During the week, the project went really smooth. His project manager would let me know the progress of the project each day. They were open to our questions and adjustments. They also offered their opinions on where we should place or move lights, which paint to use, etc. Not only did Leo and his team finish the job on time, they did an excellent job. **Excellent Service from Start to Finish - Highly Recommend!**…read more Malek from Sider Construction exceeded our expectations in every way. After finding him on Yelp (where his stellar reviews caught my attention), he responded promptly with a detailed and fair estimate that gave me confidence in moving forward. One thing that impressed me right from the start was his patience when I needed extra time to coordinate with my tenants' schedules. He was understanding and did not make me feel rushed, which speaks volumes about his customer service approach. Malek delivered more than he promised - showing up precisely on time and maintaining clear communication throughout the project. My tenants were equally impressed. The quality of work was great and completed at a (more than) fair price that reflected true value. It's rare to find a contractor who combines reliability, skill, and genuine professionalism so seamlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Sider Construction again and will definitely be recommending Malek to friends and family. A R General Contracting, based in Manassas, boasts a talented, honest, flexible, and humble owner…read morededicated to building a trusted and sought-after business. With over seven years of experience and hundreds of satisfied customers, it's clear why they are so highly regarded. They completely remodeled my kitchen, repaired problems behind the baseboard in the living room, removed two built-ins, a closet and a short wall between the living room and the foyer, replaced lighting, painted and laid LVP flooring throughout all three areas. The owner's creativity shines through in their innovative ideas. For instance, they significantly transformed the living room by removing the built-ins and connecting wall, creating a spacious and open layout. This was a game-changer for me, and I would not have thought of it myself. When they finished, new LVP flooring covered every surface, and the walls were painted to perfection. A doorway between the kitchen and the garage was widened, and a new door installed. The closet and built-ins in the living room were completely removed, and all new cabinetry, a double wall oven, refrigerator, cooktop, sink, and pot lights were installed in the kitchen. The backsplash was exactly what I wanted. It is absolutely beautiful. To ensure a seamless match, the owner and their crew showed up with some used light fixtures from their warehouse, providing them at no cost. I will have them back to install new light fixtures in the living room when I have the funds. Amazingly, A R General Contracting completed the entire project in just three weeks! The owner's daily presence and the dedication of their crew ensured that every detail was meticulously executed. AR General Contracting does not start a job and then disappear to work on another job. They stay on the job until it is completed. Their prices are very fair. Payments are made along the way in a very reasonable sequence. There were no subcontractors - - they have all their bases covered with professionals on board. They can do anything that has to do with your renovation, plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc.. This was my first experience having renovations done and I was blessed to find A. R. General Contracting. We all have heard horror stories about working with contractors doing renovations. If you are thinking about renovating or doing anything else to your home, I would advise you to reach out to A. R. General Contracting and talk to them about your job. They are absolutely outstanding! Website: https://argeneralcontractingllc.com
