He did a great job in each room in of our home: kitchen, bathroom, living room and patio, etc. On short notice, Sider Construction made repairs in the kitchen, (behind the stove), hung paintings in the living room, made repairs in the bathroom (under the sink) and installed a full home security system. In addition to providing exceptional handyman and construction company services, Mr. Sider can also install a full home (indoor/outdoor) security system with in home DVR recordings. PLUS He was incredibly patient and took time to place each camera precisely where it would best meet our family's needs and he also taught us how to download the app on our phones. Malek's response time is awesome. I originally contacted him to fix an exterior water spigot and update my basement due to water damage. He responded, scheduled, and completed my job in a less than two weeks. His crew fixed the spigot, replaced my basement family room panel walls with new framing, insulation, drywall, trim, and paint. Removed outdated bricks under mantle and painted my fireplace wall. Replaced the flooring. Added and moved electrical outlets. Added overhead recessed lights. Replaced an internal door, an external door and installed a pet door, and added a security door. Painted all to match existing surround. Unlike other companies I've worked with Malek happily completed other odd jobs I added throughout. He fixed the connector for my kitchen hood vent to the outside and framed in and sealed my dryer ducting that was left exposed by another contractor. Malek responded same day to a follow up call to replace my new dryer outlet that I purchased after my job was completed. Like a fool. Me not Malek.
