No wonder the ratings for this location are so low. I went in looking for a powder room light fixture. I was greeted by the receptionist. I found one that interested me. Although there were 2 employees seated at different desks without customers, they did not ask if I needed assistance. The receptionist came and asked if I needed help. I identified the one that interested me. She scanned QR code and said it was discontinued. I asked if I could purchase the display at a discount. She asked the manager for a price. The manager came and said she didn't trust the system and suggested it was not discontinued. They both left and I waited. The manager told the receptionist to call the company to verify. After having waited I left. I won't be back. The receptionist is amazing, the manager as well as personnel who ignore customers should be re trained or relieved of their duties. read more

On 3/9/2021 I decided to change colors so I canceled that purchase, wich I had not received it for a completely new set from ferguson line, signature$2,800. Even though Ferguson received all parts from UPS on 4/15/2021 I still don't receive $2,866+ . They insists the credit was applied to my my bank but my bank has not receive the money. My husband relied on the recommendations from the salesperson for a shower system replacement. We wanted a brushed nickel system with top-end pressure. We purchased a $700+ Koehler system. Our bathroom remodel had several delays and was just completed the end of October. The shower head was one of the last installs. It is a duel head which has little pressure from any of the three settings. We had the plumber come back to check for issues and he found nothing wrong with the plumbing. When I contacted the salesperson, he said the shower head is not returnable because it had been used and the time between purchase and the reported issues. Frankly, neither reason seems fair as one can't determine if a product functions properly until it is installed and it couldn't be installed until the shower remodel was complete! Part of the project delay was due to a delay in the delivery of the shower door I also purchased from Ferguson! Now I'm stuck with a $400 shower head that doesn't work properly! Beautiful showroom, BUT... My husband and I are getting our bathroom redone and the contractor specified a specific KOHLER toilet. It's one of the top rated brands for 2019, but Ferguson removed it from display, so we couldn't see or sit on it. Same for the KOHLER shower head. We were also interested in the Toto toilets, which they claim to carry, but again, not a one was on display. The person who greeted us at the door was pleasant, but quickly lost interest in us when we were looking for something specific. A great disappointment. Find another supplier. read more

I was a loyal customer for over five years when Ferguson, specifically Ken F (Manager) and Caroline C (Sales Manager) decided to deny a return of mine. I bought a $400+ sink and later found out that it was too big for the quartz installers comfort. In the meantime, my contractor threw out the box for the stainless sink and all I had was the plastic bag. Ken and Caroline both denied my return saying it requires original packaging. But because I'm a loyal customer and so many other retail stores (Home Depot, Lowe's, everyone, etc.) will return the product to vendor when packaging is missing or damaged, not Ferguson. They put suppliers before customers. As large as they are, you'd think they would leverage economy of scale...and stick by their customers. NOPE! Everything about them is antiquated. After spending thousands here with Bernie flipping multiple homes, I am NO LONGER SHOPPING FERGUSON because customer loyalty is beneath them. Don't expect anything above and beyond with these guys except higher than average price tags and a minimum of 1 day to a few months wait time to receive your products. My wife and I put an order for a vanity, mirror, lights, faucet and bathroom accessories 10 days ago. They told us they'll call us in a couple of days to tell us the estimated timeframe when the order will be delivered. We've been calling them for the last week - all we got was being put on hold endlessly, only for someone to pickup or put it back on hold without talking to us or a couple of times just hangup on completely without giving us the courtesy of even telling us "sorry"! When I called back, they just picked up the phone and hung up. I'm guessing they knew it was me calling from caller ID and just wanted to blow me off. But I fooled them by calling from another number. All I got was, let us check and we'll call you back.... Well guess what. Nobody ever calls back. Finally, my wife and decided today that this isn't worth our time or our money. Just went into Ferguson looking for a nice shower head. I was ready to spend a little more if it meant getting a better quality shower system made in Europe as opposed to Made in China. I've been doing research to get idea about prices. They had various brands displayed. I came across a Delta shower head I just bought at Home Depot for $80 for the guest bathroom. They were selling the exact same shower head for $240. I walked right out because I can't trust an establishment that marks up prices exponentially. Don't get me wrong, the showroom is beautiful and everything's displayed nicely. I understand that it costs them money to keep such a large showroom with extended staff, but the mark ups are hard to swallow. I'll be ordering my shower system online. read more

Terrible customer service! The girl at the front desk barely looked up to acknowledge us when we walked in & was extremely rude with answering questions we asked. They did have a nice selection of bathroom fixtures, which is what we were looking for. However, they kept nothing in stock. Everything had to be ordered. This place had great service and showed a lot of interest in pleasing me a number of years ago. It's not like that now. The place has even become overpriced. The lady welcoming us in was excellent. After providing a great hello a salesperson assigned to help me showed such a minimal amount of interest in pleasing us it resulted in loss of business for the store. I went in there looking for a drain cap with a photo of the old drain and the broken cap with me. I didn't have the manufacturer name or anything else which made it impossible. Jorge Silva Jr greeted me and was just the best. He in the end was unable to provide the product I needed however he pointed me in the right direction. Also, during the process he was very respectful and courteous when asking me questions to narrow the scope of the issue. This means a lot because I was at many other plumbing places and since I am a young woman they treated me as if I was a child with no knowledge. And yes to all of you chauvinist ones...I do know what a hammer is. Some even tried to rig something for me without doing the proper research. No thanks I do know what I want. At the end, he gave me his card with notes on the back and his cell number. He introduced me to a coworker and apprised him of my situation. Overpriced products, inexperienced customer service staff motivated me to take my business elsewhere (Somerville Bath & Kitchen in Arlington). I went to Ferguson in hopes of purchasing approx $3000 - $4000 worth of fixtures; two Kohler bathroom faucets and a shower/tub faucet/shower head. Customer service staff wasn't able to answer a relatively straightforward question about adding a shower wand and told me that I could only gain additional flexibility by purchasing a fully custom shower (read: spend much more money). Either the rep didn't know the features of the major product line they carry, or was intent upon steering me toward a far more expensive product. So, resigning myself to buy the shower faucets elsewhere, I asked for a quote on the two vanity faucets only. The unit price quoted was approx 10% more than the price I'd found online. When I asked about a modest discount because I was buying two, and willing to spend an additional $1500 for the shower fixtures, the rep explained that the price was already below Kohler's suggested retail price and that I could only receive a lower price if I could produce a written quote from a competitor. Translation: we CAN give you a lower price, but really don't want to, even if it means you'll buy more from us. I then asked if the items were in stock and was informed that each faucet was a special order and they couldn't provide an estimated delivery date, at which point I said thank you, and resigned myself to finding another supplier. In summary, I entered Ferguson prepared to spend $3000-$4000. I left because the customer service rep was unable to answer simple yet important questions, couldn't estimate a delivery date, and seemed not to value my business. read more

Bernie & Akira are the best! After my old Mirabelle tub spout failed, Bernie helped me get a replacement unit for free under warranty. When the unit arrived from the manufacturer, it appeared that the seals weren't 100% aligned, and it was leaking after install. When I came back to Ferguson, Akira and Bernie helped order another replacement spout and rushed shipping from the manufacturer directly to my house. The second unit arrived the next business day and installed perfectly! Bernie & Akira helped make sure my wife and I could take real showers again, as quickly as possible, and at no cost to us. It feels as if you always have to have an appointment and the interest in really understanding your needs and providing you with options is minimal. Disappointing experience overall. The salesperson who took my order was great at helping me choose what I needed. There was to be a 3-4 week turn around. I started calling and emailing at week 3 through week 5 to find the status of my order. Talked with a great many people who said they would get back to me....none did. Finally I got info that they had failed to place the order when I paid....November 2, and it had not submitted it until December 2... Which is about when I should have received delivery. I went in looking for ideas on kitchen faucets to go w/our new granite tops being installed next week. I was in the store for probably 10 minutes - and not one person asked to help me. I know people are busy working on other sales (although none were with other customers directly) and on computers and all - but would've thought someone would offer to help me figure out what I was looking for. I will echo literally every negative reviews on this site and say this place has the WORST customer service. My wife and I came in this afternoon looking for a bathroom vanity. The lady at the customer service desk was friendly enough and told us to look around and gave us some information. We looked around and came back to the front desk only to find another lady. Not a big deal, we said we wanted to get some more information about a few vanities we liked (price, sizes, etc.). We were quipped with "oh we are so busy today, but let me write your name down and give you a buzzer...you're the next one in line so it shouldn't take long". 5 mins...10 mins...15 mins...20 mins...25 mins...nothing. So I walk back up to said lady and since an elderly white couple had just walked in the door, I was going to wait for her to greet them before I inquired about when I can expect to be served. The couple literally said "we are here to buy a few things..." No joke, the lady said: "There's someone free, let me call them up front for you." WTF!!!! I've been waiting nearly 30 mins for someone to greet me and help me for a freakin' vanity and these people come in and get served right away??? I can't say enough good about Ferguson! Back in September I ordered a $1300.00 air bath tub from their web site. It was delivered to my house and only after the installation was complete was it discovered that I had been sent a whirlpool tub instead of an air bath tub.Ferguson offered to let me keep the tub and give me my money back. Because this was an expensive bathroom remodel I decided I wanted the right tub. So, Ferguson sent me the correct tub and even paid for the contractor to remove the wrong tub and install the correct one. They paid for everything and weren't argumentative or opposed at all, they went out of their way to make me happy. They didn't want the whirlpool tub back stating it couldn't be re-sold so I donated it to Habitat for humanity making someone else happy! read more

I wouldn't let them renovate anything in my home if they were the last place around! I walked in with my 9 year old son to browse, get some ideas and hopefully talk with a designer. I had a $30K budget to renovate 1 small bathroom and 1 powder room. No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere where it's appreciated. Upon entering, the front end receptionist reminded me to not let my son (referred to as "him") touch anything and that if I wanted to speak with someone I could call for an appointment. I heard that repeated to the family who walked in after us who appeared to be ready to get a master bath renovation . Total attitude, I was very unimpressed with their showroom too. The building looks huge from the outside, but the showroom is a very small part of that building. There are many other reputable contractors for kitchen and bath design in the area....one of whom will be getting my business very soon. A customer wants to feel important, this place is abysmal at Customer Service 101. One Star is being generous -- but as others have stated, 1 is the minimum requirement. read more

This is a showroom but it is possible to order plumbing and bathroom parts. Be sure that you know which part you need, because they will charge a restocking fee if you bring it back. I returned a part but I did not receive a refund, because they did not have my credit card number on file. I left two voicemails and sent two emails, but I did not get a response from them. I drove there but on that day they were doing inventory. Finally I drove there again and got my refund. They deducted the restocking fee. Everyone was nice -- except it took a month after I returned the unwanted part to get a refund. Less the restocking fee, of course. read more

We purchased all our kitchen appliances (slide-in stove, over range microwave, wall oven and wall microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator (most of them Jenn-Air $$$$), three Kohler toilets and Kohler bathroom faucets (sinks,showers and bathtubs) for three bathrooms. I've also used their plumbing supply side to repair all of the Kohler toilets. Recently, I ordered a bathroom faucet valve (on a Friday morning) and paid extra to have it shipped next day (Saturday). Although Ferguson claimed UPS was at fault, when I did receive the faucet valve - on Wednesday, i discovered Ferguson had used an incorrect zip code and UPS could not deliver (Ferguson had to re-ship the faucet valve with corrected address label). I called Ferguson three different times on Saturday, requesting a callback from the store clerk - he never called back; I then called in and requested to speak to that branch's manager - and, of course, went straight to his voicemail. I left him a voicemail requesting a callback; I have yet to hear from this manager. I'm still out the extra shipping fee. I work in a retail store environment and if I ever treated a customer in this manner, I guarantee I would probably lose my job, I will not use Ferguson again and do not recommend them for appliance purchases (they are $$$$$) nor for plumbing supply parts. No one likes to be treated like they don't matter once they complete a purchase. read more
