand quote by his deadline. When the work began his crew arrived on time and Leo was there to introduce me to his team. He walked through and confirmed details with the onsite project manager. During the week, the project went really smooth. His project manager would let me know the progress of the project each day. They were open to our questions and adjustments. They also offered their opinions on where we should place or move lights, which paint to use, etc. Not only did Leo and his team finish the job on time, they did an excellent job. It is so nice to have our home feel like a home again! read more

Hiring this contractor the second time, unfortunately, was not a pleasant experience as the first time. The project was for an entire bath renovation. He couldn't seem to figure out the correct size for the pull out shower door. Ordered and returned 3 times! Blaming me after the third try for ordering the incorrect size when I just relied on the measurements he provided! He wanted to order another shower door again but it seemed ridiculous at that point. I ended up hiring someone else and costing me more money to finish the project. read more

I recently contracted with LG Home Improvement to upgrade our kitchen. Leo did a great job at a very competitive price. We hired LG General Contracting for a home renovation project to create a spa room with a large, jetted tub and air bath. Leo arranged all the plumbing, electrical, construction, flooring, and painting. He also provided suggestions on home improvement supplies stores which had the best selection and prices to keep the project on budget. His estimate of the quantity of materials and schedule was very accurate. We were so satisfied with how the project worked out that we hired LG General Contracting for additional work to build custom oak shelves to match the flooring. The price was reasonable, especially when they put in little extras, such as picking up/returning supplies. In the end, the spa room turned out beautiful, and we enjoyed having relaxing stay-cations in our own house. We will hire them again for future projects. Thank you all for your hard work and skill! read more

We recently hired LG Home Improvement LLC to remodel two of our bathrooms, and we are very happy with the results. Leo brought fantastic design ideas to the table at our initial consult. He was incredibly resourceful in helping us maximize the small floor plan of our bathroom, ensuring the layout was both beautiful and highly functional. Additionally, he found ways to improve the bathrooms as the project was underway. With his guidance, we also selected both a stunning custom cabinet and a beautiful custom glass shower door that elevated the space. Leo's team worked extremely hard to bring everything together and finish the project efficiently. If you are looking for a hardworking team and a great value, then I highly recommend LG Home Improvement LLC. Leo and his team exceeded our expectations. read more

Leo and his team are absolutely fantastic to work with! Let me start this by saying I'm pretty picky when it comes to contractors and the work they do, and I have been thoroughly impressed with Leo and his team and their work! His team was always punctual and respectful and they are the cleaned construction crew I have worked with, which was very much appreciated. They did not cut corners anywhere and everything works exactly as promised. They were also great with their help on design ideas like how to lay the tile, what color grout to go with, etc. They even went above and beyond and offered to paint our front door, which was a very nice added touch. I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say and have recommended them to all of our local family and friends if they need anyone! Top tier work at excellent prices with a fantastic crew and an extremely responsive owner in Leo. They will get all of our renovation business for our house going forward! Thanks so much LG Contracting for the awesome new kitchen!! read more

I've been through A LOT of contractors in my time remodeling my house from top to bottom. Leo and his team are the perfect blend of quality, efficiency, and respect - and for the money, the most reasonably priced I've found. I only wish I had found him sooner. I would trust them with any project. read more

Leo has been our go to person for all our projects around the house since 2022. He is trustworthy. He provides his honest opinion. His pricing is competitive and delivers quality workmanship. He is not pushy at all. The team always clean up before they leave for the night. We had our deck updated, electrical work done, new floors, bathroom remodeled, painting around the house, and they even fixed our main water line when it leaked. That was a major project, and we are satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Leo and his team for your next project. read more

I was blown away by Leo and the LG Home Improvement team. They added two walls to our home, doing the framing, drywall, electrical, priming, painting, and baseboard. They added four outlets and moved one outlet and two light switches. Throughout the process there were a number of complications which I didn't define well at the start of the project. Leo had already thought of all these complications and had a solution. One example is that there was track lighting on the ceiling which was placed such that it would go through the wall they were building. Leo had already considered this. The team went into the attic and rerouted the electrical and moved the lighting inside the wall. Leo and team went above and beyond doing things that were even outside the scope of work. One example of this is that there was a crack in the ceiling a couple feet away from the wall that they built. I didn't ask them to fix this but they did anyway. They filled in the crack and then painted over it. Now there isn't a crack. Overall, the attention to detail and quality of work was amazing. They were the lowest bid and yet my guess is that they were also the highest quality. I can't recommend Leo and LG Home Improvement enough. They are true professionals that clearly take pride in their work. read more

Wow wow!! I can't say enough fantastic things about Leo! He was referred to me by a new acquaintance who raved about him and I can see why! He did my stair banisters and railings and paint. He was so responsive, reliable, trust worthy, and beyond kind. I trusted his vision for how to make unmatching woods match and he NAILED IT. I left everything up to him and he knew exactly what I needed. I couldn't recommend him more highly!!! read more

We consulted 6 different contractors for remodeling our half bathroom to a full bath since we had no idea how the work was needed to be done and what we're out options. We decided to let Leo from IG Home Improvement to handle our project. He has experience, knowledge, and a great team. He always responded to our questions patiently and quickly, provided useful suggestions and recommendations. Our bathroom remodeling was done in 1.5 week with very reasonable cost. The team did a beautiful job and also keep the rest of our home clean. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for contractors. read more

I needed my 3.5 bathrooms in my newly purchased home completely recaulked and certain areas regrouted. I got quotes from 5 businesses and LG home improvement was the best price and value. During our consult, Leo pointed out issues I had not seen and made recommendations on how to resolve and gave a realistic level of urgency. Leo and his team arrived exactly on time. They were clean, respected my COVID protocol, and got the job done in less time than expected. They perfectly matched caulk and grout throughout my bathrooms. Replaced a loose tile in my master bathroom. And he was even able to replace some rotted wood from the prior owner under my sink. The grouting is so much cleaner than the builders grade work. I would absolutely work with Leo again, and will be recommending him to anyone who needs home repair! read more
